• Ludwig (8/5): Ubicación del alojamiento extraordinario,relación calidad/precio bueno, limpio y con lo necesario. - Muy buena ubicación, cerca de la Estación de Hakata; alojamiento limpio y con lo necesario. El segundo piso o altillo es muy bajito por lo que no se puede parar totalmente erguido, no tiene conexiones para cargar equipos, subir escaleras tipo bombero genera algo de riesgo.

• MITSUHIRO (5/5): 寝泊まりする分には問題なし - 博多駅からも近く、福岡市内の観光、夜に居酒屋などで飲むのには良い立地でした！ チェックインに時間がかかった。利用者の名前、住所、電話番号などを全部入れないといけないので、とても面倒だった。もう一つは、あまり掃除が行き届いていなかったのが気になった。寝泊まりする分に支障はないが、場所によっては埃っぽかったりした。

• MIYOUNG (10/5): 트립포드스미요시 A동 - 냉장고와 전자렌지 인덕션 전기포트 가 있어서 음식해먹기 수월했구요 특히 화장실과 욕실이 분리되어서 5인가족이 이용하기에 불편함이 없었어요. 세탁기랑 세제도 있고 욕실은 건조기능이 있어서 춥지도 않고 세탁된 옷들을 걸어두면 뽀송해서 좋았어요. 티비 아래에 보일러랑 세탁기등에 관한 한국어 사용설명서도 비치되어 있어서 큰 도움이 되었습니다 여분의 수건은 화장실문 바로옆 수납장과 문밖에도 따로 수납되어 있어서 셀프로 이용하는데 불편하지 않았습니다 복층에는 청소년 셋이 자고 소파옆에 이불펴서 둘이 자도 공간이 여유로웠어요. 소파도 생각보다 꺼짐이 없어서 이용하기 괜찮았어요. 하카타역도 가까운편이고 주변에 드럭스토어 모리 스미요시점이랑 편의점,유명한 동네빵집, 스미요시신사 등 위치가 좋았어요 엘리베이터가 없어서 걱정했는데 다행히 1층을 배정받아서 편했습니다. 한국의 보일러문화가 아니라서 바닥이 차가웠지만 소파나 이불깔고 자기에는 12월 중순날씨에는 괜찮습니다 층간소음이 심해서 복층에서 잘때 새벽에 세탁기소리가 심하게 나서 불편했어요.

• Amy (8/5): - The property is tidy and compact. The room was very clean. Unfortunately the couch is very uncomfortable because it has several broken springs. There’s a tall ladder for bed on tamati mats. The mats themselves were quite thin but I doubled it and it was more comfortable. Overall there was no problems with the property and I would be happy to stay again if I was in the area.
• Keiko (10/5): ゆったりとできました。 - お風呂，トイレが別々だったので良かったです。家族2人で宿泊しましたがとてもゆったりと広く使えて快適でした。 暑い時だったので洗濯する事ができてとても助かりました。 駅から近くコンビニもすぐにあってとても便利でした。 アパート的な感じで落ち着き良かったです。 音漏れが少しありましたがあまり気になりませんでした。
• Verified traveler (6/5): 客服人員不積極處理事情 - 一天的飛機加一整天的走路勞累、只想回住宿休息、卻遇到機器壞掉的情況、處理人員不專業、不積極處理、導致一群人被關在外面兩小時、隔天也有好幾組認識這種情況、除了這個小插曲，住宿方面還是很好的。

• Verified traveler (6/5): - 어디든 가까운 위치로 가성비 좋게 친구들이랑 잘 지내고 온거 같습니다! 다시 가도 이용할 생각은 있는데 다만 숙소 청결상태는 좀 고쳐졌으면 하네요ㅠㅠ 벌레가 나온다거나 그렇지는 않지만 먼지나 침구류에 얼룩이 신경쓰였습니다. 그런것만 제외하면 정말정말 만족스러웠습니다!

