- Bas (2/5): - Das Hotel ist schrecklich.unhygienisch und ekelhaft.Die Zimmern sind dreckig die bettbezüge waren gelb.Die Toilette war kaputt und die der Klodeckel lag auf dem Boden und die Dusche hatte kein Glas.Die Mitarbeiter sind ebenso unhöflich und gucken nicht mal dir ins Gesicht. Frühstück ist richtig getrocknet und es ist in einem Teller mit folie gepackt also es gibt kein offenes Büfe.+Im Hotelzimmer ist es so stickig und bekommt keine Luft.Das Hotel würde ich niemals empfehlen. Kommt niemals hier hin!

- Aziz (1/5): Bad - No one thing to like I had a terrible experience at this hotel. Everything was extremely poor, from the old, rundown beds to the lack of a proper entry system. The owners were taking advantage of guests, charging 20 riyals for a 300ml bottle of water, as if they had found a sacrificial goat to exploit. They were overcharging for everything and were unhelpful and rude when asked for assistance. I would advise everyone to avoid this hotel, as the people running it are extremely unprofessional and unreliable..

- Verified traveler (2/5): Dirty hotel. - When I booked they claimed to have a gym and a washing machine for use. When we arrived we got told that they do not have a gym and no washing machine. The rooma were extremely dirty and nothing like the pictures. The shower handle holder was also broken.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Avoid if possible - Cheap as it gets. Don't expect much in terms of room size for a double. Bathroom door swings open unless you lock it with a key. Water leaking out of the faucet base. We stayed one night and we find out they charged us for 3. Also walls are paper thin, felt like people were walking into our room all night.

Only thing I questioned was the AC/heater unit. I tried to put it on but it did not work. Ain't sure it is me or it was dead. Besides i would only compliment the staff and hotel

- Mhdwaseem (1/5): Bad experience - The woman at the reception was very kind and helpful but the man was unhelpful and not kind. The staff was not helpful and the facilities was not the same descriptions. An example: there was no refrigerator in my room and no water heater. I came on Saturday and leave atfter one week, but nobody came to clean my room so i asked the reception on Monday to ask why nobody came for cleaning so they said that i need to inform them to send someone to clean my room. So i leaved my key around 11-12 then j backed around 6:30 the room was not cleaned yet, so i asked why so he said the hotel i full and they didn't have time to clean it. Then they sent someon to clean it but he just changed the towels and the sheet bed.... Next day i talked with the reception again to send someone to clean the room so they said you must come during the breakfast so give us the key so we clean the romm.. I explained that i usually don't eat breakfast and i am in a vacation so i usually wake up late so they told me that wjat they have if I am not satisfied about the service and my facilities so I need to talk with the owner in the morning... After that every time i tried to speak with the owner they said he is not here... The man at the reception was not kind and angry with me because i was asking him to send the housekeeping to clean the room. I remember also at the bathroom there was no place to hang up the towels or the bathrobe or for hands. Plus i didn't have a large bed as they said and there was no trash basket around the bed. In addition, there was a lot of noise and I could hear the guests' voices from the adjoining rooms.

- Raed (2/5): Nightmare - The worst room I've ever had in my entire life, everything in the room was broken and rusted, non of the hotel staff spoke a single word in English, there wasn't even a space for our luggage, even there isn't a real shower, upon checking in the nice old man receptionist could barely explain thatvthe room will be ready soon after they clean it, an hour later therecwas another receptionist that barely could communicate in English told ys the room will he available after 4 hours!!!! So we left the hotel and spent time in the city, when we arrived at the hotel the receptionist had no idea how to check us in and he called a lady to help us of course after I 7sed Google translate trying to communicate with them in Turkish. They don't speak English n8r French or Spanish, how on earth they operate a hotel!

- 633ghassana (2/5): Miserable. - Don't even think to book in this miserable hotel! The manager of this property has no professional attitude. He is treating the hotel staff in a very bad way in front of the customers. No internet, they will give you a password for wifi which is located in the manager office so it won't work. No air conditioning AC or any kind of air conditioning machines. No shampoo at the toilet and no towels and you need to ask them to get that. No free drinking water in the fridge and you need to pay to get some water. The toilet need to be fixed as after you take a shower you will find a lake in the restroom. The room is very old and they have very small TV screen with no service / signal. The only thing that I will appreciate in this weird hotel is the lady on the reception, she was trying her heart to make this accomodation easier for us, and she has good English language. The hotel location is perfect, too close to the metro station. My advice to you, just skip this hotel. Sleep at the streets as a homeless but don't book at this hotel.
