Friendly staff and wonderful food as well.

- Bala (10/5): Great time at Palm Nest and Nairobi - Christine is naturally a friendly person. She and her team went extramile to make our stay to be as comfortable as possible. We had a great conversation from the airport and when you took us to town for a tour. My wife loved you. We had a great time at their establishment and Nairobi ìn general. We will definitely come back. Nothing
- Joel (4/5): Great manager....rooms are run down... - Typical Nairobi room....everything is run down or worn out. The manager was absolutely great which made the stay bearable. The hygiene standards are low in Kenya and this is why I hate traveling to this country. Go at your own risk....
- Bila (9/5): It was great and Beautiful. - It was ok and the staff were very helpful. We will sure go back there any other time.

They also fed us a simple dinner when we arrived, which was much appreciated. There's nothing near the hotel, not that we needed to go out.
- Tobiko (7/5): Good -

- Abdul (8/5): Very good -
- Claudio (9/5): Superb - The Host and her staff are very friendly.
Assistance from/to airport excellent.
Location is very close to the airport.
- Kerry (3/5): Poor -
- Alice (7/5): Good facility that makes one feel home away from home. - The location is very good especially for late night flights.
Breakfast is good but could be improved by changing menu
everyday and provide fruits that are in season. There is no drinking water in the room.
The power to the flush water in toilet should be increased.
- Richard (8/5): Satisfactory - Brekfast cut short by us because of need to reach JKIA Better installed mosquito netting
- Susan (10/5): - Beautiful rooms and the staff was wonderful
- Susan (10/5): - Wonderful property with hot showers and yummy breakfast!
- Ama (10/5): Exceptional - Christine was really nice and welcoming 🙏🏾 Nothing
- Natalia (9/5): Value for money - Right next to airport, very convenient when you have an early flight. The host was very kind and the room looked clean, with confortable bed and hot shower. My only recommendation is to give more information regarding the location prior to check-in. The B&B is inside a complex and there weren't any signs and references to get to the right house once we arrived at the main gate. I ended up going to the wrong house.
- Yuichi (10/5): - 朝早い出発でしたが暖かい朝食を提供して下さいました。
- Libor (5/5): Passable -
- Abdulrahim (8/5): Very good -
- Nikki (1/5): you get what you pay for, definately would not go back, you get what you pay for - nothing inedible dinner, shower did not work, generally very sub standard
- Peter (6/5): - Pickup was late
- Shivani (8/5): Very good -
- Shivani (8/5): Very good -
- Si (8/5): Very good - The staff was friendly and efficient. She helped me check in quickly after a long flight and prepared breakfast early in the morning. There was only 1 place where I could charge my phone so I could not charge the electronic misquote repellent.

- Sergine (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ray (8/5): Very good -
- Inga (9/5): Superb -
- Degsew (9/5): Superb - very friendly stuff, very clean rooms and comfortable room.
- Nischal (4/5): - This is more like a Air B&B and not an actual hotel. Challenging to accommodate late check ins. Our Driver had to wait outside the gate and call to wake up the owners. Expedia did not explain that this place was not a hotel.
- Anna (8/5): Very good -
- Tallulah (8/5): Very good - Christine opened up for us with a smile and made sure we had everything we needed!! friendly and clean place for an overnight stay from the airport, with a tasty breakfast to set us on our way

- Kay (8/5): Very good -
- John (8/5): Very good -
- George (10/5): Exceptional -
- Fadipe (7/5): Good - The hospitality from the host. Breakfast was made even though we left early. The location is somehow difficult to get. But you should be fine with google map
- Susan (5/5): Passable - It was close to the airport as I had an early flight. I had to wait for my pickup to arrive at the airport even though I had sent the details. We had a diversion on the way to the guest house to pick something up, which turned out to be nothing. The toilet didn't flush properly and there was water coming from somewhere. The hot water in the shower didn't work, so I had a cold shower at 5am!
The pick up to the airport was 5 minutes late even though I was sitting waiting! When discussing this on my return to the airport I was offered a complimentary stay next time......I am unlikely to be there again so it was not much of an offer!
- Anonymous (3/5): Poor - very close to the airport and arranged pickup and drop off Bitings overnight. bedbugs or something? chewing gum on bedframes. so many mosquitoes and nets didn't fit well, dirty bathtub, no shower and no water just drops!
- Maureen (7/5): Was reasonable, staff were exceptional. - Quiet. Friendly and polite staff. The two ladies were exceptional. They cooked good food, they were friendly and helpful. Accessibility due to road issues. No fault of the property and its management. Would appreciate if this is disclosed in advance to avoid suprises.
- Tom (9/5): Superb -
- Sofie (10/5): It is not the first time for me to stay at Palm Nest and it will certainly not be my last. thank you - I like the rooms, the breakfast, the flexibility and all the staff. big fan of this place There is nothing I disliked.
- Darrell (7/5): Good - Staff was great. ( Except Cynthia's eggs😁) Location, bigger room,
- Taisto (9/5): Nice and affordable accommodation just outside of Nairobi. - Good facilitating, nice and comfortable, very spacious room. Service was organized by the wishes of the customer. Nice and cozy place. It was a bit difficult to find at first during the night, but just following the google maps pin help me get there.
Also, the mosquito net did not work properly but since there were no mosquitos I didn't even ask it to be fixed.
- Erica (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nasio (7/5): Good -
- Joy (10/5): Exceptional - The services were excellent. We were welcomed warmly by Christine and her colleague.
- Akinniyi (9/5): Superb - The reception was warm. Good people.
- Trijntje (10/5): - Christine and team are very much friendly and willing to help wherever needed.
- Carlo (9/5): Saved me from breakdown. - Super service, super friendly ... Ideal place for a stopover at Nairobi airport.
- Santina (9/5): Solo traveller - The staff. Very friendly and accommodating. The manager was a champ. She helped me so much. Their food was authentic Kenyan style at a reasonable prices. I like free breakfast. The toilet in my room was broken. Was not flushing.
- Julia (8/5): Very good - very helpful staff. great correspondence with Christine before stay. arranged transfer to and from airport which is only 10 mins drive
- Chilande (5/5): Passable - The view is so beautiful and the entire room so clean and beautiful 😍. looking forward to visiting back
- Caroline (5/5): Acceptable in emergency - I left early so did not have breakfast. I however requested a late supper which they obliged however I feel it was overpriced. Staff were supportive at short notice and provided an adequate meal, however for $10 and not accounting for missed breakfast is a little too dear. The room could have been better cleaned, perhaps it was because of my late request.( I booked the room 30 more minutes prior to my arrival).the proximity to the airport is brilliant and secure however the facility is overpriced for the service they offer. I used a cheaper/ better facility in Nairobi-west. And only chose this one due to political unrest.
- Pius (8/5): Convenient place for short stay around JKIA. - I left early at 5am and so did not take breakfast Sign Post is not big enough to guide new drivers
- Marie (8/5): Very good -

- Laura (8/5): Very good - A very nice place to feel at home, with super friendly staff. They serve good breakfast. Christine helped me to arrange everything for my short stay at Nairobi.
- Jimmy (9/5): Airport hotel 25 min away that is good. - A good place for us when we did have a flight directly in the morning.
Very good staff and especially thanks to Christine for driving us two times to the airport!