• Bruce (7/5): It was a convenient location and was OK, but could have been better with more comfortable bedding. - It was in a convenient location a short walk from Fukuoka station. There was a ‘funky’ smell in the bathroom which I think was coming from the washing machine. The bunk bed/futon downstairs was very uncomfortable.

• Wengg (8/5): It was a pleasant stay - I like that it is spacious enough compare to typical hotels in Japan. Kitchenette and laundry facilities are good. I love the separate toilet and bathroom as well. Location is good just a few meters away from Hakata Station. There is a nearby park, a 24H supermarket, convenience stores. It was not squeaky clean and you can hear noises from other rooms. How I wish bed is more comfortable.

• Raitis (6/5): Pleasant - Automated check in is nice, but inputting all of the guest information takes time. Location is great. The washing machine is not held securely in place and started bouncing around the bathroom in the middle of the night. We used some towels to level its legs, but it was a challenge and it made so much noise I imagine the other hotel guests might have mistaken it for an earthquake.

• Jean-francois (8/5): Simple and practical apartment for a family. - Quite fast to get access to the unit. Didn't meet anyone. Doing virtual call at the entrance to get entry passcode, but not sharing host video. Entry of all information at the entrance tablet a bit cumbersome, would be better to allow entry in advance through web. Unit is self contained with washing machine and large fridge which are very useful when staying a few days. Room spacious enough for 4 people, even enough space for a 5th in bunk bed.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - 子連れで6泊しました。ロフトは喜んでいました。 お部屋のWiFi環境良し。外出時のWiFi利用は助かりました。 清掃も行き届いていて室内スリッパを持参していましたが履かなくても大丈夫でした。蓋付きゴミ箱も大きいものが2つあり掃除機もあるので清掃依頼は結局しませんでした。 洗濯機があるホテルを探していたのでお部屋専用はありがたいです。洗剤は持参ですが、アメニティとしてあったら良いです。ハンガーは約10本程洗濯用にありました。靴下などを干す洗濯バサミが着いたものを持参すると良いです。アイロンもあるといいなぁ… ちょうど隣の敷地が工事中との事で事前にお知らせはありましたが日中部屋にいると少し気になったのでB棟かC棟に宿泊したら良かったです。 近くにコンビニもあり博多駅からの通り道には飲食店、ドラッグストア、郵便局もあるので便利です。夜道も明るいので安心です。ホテルの斜め向かいにはパーキングがあるので(打ち切り昼1,000円、夜500円)車で来ても大丈夫です。 (2019年10月現在の情報です) また是非利用したいと思うホテルです！

• Janice (8/5): Great location, not so great soundproofing? - It was in a great location and the place was fully stocked with everything you would need. It’s within walking distance to Hakata and it’s also close to the check-in service centre. The only downside is the noise. Pray that you don’t get horrible neighbours like mine (or at least get a unit on the second floor). My neighbours decided to have drinking parties every night at 3am and thump up and down the stairs every 30 minutes to smoke outside despite the written rule of keeping noise down past 8pm. The phone provided by the hotel has an online chat service that I regretfully did not make use of until the last night of my stay. I (politely) complained about my neighbours and the staff were very accommodating. They let my neighbours know and the noise levels went down.

• Verified traveler (10/5): 다음에 또 이용하고 싶은 타테루! - 일단 완전 깨끗해서 좋아요! 근처 후쿠오카 구경할때 걸어가기도 좋고 숙소 바로 앞에 큰 마트랑 편의점까지 있어서 밤 언제든 나가서 먹거리사기도 짱! 체크인히는 곳과 거리가 있지만 나름 재미있고 좋아요! 단 옆집과 방음이 잘 안되지만 그건 일본 집 구조 특성상 원래 그런거같아요 대신 밤 10시 지나면 큰 소리로 말하지말라는것만 잘 지키면 아무 문제 없어요. 저는 갔을때 옆집에서 너무 시끄럽게해서.. 그분들도 한국분.. 암튼 다음에 또 가게된다면 100% 타테루에서 묵을꺼에요.
