Las fotos no son reales y el lugar es insalubre de la mugre que tiene - Hola, necesito dejar constancia formal de un incumplimiento grave en la reserva realizada a través de Booking y solicitar el reembolso total inmediato. La propiedad no coincidía en absoluto con las fotos ni con la descripción publicada en la plataforma. Al llegar encontramos condiciones de higiene deplorables: la heladera y las mantas de la cama estaban llenas de hormigas, el alojamiento se encontraba en un estado insalubre y además había una banda musical con ruido extremadamente alto que hizo imposible descansar. Debido a estas condiciones, nos retiramos aproximadamente una hora después de llegar, ya que el lugar no cumplía con los estándares mínimos de habitabilidad, higiene y tranquilidad ofrecidos al momento de contratar. Quiero dejar claro que este reclamo no se basa en una simple inconformidad personal ni en la política de cancelación “no reembolsable”, sino en un incumplimiento sustancial del servicio y en publicidad engañosa, ya que el alojamiento recibido era radicalmente distinto al anunciado. Contamos con fotografías, videos y pruebas de todo lo ocurrido, incluyendo las condiciones de higiene y el estado real del lugar. Solicito: * Reembolso total de la reserva. * Apertura formal de investigación sobre la propiedad. * Confirmación por escrito de la recepción de este reclamo. Espero una solución inmediata por parte de Booking antes de proceder con denuncia ante PROFECO y gestión de contracargo con la entidad bancaria por servicio no prestado conforme a lo contratado. Mais jamais dans ma vie je veux tellement fraude et mensonge dans un hôtel ou hébergement comment le Cancun Blue Airport utilise pour attraire clientèle, et jamais donner le service contracté, simplement pars ce que la description et les photos sont fakes. Ayayay! J'ai déjà envoyé une courriel avec une plainte, mais ceci c'est une plainte formelle contre cette establishment Cancun Blue Airport, ubique à Calle Carlos Salinas de Gortari #10 Esquina a Calle Leona Vicario, Cancún, Mexico, 77560. Avec une numéro de réservation 6464230732. C'est une trappe de touriste. Il est loin d'aéroport, 15 kms. Et dans un cartier tellement pauvre, les rues ils n'ont pas de pavement, pas de noms, et pas de luminaires dans les rues. L'establishment est horrible, vieux, dégueulasse!!!!Vraiment horrible. Je vous annexe photographes de l'entrée de Caribe Cancun Airport. C'est un fraude! Je n'ai pas entré. Il a fallu que a minuit je trouve un autre hôtel, après un long voyage de Montréal, et je dépensé plus d'argent, 144$. Je ne comprend pas comment votre compagnie fait des affaires avec des fraudeurs. Pour cette raison je vous demande le remboursement total de cette réservation, 50.70$, et une compensation pour la différence de prix que j'ai fini par payer. • Dante (3/5): Skip it the location - Shady operation. You check in the room's refrigerator was somebody's lunch, a bag of eggs, a beer and soda. Since I don't drink, they were asking for $25 USD deposit. As it turns out, the food and drink were there for consumption which I image will surpass the 25 USD, you not only not get your deposit but you would also pay a premium price for those items. I handled everything through Booking, then they wanted to keep my passport because I refused to give the $25 USD, I explained that it was only for one night, to catch a flight from Cancun. The location is horrible, next to a butcher. place. The staff, shady operation and location

La ubicación a un costado de un basurero. Inseguros, sucio, descuidado, y pésimo servicio. La chica que nos recibió nos regaño. Por que le dijimos que se salia el agua del inodoro, y nos dijo que obviamente lo sabían. Un olor muy feo, además sucio. Definitivamente necesita ser clausurado ese lugar. Wir sind heute früher abgeflogen, aber die Fotos auf booking.com entsprachen überhaupt nicht der Realität. Die Gegend war sehr hässlich, voller Müll, alles ist weit weg. Wir haben das Zimmer nicht verlassen, weil es wirklich unheimlich war. Wir fühlten uns unsicher und abgezockt. Sie fragten mich, ob wir Handtücher bräuchten. Ich sagte ja, aber wir haben nicht einmal geduscht. Das Wasser war gelblich.

La actitud de una de las recepcionistas. Además es muy engañosa la publicidad porque no tiene estacionamiento, el alojamiento está en una zona bastante sola, sin pavimento y sin muchas cosas por ver alrededor. Creo que tienen muy buenas ideas de diseño y podrían mejorar bastante su alojamiento. La habitación que nos tocó tenía muchos insectos, desde zancudos, quijas, arañas y más. Había un agua a medio beber en el frigobar y las almohadas no olían nada limpias, tengan cuidado con eso, es muy desagradable.

He was caring and willing to help with anything we needed There were little lizards and frogs on the property, but there is no controlling it. I would recommend a mosquitero. It’s a net that hangs over the beds. This net protects people from mosquitos and other insects from crawling or biting on guests.

Definitely never come back here and not recommended.

• Joseph (1/5): Terrible - It was close to the airport. Save your money and run. I have seen homeless shelters that are better ran than this hotel. When I first arrived they gave me a room that wasn’t cleaned and had food and garbage everywhere. When I went to get a different room they had me wait 40 minutes and sent me to a room with two beds. Upon discovering there are two bed they had me wait while they clean another room for another 30 minutes. When I arrived to the final room I noticed it had two beds as well. Upon inspecting the room I discovered that the king size bed was broken and had dirty sheets that have not been changed. I then slept on the other bed for the night. I also discovered a line of ants from the bathroom to the window. The bathroom toilet seat was also broken. I also seen them drying hotel towels and sheets outside in the backyard. I didn’t complain because it was only one night for my layover. Upon leaving and arriving back in the states I received a message from the hotel saying that I broke the bed. When I was explaining to them that it wasn’t me who broke the bed they kept on accusing me and calling me a liar. They also said threatened me civil litigation. This hotel should closed down for trying to scam its customers. It was very dirty and the staff are very rude. If this hotel is a last resort, I suggest you sleep outside.

• Samuel (10/5): Unexpectedly Great - Most peaceful sleep in several nights. Odd location, but the room felt better than fancy US hotels. No kidding. I loved the room. Took a while to find - Some would think its creepy, because you drive up at the back, but the owners are top shelf kind, AC super cool, doors lock super safe, I put this little hotel on my fav list for a great night's sleep and save $!!! They even call taxis for you!
