- EMILY (8/5): - We always go to this hotel when we’re visiting family. This stay was ok as usual but my problem was the hot water. Pressure was very low at best and took so much time to get hot water. Quite a few time had to wash up and shower with cold water.
- James (2/5): - Seems to be in a not so safe place with lots of homeless around We had no hot water our entire stay even after being told the 2nd night it was fixed. Woke up 3rd and final morning to no hot water. No internet either. Not Marriott quality I am used to at all. Felt I was staying at a Motel6 instead. Manager Sheila did refund one night but still doesn’t make up for 3 cold showers. Or lack of honesty from desk employees from checkin.

- Heather (8/5): - The online description was “.35” miles from Easton Town Center shopping” but the walk felt much longer, I had found a review that said 1 mile and I would believe it to be more of 1/2 to 1 mile. I am a walker so I am normally good with walking a distance. The room itself was spacious and served us well for our 3 days, love having a refrigerator and microwave. The staff was friendly and helpful but never did get a cup of hot coffee, the day we did ask to have our room cleaned they didn’t vacuum and ants found the one crushed chip on the floor. We were offered another room but we did not want to move everything as we were leaving the following morning and just requested the floor be vacuumed. They did not prefer that but did send someone who thoroughly vacuumed.

They always go above and beyond to accommodate our requests. However this year, they loaned a wheelchair for the day to one of our guests who needed it. Outstanding customer service!

- Rachel (1/5): Bad - I didn’t like that I, who is 20 years of age, wasn’t actually able to check myself into my room because I’m not 21, even though I paid for the room in advance! If your policies require your guests to be 21+ then those guests should be made well aware of that policy through clear instructions on the booking website. However, even though the hotel clerk ASSURED me that the 21+ guest policy was clearly there, I have yet to actually find it. I respect a companies wishes to have age restrictions for checking in, however I don’t respect not clearly stating that policy on their website before someone, like myself, books and pays for a room.

Pool was clean and stocked with towels. Beds were comfy. Our room wasn’t cleaned even though we had no sign out there saying we didn’t want it cleaned so we ran out of towels and kitchen area needed to be swept and cleaned up but I didn’t have a broom or cleaning supplies. The room is more like a hotel room with a little kitchen outside the bathroom but does the job.

He then had the audacity to tell me they overbooked and had some “important guests” who decided stay another night, so we switched you. I said “I want the room I booked.” He said, you can talk to the manager, but I don’t think it will help. I said “I’ll try and let me give you my loyalty number.” He took it and said “Oh, I’ll talk to him for you.” Suddenly, I had my original room back. Don’t sell your rooms out to Expedia then cheat their clients. I find that to be very dishonest.

The laundry room was very well priced at $1 to wash with a washer capacity of about 4 loads and $1 to dry for 45 min. There was daily breakfast served. There was a full spread of breakfast foods as if you were at a restaurant. The fitness room was effective with up to date equipment. The swimming pool was cloudy so my family and I skipped out on going swimming. I was very satisfied with my stay. This is one of the best hotels Ive stayed at. 5 STARS!!!

- Margaret (2/5): We are done with Marriott - We tried to contact the hotel at the number on their confirmation email to let them know we would be arriving late. The call center options did not fit this but it redirected me until I made a different choice rather than allowing me to speak to a person. The person I eventually reached said they could not locate us and the reservation number provided in Marriott ‘s email was not correct. We gave up and just went to the hotel, which had our reservation, but then we were told of a $100 pet fee we had to pay to stay with our dog. We had not been made aware of this at booking and we have stayed at other Marriott properties without incurring this fee. Marriott’s management has set up a terrible approach to their customers.

The 3 young ladies who were working the check in desk were some of the most impressive that I have seen in years. They were so kind and helpful. They truly seemed to love their job and really working together as a team.

Love the walk in shower, the vanity is the perfect size too! Now, let’s talk about the closet! It’s a walk-in! I love it! Nice shelves to put my clothes on, hangers to hand everything else up, space to keep shoes and your suitcase, full size ironing board too! The beds are super comfy! The pillows are perfection! The staff is incredibly pleasant and helpful! Breakfast was fantastic too! I’ll definitely stay here again, for business or personal trips!
