• Hendrik (9/5): - Ein schönes kleines Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Das Haus wurde an vielen Stellen liebevoll modernisiert. Die Zimmer sind renoviert, in gutem Zustand und modern ausgestattet. Hier gab es nichts zu bemängeln.

• Uwe (8/5): Alles gut- gerne wieder - Nettes Zimmer alles vorhanden was man so braucht großes Bad. Das Personal war super freundlich und das Frühstück gut und reichhaltig. Kostenloses Parken inclusive. Der Duschvorhang weht beim duschen immer in die Dusche nervt ein wenig.

• JosefK75 (5/5): Kein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - Kostenlose und ausreichende Parkplätze direkt im Hof. Freundliches Personal an der Rezeption Das Zimmer war sehr klein und der Weg zum Zimmer führt durch einen unangenehm riechenden, engen Flur in dem Umzugskartons abgestellt sind. Das fühlt sich gar nicht nach Hotel an und schon gar nicht in Relation zu den Zimmerpreisen, die aus meiner Sicht zu hoch sind für das, was man geboten bekommt.

• laetitia (8/5): Une etape de repos agreable et sans stress - Localisation, accueil super aimable, possibilité de manger et boire avec des amis (manger s'il y a le restaurant d ouvert, ce qui ne fut pas le cas pour nous, cas congés d ete des equipes) Nous n avons pas souffert de la chaleur, top. Parking aisé pour se garer avec un Vito allongé. On regrette la fermeture du restaurant

• Eugen (10/5): - Das Hotel liegt an einer gut befahrener Straße und trotzdem war es nicht laut. Die Hotelimmer waren zwar nicht mehr die neuesten, aber es war alles sauber und gut in Schuss. Das Personal war das beste, selten so ein freundliches Personal erlebt. Alle waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Also wenn wir wieder in der Nähe von Ludwigshafen sind dann auf jeden Fall Gartenstadt Hotel. Kann ich jedem nur empfehlen.

• Michael (10/5): Super Übernachtung vor dem Hockenheimring - Freundliches Personal. Ca 20min bis zum Hockenheimring. Alles in allem war es sehr gut ! Parkplatz gratis aber mit Glück. Es gibt zu wenig Parkplätze. Batterien für den TV in der Fernbedienung waren leer.

• Silvia (8/5): Ich würde einen Aufenthalt auf jeden Fall wiederholen. - Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, da zentral gelegen. Das Frühstück ist super und das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Tiefgarage ist gewöhnungsbedürftig eng und für große Autos nicht geeignet. Der Frühstücksraum ist zu klein für die Anzahl der Gäste.

We will stay again next time when we visit Lu - Friendly staff, clean, convenient and on a safe location, room with AC is a plus with bus stop and bakery, Aldi and eatery place near by. Nothing that we can think off.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - It was not me staying in the Hotel, I did undergo an operation in the near by hospital and my wife was staying in the hotel. As useal, the stay in the hospital had to be extendet and the hotel had no problem with the dayly changes. Finally thestay in the hospital could not be calculated anymore and my wife checked out and the hotel allowed us to leave my car without additional cost there. Maybe next week my wife will check in again.
• Martin (8/5): - Ich war dieses Mal schon zum 2.Mal da, es wieder absolut die beste Wahl für mich. Die Klimaanlage, im Zimmer, hat ihren Dienst auch absolut sehr zufriedenstellend erfüllt und die Nächte konntet man dadurch sehr gut schlafen, es waren teilweise Außentemperaturen deutlich jenseits der 30°C. Ich werde nächstes Jahr voraussichtlich wieder nach Ludwigshafen kommen und das Gartenstadt Hotel wird meine 1.Wahl sein.

Our family checked in pretty late and they offered us a special treatment allowing us to order a quick dinner after working hours! Great restaurant in the hotel which is located in downtown area and very convenient for walking and going to anywhere.

• Ilona (4/5): - Wir hatten das Zimmer für 2 Nächte in Dezember gebucht. An einem kalten Wochenende hatten wir wegen einer Störung 1 Tag lang nur kaltes Wasser und kalte Heizkörper. Trotzdem wurde uns kein Rabatt oder Gutschein angeboten, da die Rechnung online über Expedia bezahlt wurde. Als ich nachfragte, wurde ich gefragt, ob ich irgendwann wieder nach Ludwigshafen kommen würde, wenn ja, würde ich vielleicht einen Rabatt erhalten. Als ich um eine Rechnung bat, erhielt ich eine von einem Hotelangestellten, aber über einen Betrag von 30 Euro weniger. Die Besitzerin sagte später, dass ich gar keine Rechnung hätte erhalten dürfen, weil ich online bei Expedia.de bezahlt hatte. Dies war der einzige Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und wird es auch so bleiben.
