• Sokar (9/5): Great Villa near everything, Very comfortable - This is a great spacious villla tucked away in Sanur but a 5 minute walk to a half a dozen excellent warungs where you can eat for $3-4 for a meal . Pak Agus was super helpful even when we got in late due to weather. We went in the wet season and come from North QLD so we are used to large amounts of rain, the back streets where this villa is located a prone to flooding which means walking through some water is necessary until the water can get away , it didnt bother us but would bother some people.

• Ashleigh (10/5): A lovely family friendly villa with pool - The villa was very comfortable, clean and the pool was fantastic. It had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and came to clean regularly- we would recommend this villa for groups or families The location is a little further away from the beach and the hustle and bustle which may not work for some people but we found some lovely local warungs and cafes in the small streets.

Requires more pool toys. House requires some updates. No air con in lounge/dining room. Sofa is pleather and keeps you hot and sweaty

• Liz (6/5): Ordinary villa - The location to shops, eateries and the beach was good ( if you knew where to cut through to reach them). Luckily we met someone the first day that explained that to us. While the villa looked quite nice once you got inside it only had the bare essentials. No instructions on how to use anything and no information on where you were and what was around the villa. Fans in lounge area were fairly ineffective and only one worked. Split systems in bedrooms were ineffective because of where they were placed. No plug in kitchen sink and dish drainer was filthy. Swimming pool was difficult to get in and out of. When we asked for a later of 4 hours checkout initially we were given a price that was the equivelant of an extra night. Receipt book was left in the villa with names, passport numbers, addresses,,phone numbers etc of previous guests. Large gate at the front of the villa was hard to open, close and lock. Overall there didnt seem to be much care or thought put into this villa.

• Menzel (10/5): Just loved it here, so quiet and peaceful. - Agus (the person responsible for cleaning the Villa) was there upon our arrival and provided the keys and showed us where everything was. A few things need fixing, like the pool light, pool water features etc. Other than that, not much. The road outside is a little "rickety" during the wet season.

• Rohan (4/5): Disappointing, poor location, needs work, needs cutlery/glasses. - The Villa has a pool and 3 bedrooms with private facilities. I contracted bed bugs from the 4-poster bedroom. The pool area was in need of repairs to the deck and there is no pool access via stairs/railing, very difficult to enter and exit. The kitchen was lacking any large glasses or basic cooking facilities. We didn't cook but if we did it would have been difficult. The location is difficult to locate (I knew this when booking) but it is very difficult to locate and it's not in a nice area.
• Pete (9/5): Super Ketut villa - So quiet, no hassles. For the price and a base to go too and from , fantastic for our needs. Nothing, well mosquitos and ants. But they're everywhere, wherever you go.

• Lizete (8/5): Very good - We loved the location of Ketut Villa close to our favourite supermarket , shops a little walk bike ride up to beach along Perigata hotel alley way also not far to the new Icon shopping centre. The first morning l woke up, l decided to go for an early morning run and was going to go left up the road from the villa, and a group of stray dogs were blocking the path. As l approached to pass them, they became aggressive, so l had to change my direction and backed away. Not all the dogs you come close to in Bali are nice, so we hired bikes from that point on as the dogs don't come near you if you are on a push bike or scooter...
• Lauren (9/5): Superb - The Villa was perfect for our family for two days. Off the main street it was quiet but close enough to walk. We used the pool which was really warm. Beds were really comfortable and shower was good pressure. The Villa is a little dated.

Staff were wonderful 10/10 and met us very early in the morning to ensure we checked in (330am) . Bedrooms are Air conditioned but not main living area but not a big deal if you leave bedroom doors open it cools the whole Villa. All good .

A new unit was ins - Ketut Villa is in a quiet location but still close to the beach, shops and restaurants in Sanur. The Master bedroom is on the opposite side of the loungeroom to the two other bedrooms, giving some distance from kids. Loungeroom was a great space in the centre of the villa Nothing
• Peter (10/5): Great place to stay and relax. - This is our second visit to Ketut Villa, it is excellent value for money and has all the facilities you need. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a long walk to the Main Street. The A/C in one of the rooms is a little noisy and not quite up to the job but keeps cool enough. It would also be nice if the living area had A/C too.

Excellent value for money. Staff very friendly. Pool half covered so still refreshing to swim in. Very clean and tidy. Villa is a little tired and could do with a freshen up. TV is tiny and old. Aircon in main bedroom is very noisy and it was hard to fall asleep. Needs aircon in living area. A little far from main shops etc

• Leanne (6/5): Had a great time because I was with fabulous women but wouldn't stay again. - The bed was comfortable & there was plenty of space inside. The pool was difficult to get in & out of. One of our party had limited use of one arm so only went in once. There were 3 wine glasses of various shapes & sizes, one was chipped. The vinyl lounges aren't suitable for the tropics. There were only 2 lounges outside (no room for more) which doesn't suit a 3 bedroom villa & the smallest umbrella I've ever seen. None of the taxi drivers could find the villa. The sign on the gate kept blowing around so you couldn't see it.

• Peter (9/5): cannot wait for our next visit to Katut villa! - Clean, staff extremely helpful, perfect for family. would definitely recommend very minor issue, there’s a reasonable walk to the Main Street as there is no direct route, which can be a challenge for little legs.

• Aaron (8/5): a nice place to stay. Good location. Quite enough, with sights nearby - We had breakfast at home. There is a supermarket a 10 minute walk away to buy groceries. The house came with a stove, oven, toaster. No microwave. Had a hot and cold water dispenser. Laundry can be done at a shop which is a 10 min walk away. The shops were a 10 to 15 minute walk away The hall and room lighting was a bit dim at night. The bedside lights were bright. But the general lighting will be too dim for those older. Almost had a dog bite me when walking out at night. had to pick up some stones to ward them off. The dog owners were not bothered to reign them in.

• Alex (7/5): Nice simple Villa with pool. great value for money. - Nice Villa with beautiful pool. 3 good size bedrooms with en-suites. Had pretty everything we needed for our one night stay. Great value for money. Access for taxi's was a little difficult as it was a dead end street.
