- Simone (8/5): - La porta aveva un fermaporta magnetico a terra che si mimetizza col pavimento messo in un passaggio obbligato (a causa del letto che occupava lo spazio), involontariamente ho dato un colpo col piede e mi sono ferito. Le porte della doccia non erano pienamente ermetiche e quindi usciva un po' d'acqua. In ogni caso sto parlando della mia stanza nello specifico, le altre potrebbero non avere questi "problemi". Per il resto personale accogliente e disponibile, lenzuola pulite e ottima posizione. Consigliato se cercate qualcosa con un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo.
- Christopher (4/5): Was disappointed at the difficulties - It was very difficult to locate the hotel. There wasn’t enough signage. I wound up driving around the block for almost an hour because I didn’t see any signs. Getting into the location was difficult. There were 3 keys and they didn’t always work. You had to play around with them once you got them inserted. They didn’t name the restaurant that was included. It just said it was 10 meters away and I wound up spending 50€ getting breakfast and coffee for the days I was there at the restaurant I was entitled to breakfast at. The staff seemed very nice . I was very disappointed It also takes a very long time to get questions answered as I could only message them via email

- Charlotte (2/5): - Inadequate facilities and unprofessional customer service. To begin with, the hot tub in our suite did not meet even basic expectations. The water temperature was far too low, making it impossible to enjoy a bath, let alone call it a “hot tub.” Even after running the hot water for over 20 minutes, the temperature remained lukewarm at best, and with the time it takes to fill the tub, the water was cold by the time it was full. Additionally, there was a noticeable leak at the base, which only worsened the situation. When I politely approached the reception to raise these concerns and to request an extra pillow or two (due to a neck and shoulder condition that requires proper support during sleep), I was met with a rude and mocking response. The gentleman at reception implied that one pillow should have been sufficient, showing no empathy or understanding. Later, when I requested he come to assess the hot tub issue, he entered our room while my partner was in a towel, tested the water, and again mocked me, asking sarcastically, “What do you want, boiling water?” This behavior was both inappropriate and unprofessional. When I asked him to leave and said I’d prefer to speak to a manager, he told me there was none available and refused further help. Only after I requested a refund did he bring 2 more pillows and a half-hearted apology. Also our safe did not work and our bath leaked across our bathroom floor. No hot water this morning either.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem historischen Gebäude ... einige der Zimmer befinden sich direkt an der Straße, von daher nicht immer ganz ruhig Obwohl es als Bed & Breakfast beschrieben ist, kann man dort nicht frühstücken ... es gibt jedoch Alternativen direkt um die Ecke Die Zimmer selber sind sauber und der Größe entsprechend, könnten aber ein "Make-up" vertragen

However the sound-proofing is fairly good - there is only a problem with noise if you want to keep your balcony door open at night.

- Verified traveler (2/5): schlechtester Service überhaupt - Ich bin spät nachts angereist, daher war das Hotel nicht besetzt. Ich habe Stunden im voraus meine späte Anreise angekündigt und bekam nur die Antwort, dass das Hotel bis 23 Uhr besetzt ist, keine Lösungsvorschlag oder Ähnliches.
- Karl (10/5): - Das Hotel ist einfach zu empfehlen. Es zwar etwas abseits gelegen und nach dem „deutschen“ Standart etwas anders, aber es ist sehr familiär und hat Charme. Das Personal gibt sich Mühe und Tipps die wirklich zu empfehlen sind. Unser Zimmer war Sauber, die Straße ist Nachts ruhig und Fußläufig kann man die nächste Metro in 8 min erreichen.

- Lynda (6/5): Not sure - Hotel is clean . It is difficult to find and also difficult to contact. There is rarely anyone actually on the desk to ask for help. It’s very much do it yourself. The rooms just fit a double bed in but the bathroom was ok. Everything from bed to bathroom check in to check out is basic. It’s not expensive so I guess you get what you pay for?
- Maria Cristina (8/5): Ottimo affittacamere nel bel quartiere di Chiaia - Ottimo affittacamere, noi abbiamo soggiornato nella camera junior con portafinestra, molto pulita, bagno con ottima doccia, cassaforte, tv e frigobar; letto e cuscini molto comodi. Il personale e’ stato molto gentile anche se ovviamente non è sempre presente. Di fronte un ristorantino, dietro l’angolo un ottimo bar per far colazione, a 5 minuti dalla passeggiata a mare e dalla metro Piazza Amedeo ma il centro e’ ben raggiungibile anche a piedi. Mi permetto di suggerire alla gestione due piccole aggiunte: una bottiglietta di acqua omaggio per ogni ospite e un cestino per l’immondizia in più’ oltre a quello in bagno. Penso che se di nuovo a Napoli torneremo certamente.

