- MARIA AGATA (9/5): - Soggiorno davvero fantastico! La stanza era bellissima, nuova, molto spaziosa, luminosa e impeccabilmente pulita. Inoltre era molto silenziosa, perfetta per rilassarsi in totale tranquillità. Il personale è stato super gentile, professionale e accogliente durante tutto il soggiorno. La posizione è ottima, proprio in centro e comodissima per visitare la zona a piedi. Molto utile anche il parcheggio disponibile proprio sotto la struttura. Ideale per coppie, famiglie o anche per un soggiorno di lavoro. Esperienza super positiva, consigliatissimo!

- Jelena (10/5): - Divan, udoban, čist smeštaj. Kupatilo je prelepo i veliko, čišćenje na visokom nivou. Ne postoji bolja lokacija u Palermu. Kada izađete iz zgrade, nalazite se u epicentru dešavanja. Sve je na dohvat ruke i svuda możete peške. Ušli smo u sovu već u 10 ujutru i time dobili ceo dan na poklon kako ne bismo čekali 14h i čekiranje. Takođe smo i poslednjeg dana ostali duže u sobi. Obožavali smo ženu koja je čistila našu sobu i donela nam ventilator jer klima je centralna i još uvek nije bila u funkciji. Jedino što nam je smetalo noću je buka iz obližnjih picerija ali to nije do vlasnika smeštaja. Sve u svemu, savršeno!!!

Al check in, infatti, non ci era stato detto nulla a tal proposito. Consiglio per il futuro: informate i vostri ospiti di cosa è a pagamento all'interno della camera, non abbiamo la sfera di cristallo!

La strada è piena di locali e ristoranti, l’accoglienza è stata perfetta. Il garage proprio sotto la struttura è un plus, così come i ragazzi che lo gestiscono, davvero disponibili e gentili Unica pecca la temperatura troppo alta della camera difficilmente regolabile

- Michelle (10/5): - very clean room, right in the middle of the activity on a busy street with lots of restaurants but room was quiet from that noise. we did hear the people above us they were quite loud. never saw anyone at the desk. wifi didn't work the first 4.5 days but at least tv did have English channels. very dark in the hallway unless you know to turn on the light switch in the hall. it will auto turn off after a few minutes. also, entrance is just off the main Street there is a little walkway between 2 restaurant and in that walkway is the entrance.

Hubo un problema con el wifi por una averia pero hicieron lo posible por solucionarlo , al dia siguiente de llegar nos pusieron otro.

The rooms are arranged around a courtyard, ensuring a quiet stay free from street noise, and the air conditioning provided additional comfort. Communication with the property manager was excellent, with prompt and helpful replies, and we greatly appreciated being granted early access to our room upon arrival. Overall, a highly enjoyable stay, and I would gladly return.

It had a lift which was great for suitcases. Impeccably clean, so comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly and was a welcome relief from hot Palermo. - Guillaume (8/5): Ruime kamer op uitstekende ligging - Doordat onze vluchten veranderd waren konden we onmogelijk om 20u er geraken. De mensen waren vriendelijk om ons te verwelkomen rond 22u. De kamer was uitstekend; mooie, moderne en ruime kamer. De ligging was heel goed. In het hart van de stad in een bruisende straat. Enige minpunt van het verblijf is dat je veel geluid binnen krijgt van buiten en de omliggende kamers, maar dit is dan ook het enige minpunt. Bedankt om ons te verwelkomen!

- John & Sophie (8/5): Hôtel idéalement situé avec un accueil chaleureux et un accès direct à la zone piétonne. - Hôtel très bien situé. Nous y sommes allés en voiture. La personne qui gère l’établissement (Ciao Angelo), très sympathique, nous attendait directement au parking. Nous avons payé 20 € par jour pour le stationnement, comme annoncé avant notre arrivée, et on ne m’a pas demandé de laisser les clés du véhicule. Attention : l’hôtel est situé dans la zone ZTL. Il est possible d’acheter un pass via l’application mobile PalerMobilità. Il faut d’abord créer un compte, l’approvisionner, enregistrer votre véhicule, puis aller dans la section ZTL, "Buy a pass" et l’activer le jour J en sélectionnant votre véhicule. L’hôtel m’a indiqué qu’il prenait en charge le pass ZTL pour le jour de l’arrivée et du départ, mais par précaution (et pour seulement 5 € par jour), j’ai préféré m’en occuper moi-même. Sinon, l’hôtel est vraiment idéalement placé : un ascenseur vous mène directement dans une zone piétonne animée, avec de nombreux restaurants et commerces, et l’opéra est à seulement 5 minutes à pied.

