• Romulo (8/5): Muito bom, mas precisa de ajustes - Localização, conforto, atendimento muito bom, mas tenho algumas ressalvas. 1. Se você coloca a placa de não perturbe na porta do quarto, então é para não incomodar. O pessoal que tava fazendo a limpeza nos dias que fiquei bateu na porta e o pior se eu não respondia ABRIAM A PORTA, um absurdo. 2. Quando saí e passei dia inteiro na rua, sem a placa não perturbe na porta, não limparam o quarto, no primeiro dia tiraram só o lixo, no dia seguinte NEM ISSO, fiquei pensando que nem as cobertas trocavam, por que peguei uma alergia na pele nos braços e pernas. Algo que pode melhorar nessa parte, afinal limpeza é essencial.

The hotel is not very central but transport links are perfect. The carpet had some stains but didn’t really matter to us. Overall it’s a nice comfortable place to stay for a few nights.

• Valentina (8/5): Soggiorno piacevole - Abbiamo soggiornato 5 notti e nel complesso è stata un'esperienza piacevole. Le camere erano un po' piccole, ma comunque confortevoli, con un letto comodo e un televisore dotato di Chromecast. Il bagno molto spazioso e pulito. Punto di forza è la posizione strategica: a soli 3 minuti dalla fermata della metropolitana, con numerosi ristoranti, pasticcerie, boulangerie e creperie nei dintorni. Il personale è stato sempre gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo optato per la colazione express, nel complesso mediocre ma, da italiano ho sentito la mancanza di un buon espresso.

Our guest room 409 air conditioner did not work so we had to be moved after we unpacked. The next room 109 had pillows that smell musty and found hairs on it and carpet was dirty.

Pizzaria com atendimento em Português, bem coladinho ao hotel. Farmácia cerca de 300mts. Metrô a um quarteirao de distância. Super recomendo.

Reservation introuvable et difficultés à générer une carte de porte d’entrée . Malgré ça , le réceptionniste a essayé de faire de son mieux , mais le manager ne pouvait aider de nuit .

• Florian (8/5): - Das Hotel ist in einem ruhigen Vorort von Paris. Das Zentrum ist mit der Metro oder dem Bus allerdings sehr einfach zu erreichen. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mein Zimmer war sehr klein, dafür mit einem großen Bad. Mit dem Bett war ich zufrieden. Bequem und sauber. In der näheren Umgebung des Hotels gibt es mehrere Supermärkte, gute Restaurants und Cafés.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Bon hôtel, propre et confortable, proche du métro - Nous avons passé un bon séjour de 3 nuits dans cet hôtel situé à 5 min à pied du métro 13. Les chambres sont bien insonorisées, nous n'avons presque rien entendu malgré l'installation du marché juste sous nos fenêtres le samedi et dimanche matin. Nous n'avons pas testé le petit-déjeuner. Quelques retouches à faire dans la salle de bains : pommeau de douche ne pouvant être accroché car la fixation est cassée, porte de douche qui ne ferme pas bien car elle est descendue.

• GILLES (2/5): - Nuit lunaire, je ne pensais pas que cela pouvait exister. En pleine nuit à 1H20 du matin j'ai été réveillé par la réception, un membre du personnel me demandant de venir régler ma chambre. Je n'avais jamais vu cela au préalable. Dans tous les hotels du monde on paye soit en arrivant soit en partant mais dans celui-ci a priori c'est au milieu de la nuit. Ensuite impossible de se rendormir bilan nuit blanche à 142€ on peut appeler cela une expérience exceptionnelle.

• Montana (10/5): - Good location right down the street from grocery stores and bakeries. About a 12 minute walk to the train station that can take you right to paris. Cute farmers market right outside on the weekends. The only thing is that the hotel does not tell you that they are located on a pedestrian only street so our taxi had trouble finding it so he dropped us off at a differnt location at midnight . Other then that the stay was great !

I stayed with my partner and on one day our towels and used cups weren’t replaced. We also took my mother away with us and one day after being out until late afternoon her room hadn’t been cleaned at all.

Bedden zijn erg hard maar de kamer heeft exact wat je nodig hebt. Al met al een prima verblijf met wat verbeterpunten om echt hoog te kunnen scoren

• Verified traveler (10/5): "Wouldn't hesitate to return" - Really lovely stay - we were at the hotel for a week and used it as a base for visiting various parts of the city all of which were extremely accessible via the metro which is just round the corner. Although there was some confusion over our booking when we arrived, the staff were brilliant and found us a temporary room and then quickly moved us to the one we had booked the following day. Throughout our stay the hotel was clean and bright while the staff were all delightfully friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to return. Thank you to all.

This hotel was one of the best choices I've made in my travels. Excellent room, excellent breakfast, and perfect small plates and wine. An unassuming gem of a hotel. Merci!

• Verified traveler (6/5): Nothing special and bit far from central paris - Recently refurbished hotel clise to tge metro with direct access to central paris Altrough it is almost new carpett in our bedroom was already durty They asked ys for a 25 euro fee for a late checkout at 1pm meaning that tge price of tge room on a 12 hours occuppancy is at 300eur Not really good valu for money and we did checked in at 7pm They just apply the late check out rules regardless of how long yiu wanna stay longer If you dont empower your employees to make commun sense decision you forgot that hotel comes from hospitality Any way it was a one of stay and wont repeat my stay based on my non kate checkout experience By tge way we spent the 25 euro seated onva nice terrace in paris
• Carl (10/5): Pleasantly surprised! - This is a vey underrated location! When I first arrived I was a little confused by the location as it's tucked in a corner. But once I got to the hotel I was very satisfied. The staff was very courteous, the room was nice, the location was great, and the Metro was right around the corner. Will definitely stay here again when in Paris.

Hotel is less than a 5 minute walk from the metro station which was handy as we spent most of the day in Paris. However, at the time of our stay there was a strike on some of the metro lines, but the staff on reception were always happy to help us and give advice as to which lines were and were not working. All of the staff were extremely friendly and always happy to help with any enquiries. The room was lovely and clean, very comfortable bed and nice powerful shower and hairdryer. Would happily return to this hotel :)