Helped with what ever I needed and recommended things to do in the entire compañía region. My room was cleaned every day. And the hotel is in the perfect location if staying in Napoli.

We loved the location, far away from the city centre chaos but close enough to explore the city on foot and ideal for a morning stroll on the seafront. The staff was super kind and always made sure we were having the best time. 100% recommended!
- Michael (10/5): - We stayed for one night only but found this hotel really cozy and clean. The service was great and the room spacious. A bit difficult though to shower in the jacuzzi bath but overall we were fully satisfied. Also the area was very nice.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Arrived at the hotel and was told we were “upgraded” to a new hotel 30 mins walk away which was difficult with our suitcase, although the area was better. When we arrived the room looked quite similar to the original we had booked, so we assume they just couldn’t be bothered to come and meet us for the check in. The room was nice and suitable for 1 night and they gave us some tips for the area and told us we could leave our luggage until late the next day. But on check out there was no one at the desk for us to give the keys or to leave our luggage with and they were VERY difficult to get hold of so waited in reception for an hour. Eventually got the personal number of someone who reluctantly said they would meet us at 5 to let us in to get our luggage. When we arrived at 5 no one was there so we had to wait again. Very poor and disappointing service.

Værelse med balkon og delvis hav udsigt, var en fransk dør med udsigt til en parkerings plads. Værelset var beskidt med hår fra andre mennesker. Vi lavede en aftale om at refundere pengene men det kunne så lige pludselig ikke lade sig gøre og endte med at snakke med jer i over 3 timer for at i ikke kunne sende med noget dokumentation på samtalen.

The entrance, the tiled floor, our bright lite room and the thorough cleaning every day which surpassed any 5 star hotel. The reception staff were amazing. The young man Rafael helped my husband with printing and scanning vital business documents and Erika was such a bubbly and delightful staff member. My husband and I cannot fault this place.

Even 4-5 star hotels I have stayed in do not always offer the same comfort of space, excellent service and most of all cleanliness and peace to relax at night. The bathroom is just wow and the bed is fresh, stable and everything just neatly made. We even had real plants in the room which added up to the cozy homely feeling. Matheus was our go to guy for almost anything and God did he take his time to explain everything and make us get whatever we needed during our The location is perfect for both active and inactive guests as you get around very easily either by walking to the sea which is a 5 minutes walk away or just the shopping area which is another 5-7 minutes away depending on what your needs are. We‘ll most probably be coming back soon! I recommend the place. We stayed in the presidential suite (106) but I bet that the other rooms are just as good.

- Riccardo (8/5): Elegante e romantico - L'albergo si trova in zona Chiaia a pochi metri dal mare. La camera che abbiamo preso in offerta era molto curata, letto comodissimo, bagno efficiente, forse un pò rumorosa per il fatto di essere al primo piano e affacciati direttamente sulla strada. Sicuramente le camere superior sono migliori. Un disguido c'è stato con la colazione: il sito Hotels.com assicurava che la colazione era compresa, ma la struttura non prevede colazione per quel tipo di offerta. In ogni caso sono stati gentilissimi e ci hanno offerto caffè a volontà. Il Wifi non prende molto bene in camera.
- lara (10/5): Very Well renovated flats in a great neighborhood - The apartment is newly refurbished and very well done, tidy, clean and offers a very comfortable bed. Great locations in Chiaia for the weekend or longer stay .The beautiful cafe Rivieira is just in the corner. 50 meters away. The reception has a very polite and well informed hostess. I definitely would come back in this apartment.
- Cha (10/5): Super hôtel ! - Séjour d'une semaine à Naples début septembre 2018, nous avons adoré cet hôtel ! Bien placé dans le quartier Chiaia, proche du métro Amedeo, à deux pas d'un grand parc et de la promenade qui longe la baie. Chambre spacieuse, luxueuse, très propre, climatisée, calme, top ! Personnel gentil et serviable, petit déjeuner servi dans la chambre. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir !
