Alejandro Escalona (7/5): Bello lugar, pero hay que mejorar las instalaciones del studio - La ubicación por léjos lo mejor, tiene unas vistas increibles lo cual te invita a la desconexión y disfrute de un entorno maravilloso, lo cual compensa la relación calidad-precio. La decoración en general del studio incluyendo el moviliario, alto costo por servicio de limpieza y además se acabado el gas de la parrilla.

Carmen Gloria (6/5): Hermoso lugar pero cabaña requiere mantención. - Hermoso lugar, vista directa al mar, tranquilo, bien para descansar y la tinaja es lo mejor, realmente vale la pena aunque el costo es aparte. La cabaña requiere mantención hay lugares donde los muros tienen problemas con la pintura, la cama no es cómoda, la ducha no regula bien el agua caliente. Los focos de iluminación de la terraza no funcionaban bien.

Giannina (6/5): Hermoso lugar, mala gestión que nos restó descanso - Buena ubicación No incluye desayuno, no tuvimos luz hasta después de las 9 am, por ende tampoco había agua caliente, no todas las luces de la cabaña prenden, tuvimos que entrar un gas de la parrilla a la cocina porque se había gastado, la cabaña Suspiro tiene otra cabaña arriba, por lo que se escuchan los pasos y llegaron a hacer aseo aprox. 6 AM, por lo que un día lunes ya estábamos despiertos antes de las 7 de la mañana.

Una pena pero no fue agradable ese aspecto.

NO TENIA COPNSIDERADO LLEVAR COSAS DE ALIMENTACION POR LO QUE ESO DECEPCIONO. LAS INSTALACIONES SON DE BAJA CALIDAD PARA EL PRECIO DEL ALOJAMIENTO. EL LUGAR ES DIFICULTOSO PARA ENTRAR, NO TIENE ACCESO DIRECTO A LA PLAYA, SOLO VISTA A LA PLAYA PERO DESDE LA ALTURA. EL SERVICIO DE ALIMENTACION ES MUY COSTOSO.

Limpieza adecuada Pagamos básicamente por la vista, no obstante, para mantener nuestra privacidad, debíamos cerrar las cortinas, de lo contrario, estábamos expuestos al paseo de los otros huéspedes. Si bien estaba limpio, un oxidado en la ducha era poco agradable.

En la tardecer la iluminación del área de parrilla es con sensor de movimiento, así que nos tuvimos que mover mientras cenábamos… igual fue mágico puesto solo se veía la vegetación.

BRUNO (3/5): mauvaise expérience globale … à fuir !!! - une belle vue Son éloignement de toutes commodités à commencer par les magasins d’alimentations ou les restaurants … à des kilomètres en voitures … L’endroit laisse présager qu’il s’agit d’un hôtel alors qu’il s’agit d’un aibnb pour lequel personne ne vous accueille … le rbnb laisse penser qu’il y a une plage non loin et un bassin d’eau pour se détendre .. la plage est à des kilomètres en voiture et le bassin nécessite un supplément de 50€ rien que ça !!! le petits déjeuner ne nous a pas été servi le lendemain de notre arrivée en raison d’un jour férié ! non précisé ..
Isabel (7/5): Bien, pero el costo es muy alto para lo que ofrece - Ubicación, jardines, mirador, atmósfera. Parrilla disponible. No queda claro si es hotel o airbnb. Hay un cobro enorme de limpieza $60 USD, que no corresponde si es hotel. Pagar 260 USD para una noche en una cabaña al final es excesivo. El lugar es lindo pero ese es el precio de un hotel de alta calidad por lo que de verdad precio/calidad no es balanceado para nada.

Nicholas (10/5): Almost perfect! - The house we rented in Tunquen is a magical place indeed. The view right on the cliff edge can entertain you for weeks, so does the remoteness and the fact all you hear is birds and the waves of the sea. We stayed 4 nights and were grateful to have shopped in a bigger supermarket near Santiago, as there really isn’t much around there apart from some very small shops with some essentials, but for me that was all part of the charm. The house is nicely decorated and clean everywhere….apart from the kitchen. I don’t mind that the kitchen is very old, but the cupboards really need a good scrub as every handle and inside drawer/cupboard was sticky. The fact that the oven didn’t work was also a bit of a letdown, as the small replacement electric oven really is only good for some toast. There is no plug to keep the water in the sink for dishes, nor enough plates for the dishwasher….so saving water as requested is impossible really. That’s a shame and easily fixable. We were offered some extra wood twice, also bought some as we really didn’t leave much and the owners/marcella was generally very helpful. I would stay again in a heartbeat, as the place really connects you to nature as no other.

Carla (1/5): Publicidad engañosa y mala atención - Que esté en Tunquen ya que en sí mismo es increíble y tiene mucha riqueza natural. Reservé para celebrar el cumpleaños de mi pareja porque la habitación “Estudio Música” incluía jacuzzi con hidromasaje, según fotos y descripción en la página. Al llegar, no estaba disponible. La dueña negó la información y se excusó con argumentos poco serios, sin ofrecer una solución real. Además, me enviaron un link de pago incorrecto para el desayuno (que generó un cobro indebido a un tercero), la habitación estaba mal mantenida y observé uso de tinajas sin recambio de agua. La experiencia no se correspondió con lo pagado ni con lo publicitado. No volvería jamás y recomiendo verificar todo antes de reservar.
Carlos (1/5): De dulce y de agraz - el paisaje, la privacidad El problema que tuve es que cuando compré en Booking, yo compré una oferta a un valor de $110.000, y lo que se cobró en mi tarjeta de débito fue el doble de ese monto, vale decir $211.007. Todo en Tunquén estuvo bien, Pero que me cobraran el doble y eso me molestó mucho. Hice un reclamo a Booking y nunca me respondieron

Verified traveler (10/5): - Entering this home late at night we were shocked at what a wonderful home we had rented, beautifully furnished and with great kitchen and facilities. The artwork was impressive. The Bedroom Suite was very large with both a comfortable bed and living area. It had a balcony upon which we enjoyed pisco sours while taking in the ocean views. A short walk to a spectacular private beach made the location even better. The breakfasts served were delicious and generous and brought to our bedroom suite each morning. The neighborhood is very quiet and full of very nice homes.
