• Jennifer (9/5): Ich würde die Unterkunft immer wieder für einen Städtetrip buchen - Sehr großes und geräumiges Zimmer mit Terrasse. Das Zimmer war sauber und ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Wasser war zur Begrüßung im Kühlschrank, Kaffee und Snacks jederzeit verfügbar. Der Vermieter war wirklich sehr nett und hat uns Tipps für Restaurants, Ausflüge und Sehenswürdigkeiten gegeben und war jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar. Es waren nach dem öffnen der Terrassentür immer sehr viele Fliegen im Zimmer, wofür die Unterkunft natürlich nichts kann. Die Tischdecke auf der Terrasse war schon sehr abgenutzt. Die könnte vielleicht ausgetauscht werden :-) Ist aber meckern auf hohem Niveau.

Érkezéskor üdítő, ásványvíz volt bekészítve a hűtőszekrénybe. Használhattuk a közös konyhát. Kávé, édességek folyamatosan rendelkezésre álltak. -

• Grzegorz (10/5): Świetne lokum w dobrej lokalizacji. - Czysto, ładnie, spokojna okolica, miły personel. Jak dla mnie super baza wypadowa. Dostępna kawa , herbata i coś słodkiego do przegryzienia. Wyposażona wspólna kuchnia. Przestronny pokój z tarasem. Jak nie mieliśmy sił po zwiedzaniu to tuż obok knajpa ze smaczną pizza. Zdziwiły mnie śniadania które są ok 300m od obiektu (oprócz poniedziałku). Śniadanie typowo włoskie czyli kawa i crossaint z nadzieniem do wyboru. Kilka minut na piechotę do sklepów Mercado lub Lidl. Wizyta byla w lutym więc miesiąc raczej chłodny Dlatego nadmienię tutaj, że niestety ogrzewanie z klimatyzacji w sumie ogrzewało tylko pokój. Dodatkowo przydałby się serwis, czasami mocno buczał wentylator. W łazience mały elektryczny podgrzewacz do kontaktu niestety nie zapewniał odpowiedniego grzania.

Caly objekt w rewelacyjnym stanie. Istnieje możliwość skorzystać z wspólnej kuchni dla gości. Lokalizacja kilka kroków od starego miasta. Halas z pobliskiego małego warsztatu samochodowego

Odhlučnenie je slabšie.Cez víkend večer veľký hluk aút z ulice.

• Kimberly (9/5): Great option for a short stay in Lemezia - Excellent hospitality by Pino, who offered to collect me from the airport for a reasonable fee and gave me a little tour of the town. As a solo traveller, I really appreciated this. . Simple but very clean, centrally located for Nicastro and fairly quiet, though you can hear other guests and road noise. My upper floor room had a big balcony and was perfect for a short stay. I did a gelato class at Coneria Italiana and chose this place because it was a few mintues' walk away. Not the property's fault, but not a lot of trains run from Centrale to Nicastro, so if coming from the airport, check the times in case it's more practical to book a transfer.

Try pizza place next door, which open during the day, we have a very nice chat with the owner. Look forward to come back.

• Frank (10/5): Impressed with a capital ( I ) - Very spacious and the biggest bathroom i have seen in Italy so far. Great location. Close to the main Plaza, bar, restaurants and you can shop till you drop. I was very impressed with city, very safe and friendly. Pino, the owner was very accommodating in every way from the time we booked till the end. He explained and gave us all the information need for our 2 nights stay. We where lucky that we just happened to booked when it was there Saint Antono festival, that was a highlight for us. Food stalls, music and fun. The town was buzzing with excitement. Highly recommended visiting when they have there festivals. In fact the summer festivals in most town are a must.

As written by someone else that caught our eye so we booked, was the wonderful host who made sure that we were comfortable. After breakfast, we sauntered downtown and upon our return we decided to have lunch. The food was superb ...homemade fresh pasta to die for and authentic Italian charcuterie. We highly recommend it as we would definitely return again. N/A

We ate a very nice dinner there that was great value for money. Breakfast is just a coffee and pastry. Very delicious but might not be enough for some people.
