- KUNHSIEN (8/5): - 開車出遊的旅客附停車場最方便。 客房寬闊，6人房有2間廁所及一間淋浴，多人住宿很方便。 客房有蚊子，服務人員立即提供插頭式電蚊香。 早餐有中西式，用餐人很多，要上二樓享用，且二樓只提供熱食主菜及熱無糖豆漿，缺少水果、麵包、饅頭、咖啡等，用餐品質較差些。 三台電梯不夠用，尖峰時段須等7~10分鐘不等。 冬天棉被不夠暖，需蓋兩條。

- Kuo Ming (4/5): 服務品質退步很多 - 品質退步了，房間裏打死一隻小蟑螂和兩隻蚊子，吹風機是故障的，早餐像難民搶食，補菜速度太慢，菜盤見底，連醬菜都沒了，只能等補菜，然後立即又被人潮搶光，真是太誇張了，以前的服務品質不是如此啊。當然，優點是離捷運站近，還有自行開車停車方便。
- Chun-Cha (10/5): 助人是快樂的。（我冷靜處事，耐心熱心反應，劍潭有感恩。） - 洗手台地板積水，已請修，入住當天下午客房組派人來處理，只是地板舖上毛巾，到了睡覺前都沒修好，毛巾都吸滿水，浴室空間到處濕答答的，很難受，又危險。 第二天早上，地板仍出水，再請櫃台處理，仍只是禮貌性回應。 中午退房時，我幫忙拍照，留下出水狀況與過程，再向櫃台反應，告知此房間浴室地板出水，是危險空間，容易跌倒，請勿再安排住房。 因為我帶92、93歲公婆同住，他們沒跌倒算是幸運。 後來經過層層反應，櫃台小姐送我一張免費住宿劵，也送給我逾時停車的優惠；真誠感謝我提供照片，方便修繕處理。 以上回應，希望讓回應的平台多一些如我一般冷靜處事，有耐心的熱心人士。 此次住宿特點，順便做好事： 拍照出水狀況過程，告知此浴室是危險空間易跌倒，勿安排住房，最終有得到劍潭的回應與肯定。