- Loris (9/5): - Posizione ottima, praticamente si è nel centro storico di Palermo! E altro punto a favore il parcheggio privato coperto (a pagamento) nella stessa struttura dell'alloggio. Niente di particolare, solo qualche piccolo dettaglio della camera da sistemare (guarnizione doccia rotta e altri piccoli dettagli che renderebbero tutto perfetto). Inoltre pensiero mio personale offrirei agli ospiti almeno una bottiglietta d'acqua all'arrivo (costo 2€ se si volesse prendere dal frigo presente in camera).

- Simone (8/5): Ci tornerei sicuramente!! - Pulizia e posizione sono sicuramente eccezionali, parcheggio comodissimo sottostante al bed and breakfast(€25 al giorno però) Disponibilità di tutto lo staff e accoglienza dei due ragazzi un altro punto a favore! La camera aveva due tre pecche che con qualche miglioria potrebbe essere eccezionale, ma l’insonorizzazione sia con l’esterno sia con le altre camere è pessima. Per chi la raggiunge in macchina ricordo il pass per la ztl che non sarà coperta dalla struttura a parte il giorno di arrivo e quello di partenza!
- anjabo (5/5): good, although we would have felt more welcome - The building is located in an excellent street. It is close to all facilities. It is clean and tidy. I didn't like the air conditioning at all, which cannot be regulated and blows directly on the person sleeping in bed. We were unpleasantly surprised because we had to pay 20 euros more for arrival after 8:00 PM, and this cost was not written anywhere as a separate item. It's not about the 20 € because it's not a lot of money, but about the feeling of being cheated. The person who communicated with us about the additional payment was arrogant and with an attitude that you should have known that because it says that the reception closes at 8:00 PM. Everywhere we traveled in such a case there is a safe that you enter with a special pin where you can get the key to the property. Guest registration can be done the next day during the reception hours. We were there for two days and never saw anyone at the reception. It's a pretty noisy part of town, but that didn't bother us.

- Eduardo (8/5): - I like the location and the room itself . Everything was nice and safe. However, the AC was weak and set to high temperatures for Florida, USA customers, so we had to purchase an actual fan to bare the hot temperature inside the room.

- Carrie (10/5): - This place is very good you are close to all the main attractions, restaurants and shopping. I would not recommend bringing a car to this location as getting to the place you are driving down very tight streets and the spots in the parkade are very tight. The parkade is locked and have workers on site which felt very safe. The only thing that I would recommend to the hotel is the check in process, we live out of Country and our cell phones were not working to call and not having someone come to the front door to meet was a little stressful. The hallways were dark and didn’t know where the light switches were. Once taken to our room everything was great.

When we arrived, one man who was the host let us know that the water and the snacks were complimentary, which was very nice. When we checked out we had a lady come to us and say that we had drank the bottles of water that we had to pay for them which was okay. We didn’t have an issue with that. She also then proceeded to point out that we had eaten the snacks. We let her know that the man said they were complimentary and that we had them on the basis that they were complimentary. Regardless, we were happy to pay for these items. When we went to go pay the card machine wasn’t working and we were greeted by another host. My friend ended up having some cash and he told the lady that we weren’t going to pay but he ended up pocketing the cash.

- Pamela (8/5): Schöne Unterkunft in bester Lage - Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Die Lage ist top. Man kann Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen. Restaurants und Bars gibt es im Überfluss. Das Personal war superfreundlich und Hilfsbereit. Die Tiefgarage unter dem Haus war klasse, da wir den Mietwagen dort abstellen konnten. Empfehlung,: unbedingt das Doppelzimmer Deluxe buchen. Da das normale Doppelzimmer sehr stickig ist, da man das Fenster nur kippen kann und man im Sommer somit auf eine Klimaanlge angewiesen ist. Weiter verfügt das normale Doppelzimmer, anders als in det Beschreibung bei Booking angegeben nicht über einen Balkon oder Patio. Dennoch hat uns die Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen. Danke an das sehr nette Team! Nichts
