- Jerlonda (10/5): Beautiful & Clean Property in Aldea Zama! - Mi Querido Tulum is a beautiful property. It is located in the Aldea Zama area which is a halfway point between the beach and downtown Tulum. This is not to be confused with Mi Querido Happy. Chelsea was an amazing personal concierge who provided the best local food and local activity recommendations. She is also very timely with meeting you for your arrival and departure. I stayed in the studio apartment which is amazing!! The outdoor space is so magical which includes an outdoor jacuzzi tub. The decor is very modern and the space is very clean. I can’t wait to stay here again.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Not an experience to be repeated! Having been asked to make contact directly with the property managers prior to arrival, we attempted to telephone and e-mail for 3 days with no response. We made our own way to the area and, after several hours trying to locate the apartments in what was nothing more than an area of apartments in the middle of a building zone, we, by chance, located the building (don't look for a sign - there is none) an, again by luck met a couple standing outside who were waiting for the 'concierge' Chelsea. After checking the other couple in, Chelsea advised us that the office had no record of our booking, despite us showing her our confirmation from Expedia. Long story short, there was no accommodation available for the 5 nights we had booked however we accepted an upgrade to a 2bedroom apt with roof top plunge pool for the 3 night this accommodation was available. We were offered the opportunity to stay non and move to another apartment for the 4th night but advised nothing was available for the last night. We opted to stay for 3 nights and move elsewhere for 2 nights as the last day was my wife's birthday and I didn't want her packing and having the upheaval of a move on her birthday - having already considered this when booking originally. The apt was immaculate, very well presented and equipped - although, only 2 seats on the balcon
- Francisco javier (10/5): Lo mejor de tulum! - El estudio es muy cómodo y agradable, tiene todo lo necesario y más para cualquier tipo de estancia, el rumbo donde está ubicado es muy bueno, cerca del pueblo y de la zona hotelera, Chelsea (nuestra concierge) fue lo mejor que nos pudo haber pasado en nuestra estancia, es súper amable y amena, resolvió todos nuestros imprevistos y nos dio las mejores recomendaciones para que lo pasáramos excelente, tiene una excelente actitud y eso se agradece muchísimo! Sin duda regresaremos, nos hizo sentir en casa!
