• Patrick (6/5): Room in a condo property - It’s a bit of a weird set up. It isn’t really a hotel as such. It is split into several blocks and appears to be condo units. The block and floor that I was allocated was owned privately and by RedDoorz. There were several rooms that had possession/acquired/for sale signs on the doors. I was allocated a family room split over 2 levels with 3 beds. There were ok facilities but was just far too big for me. I ended up sleeping in a single bed because I just couldn’t be bothered to climb up and down some steep steps all the time!

• Buck (2/5): - Other than being cheap, this property offers very little to the tired traveler. There was no breakfast even though my payment clearly includes breakfast. Management offered np explanation and definitely no refund. Secondly it is not even an actual hotel but a condo unit. Amenities you expect at a hotel like cleanliness and service will not be available. They'll put you in an unsold umit. No room cleaning was available and when i used their towel to clean some spiled coffee, they charged me P300. No pointargiing wirh ftont desk as she obviously was just following instructions from a crooked managemnt. Unless you want to be screwed over when you check out, save ypurself the headache and book elaewhere.
• Emma (4/5): - Very far to commute to the areas where I want to visit .. and it’s deep inside a semi bussiness area the location itself is not easy to look for … price is okay But I wasn’t satisfied …

I also didnt like the fact that your reference said 3 km from airport but it was a bloody lot further. Dont ask me for anymore comments because i am pissed off. Will never book anything with you lot again.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Spaciou clean room divided into sleeping + dining - Spacious clean room that is divided into sleeping area and kitchen/dining. Comfortable bed, quiet, and clean. Bathroom is a bit small but sufficient. Did not try wifi or breakfast, so I cannot comment on that. Overall very good value. Taxi can be a bit hard to get in that area. The condo complex is located along a busy residential road with shops etc nearby, but only few taxi's pass in the morning and are often occupied.

• Ed (8/5): Same good old friends with a new name & face. - This property changed hands but my fave employees were still there: Josie on the front desk and Elvis the Bell person. The room was clean and matched the photo. Previously there had been somewhat of a cockroach infestation but on this stay I didn't see even an ant so the pestilence is being controlled. Bedding has always been clean and NOW WITH FAST WIFI IN THE ROOM!! WOO HOO!! Previously you had to purchase a card and the service was spotty but no more. I'd like to see more amenities like perhaps bottled water, toothbrush/toothpaste. I miss the free pickup from the airport but nothing lasts forever I guess. The front desk is very helpful with getting you a Grab taxi which helps avoiding he the regular taxi scams. A couple of observations the tile grout in the shower could be cleaner, place really needs a restaurant because there's not much in the neighborhood, maybe an outdoor lounge are with drinks. Been going there for a long time now and will continue.

• Uwe (6/5): Near the Airport - At the first room (6th floor) a lot of Cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom, at the second room (8th floor) we had a lot of ants in the sleeping part. So we changed in the next room, other building on the street side, and we had just any ants in the bathroom. The rooms are not bad for a short stay, but they have to get the vermin problem to remove. It isen´t a real Hotel, just to rent rooms

• rina (2/5): Many many cockroach in room 部屋中ゴキブリだらけのホテル - どのタクシー運転手に説明をしてもホテルの場所を分かってもらえず、到着するのに苦労した。マンション？アパート？の一部を宿泊施設としているようで、住民もたくさんいた。部屋の壁には虫の潰れた死骸がそのまま、トイレとシャワーの仕切りはなし。決してキレイと言えるホテルではない。挙げ句の果てには夜になると部屋中ゴキブリだらけ。気持ちが悪くてベットにすら入れず、一睡も出来なかった。夜は騒音もすごく、かなりうるさい。ゴキブリがたくさん出ていると言ってもスタッフには対応してもらえず。こんなホテルは二度と利用したくない。

• Verified traveler (2/5): Rundown hotel - Right in the middle of nowhere. Surrounding areas are depressed areas so kind of dangerous.
• Robert (4/5): Never again - Hotel is in the middle of a very run down barrio. Only one way in and out and the road was full of potholes. Traffic was horrible. The room was ok but the tv only got Tagalog language stations. There was noise of people talking dogs barking and chickens all night.

• kristelle (4/5): Not worth staying here - Had hard time looking for this hotel because there’s no sign. I have to ask where this hotel and that time it was raining. Location is very sketchy and not safe. Also, they only have WiFi in the lobby not in the rooms. When we got escorted in our room we found cockroaches, the guy that escorted us to our room is aware and didn’t say anything. Well, this hotel is very cheap no wonder this is what we get: no WiFi, cockroaches in room, and location is very ghetto.
