But everything else was nice, good location, good breakfast and good staff. The tvs in the room was contacted to the same remote control. Made it really hard to watch tv.

- Andrea (8/5): In town for a funeral - The staff was amazing. There was a late night staff named Charlie. Who was very sweet. She was so accommodating and kind. There was a glitch in the system that wouldn’t allow for her to switch my room and she tried and tried to get things to work out, including calling her manager who had just left the property. Her manager was really nice and when things wouldn’t work with phone instructions, she turned around and came back to the property to fix the glitch and paid for a snack that I had because I had to wait. Both Charlie and her manager showed exemplary customer service and they were just kind people. Charlie showed great patience and remained focused on customers service despite the obvious stress of not being able to complete the task at hand. Each staff I interacted with was kind and efficient. The location was nice and appeared to be in a safe area. I love that they did have makeup moisture towels in the room with spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The walls were super thin and I could hear someone stomping on the floor above me my entire stay off and on. There’ was a lot of noise in the hallway so if you didn’t get up at the customary 8 AM you would be disturbed. People were gathered in the hallway, talking loudly some were staff and some were patrons of the hotel. It made it very difficult to sleep in and after checking in very late, I wasn’t really wanting to get up early. The Internet was spotty at times and while I was watching a show the whole thing shut down. It took a while for it to come back on, which was annoying. Limited outlets by the bed for cell phone usage.

- Dobbs (8/5): Very nice, clean, and convenient. - The location, although somewhat removed from the attractions I was visiting, was also positioned close to plenty of eateries and shopping. Traffic in this area isn't overwhelming, and the area itself seems rather quiet. As with most hotels, the pillows are mostly decorative now. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows are tiny, and lack any firmness. I will NEVER travel without my own pillows again. Lesson learned. Also, the AC was inoperable, but that didn't become apparent until we were too committed to the room to facilitate a change.

The next day I received an email that stated that room was not available and would it be alright to put me in a handicap accessible room with walk in shower. I emailed back that it would be okay and we could make it work. I checked into the hotel late in evening, get to the room, and there was a very small bathtub (not even walk in shower). It was very late and my husband was schedule to be at hospital at 5 am for surgery so I didn’t have time or energy to argue and try to change rooms. Very disappointing.

- Kasi (9/5): The staff at the front desk were great and I don't have any complaints about this location. - location was great for shopping and being close to restaurants. We were in town for baseball tournament and location was close enough for driving to events. The only issue I had was in booking. originally, I needed to book two rooms and my booking.com printout stated I did have two rooms booked. However, when I called the actual hotel a few days later to confirm they stated I only had one room booked. It all worked out in the end because the other room ended up not being needed as some people decided not to make the trip. But that was a confusing situation.

- Wendy (10/5): - Super clean, staff incredibly friendly and professional, workout room had new equipment, the breakfast area was nice and food was good. The manager serving breakfast was extremely polite and wanted to be sure we had everything we needed. Great place!

The walls are paper thin and you’re not only able to hear the people from upstairs walking; but the neighbors, if they have an alarm, will wake you up. Staff while considerate was not the most helpful.

- Latoya (9/5): Superb - Friendly customer service, room was clean and comfortable. No issues at all. It takes a while to be refunded for your incidentals. I only stayed one night and its been a week and still don't have my credit in my account. My card was charged while I was 2 hours away from my location. My card was locked and when I got to a stopping point, I called to confirm that the hotel was making a transaction. I unlocked my card and the transaction was approved. Later on the night I discovered, that an email was sent about my room would be canceled if I didn't call with a card. I feel that a phone call needed to be made. At time, travelers don't have access to an email.

- JCWebb54 (4/5): Under renovation, don't stay here. - Under renovation, not noted on site. Should be half price! Plastic in hallways, rooms under renovation left open with paint smells. Do not stay here till finished. Booked thru Marriott Bonvoy. The breakfast was just adequate, not very good. Very disappointed.
- Jacob (2/5): Gross! - The room was disgusting. There was feces in the bathroom flooe I had to clean before our daughters ended up stepping in it. One of the remotes didn’t work. The hair dryer didn’t work. She sheets were dingy.
