• Joseph (2/5): - I booked a Sea view room, which view was ok. It was a side view so not like you looking out to ocean very well. King bed was so hard I could’ve slept in the floor for the same experience. The bigger issue is I woke up on my first morning to hundreds of ants in the room. I had some snack in the shelf as I unpacked from my flight. House cleaning came with readily available ant spray and killed them all and spayed all around the room. As if the rock hard bed wasn’t bad enough I would not deal with ants. I requested to check out and receive a refund for my second night. The property refused to give me a refund for the second night. I still checked out and moved to another very nice hotel in the area. If they would simply have refunded me for the next night I would not even be writing this review, but here we are and according to Expedia they are not able to get a hold of the property to advocate for me on top of me taking with the lady in the office which refused to refund. Stay at own risk. I’m hoping this review will allow me To upload my video of the ants in the room.

• John (10/5): The Epicenter of the Party in Pattaya - If you’re traveling alone or with buddies, look now further. This is the epicenter of Pattaya - right at the entrance to Walking Street. Some rooms have an ocean view, but choose that option before booking, as it’ll be more at the front desk. No restaurant, but the Beer Garden is right beneath your room.

• CeAjaye (6/5): Great view get ocean room only - Hotel is really like old time motel without a parking lot rooms need updating although my room overlooked the ocean and it was a fabulous view of Pattaya beach city etc thats where it stopped bed is super hard like sleeping on concrete floor television didnt work no picture they did fix it however reception lousy i asked is it fixed yes yes did you replace batteries in remote yes yes nothing worked its no no do had to walk back to reception to get batteries no phones in room staff are super nice however motel/hotel ???

• Mahesh (10/5): - If you are here to participate in walking street cult that happens each night, this is the place to be. Place is right at the entrance of walking street arc. You don't need any transport to go there. Food and 7-11 walkable. Room is large, clean, mine has balcony facing walking street sign. Mid size fridge in the room. Of course has ac. People at the front desk and other staff are nice , kind and people blessed by god. They told me this was a smoking room, however to keep the room clean, I only smoked outside
• Alexander (10/5): - I enjoyed my 2 week stay at sea residence. The staff were friendly and helpful, I felt very comfortable and safe during my stay. The room was cleaned everyday and fresh towels and a couple of bottles of water were supplied. There is also a laundry service if you want any laundry done just ask the staff. Plenty of restaurants nearby, the Beer garden restaurant is on the ground floor below and has a great selection of food. The beach is close by and walking street is not far. I’ll visit again, cheers.

• Jared (8/5): Decent property, 1000 baht deposit tho - My best friend and I spent 2 weeks in Thailand between Pattaya to Bangkok to Chiang Mai down to Phuket to Ko Phi Phi and other islands, we stayed in multiple hotels, always booking 2 rooms so we were able to compare between rooms as well. The location was perfect, the rooms were fine, HOWEVER, they require a 1000 baht deposit and did not refund mine (we left in a hurry so I forgot to ask but the certainly didnt offer it up at check out so be sure to ask for it back) everywhere else we stayed the deposit was like 100-200 baht not a thousand!

Ocean view rooms was way better than non ocean view. No frills motel, do no think you are going to impress a girl there. But it work for a single guy on a budget who wants to be in the mix of things.

The staff was excellent and i felt like i was treated like a family, my room was upgraded and was surprised .by the way there is laundry and you don't need to go elsewhere. The only downside was the noise downstairs but that did not bother me for i was out in the wee hours and too drunk to notice. Footnote i rented I Thailand limo service for pick up and back to the airport was never pick up for return to airport almost missed my flight and had to get a taxi so beware fellow traveler don't hire them from Expedia.

• Stanley (4/5): - There are a lot of baby cockroaches in the shower room. Have killer almost 10 everyday.. the towels has a weird smell. The temperatures of the water from the tap is not responsive. In the afternoon if the sun is scorching, the water gets very hot. The locks are very primitive. But if you do mind all this, the location is actually quite good .

Location, price and size of the hotel made me think it would be another run down hole but got in my room and surprised how clean and and well maintained it was compared to some other bigger hotels. This place is not for you if you are an early sleeper or need breakfast inclusion. But if you are here to party, the night life stops at 4am and you are not going to need breakfast. By the the time you wake up there’s restaurants all around open to choose from. This is assuming you came for the night life.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Mostly about location, this property offers basic rooms with few amenities. If you need a pool and spa, look elsewhere. The location at the start of walking street is ideal for taking in walking street, especially since you are not required to cross any streets or encounter traffic once walking street closes to vehicles. Great if you may have partied a bit too much.

• Raul (6/5): Decent - Stay here was ok. Hotel is dated. Located right in front of Walking Street, noisy after 5pm. Convenient to amenities. If your looking for a decent place to sleep or rest. This is it. Period.
• Ash (6/5): - I paid extra to have a sea view room. When I got there the room I was given had a view of the building next door and an alleyway and carpark. I was hoping for a room away from the main street to lower the noise but my room was directly above a bar with loud late night stereo system. Lucky I had a sleeping pill or I wouldn't have got any sleep at all. Also they have wired a light so it cant be turned off unless you pull the room keycard out of power unit. This of course turns off air conditioning. Staff were friendly but apparently if you don't check in during the afternoon they are entitled to give your room to a walk in customer.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Nice Place - This review is for the room with 2 beds facing north looking up Beach Road. The hotel is in a really good location and clean. It's a little older but in pretty good condition. It can be loud at night from about 7 pm to 4 am. There's hot water from the bathroom sink which is nice. The TV has a fair amount of channels with all of the typical Thai TV, USA news, UK news & some Russian channels. If you need food or drink from the refrigerator it's relatively cheap...60 Baht for beer & 30 Baht for soda, food & water. I think the view is the best part. There's a very large balcony & a great view of all of the Pattaya Beach waterfront. I would definitely recommend staying here as long as you do not have to sleep early at night.
