Les espaces communs sont très agréables. Une petite piscine en bas et une autre sur le toit que le temps ne nous a pas permis de tester. Monica (10/5): Our family of four enjoyed the warm welcome, comfortable room and roof terrace. - We loved the terrace with sun loungers, pool and views across the city. Our four-person room was spacious and comfortable. My children loved both pools and the generous breakfast. We appreciated the mint tea and biscuits on arrival after a long journey, and the tea/coffee station on the ground floor. The staff were all very welcoming and kind. The cafes and restaurants of Place des Ferblantiers are a short walk away and Jemaa al fna is only 10-15 min away via the popular rue Riad Zitoun el Jedid. No complaints at all! We found Marrakesh much more fumey than on our previous visit (many years ago), mainly due to all the mopeds, but that is nothing to do with the riad!

The belgah shoes was a cool addition. Location is perfect. Parking facility is right outside the street. The staff are phenomenal. The new paint smell. No closest or hangers.

Wouter (9/5): Great, Friendly and Convenient. - We only stayed one night before our flight out, but could definitely opt for this riad in case of more nights. Really friendly, pro-active staff, nicely Moroccan style decorated rooms and conveniently located close to most regular visits within the medina. The little pool on top is great for the view and to cool off in case of high summer temps. We only dipped in it quickly. Not much. It’s an old building so watch your noise through the night/morning.

Assia especially - she went above and beyond in helping when we encountered unfortunate circumstances in Marrakech. They helped arrange pick up from the airport which was convenient after long travel days. Cozy riad in a great location just outside the Medina. Would stay here again in the future! Nothing! Isobel (9/5): A lovely, chilled out Riad with friendly and helpful staff - A lovely little riad with friendly and attentive staff who made us feel very at home, going above and beyond to provide us with food when we arrived late and sending us off with a packed breakfast when we had an early departure. A chilled atmosphere, slightly away from the main medina’s hustle and bustle, with a gorgeous roof terrace. Would highly reccomend!
Mafalda (10/5): Exceptional - The staff from Riaf View Point (Abdul and Assis) were just wonderful! Very welcoming and kind, always exceeding themselves on ways to help us. The room was clean and truly comfortable. The breakfast was also great! Location wise, you are a 20 min walking from the center of the medina which is great as you are not exactly in the middle of the mess. The rooftop was very nice with a great view over the city. As we were arriving late at night, they've contact us in advance and prepared a nice and traditional meal on our arrival.

We organised an airport pickup and Ismail was waiting right outside even though our flight was delayed and it took ages to get through security. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was also huge and tasty! All in all, it’s a clean, friendly and great value!

Avash (10/5): Nice place, friendly staff. - We are travellers from the UK and the stay here was perfect for us. It is a good 25 minute walk to the centre of Marrakech but the staff here were amazing. They were breaking their fast as we arrived and they even offered for us to join them for their meal. They then showed us the roof terrace which contained sun loungers and a small pool. The stay also included a traditional Moroccan breakfast. The parking was difficult, there was an outside parking lot opposite the hotel which was extremely narrow to park. Luckily we had a small Kia because if you have a large car and you are not a confident driver it would be extremely challenging to park. The cost for parking for 1 night was 30 MAD. Overall, I would highly recommend this place, you can get a taxi to the other side of Marrakech for approximately 40-50 MAD.

Radu (10/5): Pleasant staff, lovely food, quiet central location. - Very pleasant and helpful staff. Really tasty dinner and breakfast for very honest decent prices. Quiet location. Clean beds and towels and fresh air, compared to other damp, humid old buildings. We stayed in the big quadruple room you can see from the little pool, under the top terrace and it was noisy when people were moving chairs and going up and down. Nothing crazy but be aware. The pool wasn’t very clean but I guess we were some of the very few who used it in February.
Andrew (9/5): Superb - Lovely and peaceful Riad that is well situated. A lovely little oasis in the Hussle and bustle of Marrakesh. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They kindly looked after our bags after checking out. The breakfast was very nice and served with care. Would certainly recommend. We had a brief spell without hot water from the shower, but that was quickly fixed by the staff. I have nothing bad to say about them.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, arranging our transportation to and from the mountains and preparing an early breakfast before we headed out. We loved the decor, it felt eclectic, soulful and very cozy. I wish we had spent more than one night and had time to relax on their rooftop etc. The price was very reasonable to boot. Also, if you are looking for a wonderful, professional trekking company, these guys nailed it.

Verified traveler (8/5): - The Riad is beatiful and authentic looking, and the staff are lovely and friendly. It is in a really good location, as it is easy to walk to the souks and the Kasbar an other areas. I would suggest you book your own taxis because they are very expensive if the Riad books them on your behalf. The breakfast is also very basic and doesn't offer much fruit but perhaps that is traditional for Morocco?

Richard (10/5): - A charming Riad in Marrakech. I had to be reminded that a riad has an open central courtyard with rooms arranged around this. The issues here are; the rooms are fairly small, with little space around the beds, each room is looked into by the ground and opposite rooms, noise travels around the whole building. Viewpoint has an extra level with a rooftop lounge with views across the adjacent royal palace. It is about 1km from the main square. I liked Viewpoint but this like so many hotels in the city is not an uniform modern hotel box!
