I recommend nearby takeout pizza and tiramisu place. Very walkable to Vatican City. Place is quiet and not overwhelming. Feels safe for solo female traveller. The snacks were very kind and helped me a lot upon arriving especially since immigration line is so long in Rome. Aircon is good. Walls are thin. I can hear the other tenants easily. But all us guests were very courteous and respectful and try to make little noise.

Al preguntar nos dijeron que teniamos que abrir la ventana pero afuera hacia mucho ruido. Otro punto es que cuando llegas debes pagar 48 euros en efectivo que corresponde a impuestos pero yo no llevaba efectivo y fue un poco complicado. Asi que lleven efectivo

Widok rozpościerający się z pokoju, z majestatyczną kopułą w tle, zapierał dech w piersiach. Lokalizacja jest niezwykle dogodna do zwiedzania miasta, umożliwiając łatwy dostęp do wszystkich głównych atrakcji. Pobyt był komfortowy i pełen wrażeń, które na długo pozostaną w pamięci. Gorąco polecam to miejsce wszystkim poszukującym niezapomnianych wakacji w Wiecznym Mieście.

Tienes una avenida principal por lo que tienes muchos servicios desde farmacia, tiendas de ropa, gelatto, pastas, carrefour, etc. En el hospedaje tienes un área común con otras habitaciónes con lavadora [sin secadora], refrigerador [también un minifrigo en el cuarto] plancha, minicocina, manicomio, etc. Al ser un gran edificio se siente apretado.

• Tin (8/5): Recommended - Perfect location... remote check in works well and host asks if you need anything. Flat is cute and spacious. The shower is weak, can't tell if water pressure or just clogged. Also, hot water is actually warm, but good enough.

• Convertini (10/5): - La struttura è in una posizione molto comoda e la nostra stanza aveva una splendida vista su Piazza del Risorgimento e il cupolone di San Pietro. La signora che ci ha accolti è super gentile e accogliente. Magari si potrebbe insonorizzare meglio le tre stanze presenti. Dei ragazzi, che occupavano la stanza attaccata alla nostra, hanno cenato in area comune alle 2 e poi iniziato a ridere e conversare a voce alta per circa un’ora.

L’amfitriona ha sigut molt amable i ens va facilitar el check in a altes hores de la matinada degut a un retard amb el vol. La mampara de la dutxa no ajustava bé i sortia aigua a fora.

The instructions of getting inside the house were very clear, our room was clean and neat and so were the common areas. A 300 mts. de la puerta del Vaticano. Como bienvenida, la dueña dejó galletas y tostadas en la habitación. Tiene frigobar y cafetera en habitación. Además de un espacio pequeño de cocina que se comparte con 2 habitaciones mas. Que si la estadía es de más de 3 días por ejemplo, deben ingresar a llevarse la basura del baño y poner papel higiénico nuevamente, o en todo caso dejar bolsas para uno mismo recoger la basura y poner bolsa nueva y limpia.

Super pomysł z "pakietem powitalnym" - drobna sprawa, a bardzo miłe i przydatne. Dziękujemy! Bardzo dobra kawa z dostępnego ekspresu, uzupełniana codziennie. W dniu wyjazdu potrzebowaliśmy zostawić gdzieś walizki (mieliśmy wylot wieczorem) - nie było z tym problemu - właścicielka pomogła nam w tym temacie i zaproponowała rozwiązanie. Polecam ten obiekt. Jeśli jeszcze kiedyś będziemy w Rzymie, to na pewno skorzystamy.

• Gerrit (8/5): Perfekt für einen Kurztrip - Die Unterkunft ist wahnsinnig zentral und bietet alles, was man für 2 bis 3 Nächte in Rom benötigt. Unser zimmer war zum Innenhof und daher super ruhig. Uns wurde eine perfekte Check In Anleitung gesendet und die Gastgeberin war jederzeit erreichbar Das Bad roch leider ein wenig muffig - was bei einen innenliegenden Bad leider wenig vermeidbar ist. Gegen des respektlose Verhalten andere Gäste kann man leider nichts machen. Durch die zentral liegende Küche und die dünnen Wände hört man leider viele Geräusche

La camera era grande e silenziosa e c'era una piccola zona giorno comune. (Stanza 3) La pulizia del bagno non era accettabile; il bagno è vecchio, le porte della doccia non si chiudono, il muro dietro al boiler aveva evidenti macchie di umidità. Non abbiamo potuto lasciare il bagaglio al checkout oltre le h14 per questioni legate al codice di accesso alla struttura. Il prezzo originario, tolti gli sconti, è eccessivamente alto, soprattutto considerando la scarsa pulizia. Non lo consiglierei né ci tornerei.

El ascensor necesita mantención, da miedo ocuparlo y es muy importante considerando que el alojamiento está en un piso alto. Es un poco difícil entrar por primera vez al alojamiento. Una vez adentro con las llaves en mano es más facil.

• Pieter Paul (9/5): Unbeatable location - We loved the apartment in a historical building less than 500 m from Saint Peter’s Square and just down the road from the Vatican Museums. The location could really not be better. The area is lovely with wide streets and wonderful restaurants and Luiza Vatican House is just three blocks away from the metro station. Communication with the host was good and the self-check in easy. Our en-suite room was clean and comfortable and the kitchen well equiped. There was nothing we did not like. The apartment is an excellent base from which to visit the Vatican and to explore the rest of the historical sites in Rome. We would stay in Luiza Vatican House again.

• Tiziana (10/5): Toplocatie!! - De kamer is klein maar voor een paar dagen prima te doen. Het was superschoon toen wij kwamen. Badkamer verouderd maar netjes, klein koelkastje op de kamer. Na twee dagen kregen we een appje of we al nieuwe handdoeken en toiletpapier nodig hadden en die werden de volgende dag gebracht. Locatie is top! • Alison (10/5): Great location: quiet, central & convenient - Views exactly like the picture, easy self check-in, great location by the Vatican, Metro, groceries, shops and restaurants. Easy to metro or walk to the ancient part of the city. Communal kitchen was clean and quiet with a water filter. The air conditioner could be noisy at times (although it worked very well), so would put it on quiet mode at night as needed. Otherwise the room was very quiet with very little noise from neighbours or street.

• Jamila (10/5): - La host è stata disponibilissima e molto chiara con le istruzioni. La struttura si trova a meno di 10 minuti a piedi da S. Pietro, quindi comodissima se avete intenzione di visitare quella parte di Roma. Tutto molto pulito e ci ha anche offerto acqua e qualche snack per fare colazione o merenda.

• Sonia (9/5): Nel complesso esperienza più che positiva - Posizione e vista strepitose. Personale cordiale, anche se la comunicazione è stata tutta da remoto. Kit benvenuto molto gradito. Manca personale fisico alla reception ma le istruzioni per l'accesso alla struttura sono molto chiare. In un soggiorno di 4 giorni non è mai stato fatto alcun un rassetto, ma al nostro arrivo la camera era ottimamente pulita. Nella descrizione si parla di servizio deposito ma in realtà è possibile lasciare i bagagli solo fino alle 14. Un letto matrimoniale riporta segni di usura sulla struttura; l'altro è un divano letto decisamente meno comodo. Essenziale la dotazione bagno che comprende solo docciaschiuma e sciampo. L'ascensore ha una capienza massima di due persone quindi una famiglia con bagagli deve fare più viaggi.

• Anne (8/5): Great location for Vatican visit & place very clean, bright & comfy. View of Dome not in all rooms - The accomodation was very clean and bright and airy. The location was excellent for visiting the Vatican city. We did not get to stay in the room with the view of the Dome as shown in the photos as we were in the back room facing the buildings interior courtyard. I had thought that all the rooms would have had that view . However, besides that everything was very nice and the whole building on way up to apartment also very nice building. Good few restaurants and icecream places nearby which was also handy. The host was very helpful also. thanks!

• Alung (7/5): Good - Location. Owner very helpful assist us to go inside the place as we already standing outside the gate for 20mnts with very hot sun. We can have early check in, room is big, nearby basilica & vatican. Because this private area, serv apartement the challenge is how to cantact customer service , should have some password can enter the place or someone can standby to recieve the guess when someone is contact. The bathroom is very humid no good ventilation, the room no daily clean, so its very unpleasant smell & not so clean, its will be good can have daily clean or stated in the booking so we can aware about this.
