• Julie (8/5): Je ne recommande pas l’établissement. - L’emplacement, la taille de la chambre et le cadre d’une façon générale sont très bien. L’accueil, la personne le jour de notre arrivée n’était pas du tout agréable ! Le soir même, le vigile nous a blâmé à la limite de l’impolitesse car nous n’avions pas l’autorisation d’entrer alors que la personne à l’accueil nous avait simplement rien dit lors de notre arrivée quelques heures plus tôt. Le bruit, un bruit de moteur ou autre tout les jours a 5h00 du matin, pour les lèves tard s’est impossible. Le ménage, laisse un peu à désirer, de plus le ménage a 16h00 n’était toujours pas terminé alors que nous étions partir depuis 8h00 le matin.. Au vu du standing qu’ils s’imposent, il y a beaucoup de chose à revoir.

• de lambilly (7/5): Séjour agréable mais un peu déçu quand même. - Le petit-déjeuner n'était pas inclus ; un panier était déposé tous les matins devant la porte de la chambre avec un jus de fruit, une pomme, et un croissant. Nous avions demandé un lit supplémentaire pour un enfant de 3 ans et nous ne l'avons pas obtenu. Je l'ai demandé le deuxième jour, ils nous ont répondu qu'il serait mis dans la chambre mais ça n'a jamais été fait. La piscine a été fermée sans avoir été informés, pendant 24h00.

Alles top gepflegt und wunderschöne Architektur. Man bekommt einen sehr netten Frühstückskorb vor das Zimmer gestellt mit Orangensaft und Croissants. Im Zimmer steht eine Kapsel- Kaffeemaschine mit ausreichen Kaffe. Super freundliches und professionelles Personal. Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre mehr Sonnenschirme am Poolbereich. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau

• Amanda (10/5): - The property was beautiful, safe and quiet. The staff didn't seem to speak much at all after we checked in. The room was comfortable and clean and the bed was also comfortable. The property is romantic and historic. Even though it is not beachfront, it was nice that their sister resort did offer a beachfront. The breakfast picnic baskets were a nice surprise! However, staying for 4 consecutive nights, it would have been nice it they would have changed the items around instead of having the same choice every morning. Overall, a great, nice relaxing environment!

• 714debv (10/5): Lovely hotel! - Have been coming down to conduct business in this area and staying at hotels on the Beach for past 15 years, so glad we decided to mix it up and find this little gem of a hotel! The Belleview Inn was great! Our room was well appointed with a little sitting area, perfect to conduct zoom meetings (room 213). The basket of breakfast by the door in the morning was a great start of our day, Maisies had delicious coffee and Deborah was delightful! Took a great bike ride to the Magnolia Drive Dock and enjoyed the gorgeous homes and the water view! We also enjoy a great dinner at the country club, and the golf course is amazing. Having access to the wonderful white sand at the Opal hotels on Clearwater Beach and free parking was a huge bonus as well! We enjoyed our stay at the beautiful Belleview Inn, has a warm and welcoming bed-and-breakfast feel and we HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We will definitely be back!

• hirschfab5 (6/5): Historic hotel with limited amenities - The hotel has a lot of history which has been preserved by the front facade and lobby. The rooms are comfortable, however the hotel is thinly staffed and does not have a restaurant or bar on the premises. Guest are permitted to play golf on the adjacent country club course, which is an excellent course.
• jj711 (6/5): Not what we expected - Unfortunately we were disappointed by our stay. There was clearly significant corner cutting going on in important items. We stayed in the hotels sig satire suite for over $500/night. The air conditioner onlyy went down to 68 degrees, meaning that it didn’t run most of the night with a realistic room temp of more like 70 achieved. Even in March Florida is hot and it’s hard for us to sleep without the air conditioning set properly. The toilet could have had a door but did not. There was only o e sink in a long bathroom countertop and towel hooks were nowhere to be found other than a robe hop that was coming off the wall. Ok for a $200/ night inexpensive inn but not for a signature suite. This was in a backdrop of what was actually a nice historic looking hotel whose owners have sold off all the affected grounds to high rise condos which now finds itself a little wedged in between taller more modern buildings.

The picnic baskets in the morning are the sweetest touch. The beds are not super comfortable and the pillows are terrible. Would be nice to have a microwave in the room.

Breakfast croissant with fresh orange juice were a very nice inclusion. The area was private and serene. Staff was welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. There is also historical memorabilia located all over the Inn. The property has a fascinating story.

• Andrew (10/5): - Extraordinarily beautiful hotel, lobby and rooms. It's on land by a golf course behind a mild security gate that checks who comes in. There is a club house at the golf course where you can get meals, and there is a rather limited convenience shop in the hotel itself. There are restaurants around outside the area. ALSO the hotel gives you free parking (and general access) at the Sandpearl hotel on the beach in Clearwater, which is totally worth it! You can drive to a nice beach without much problem. Also Sandpearl is like a 5 star hotel, and you can get access to their restaurants etc. The area around the hotel is a sort of retirement hirise village, so no places to walk to except down by the water. You will need a car to go anywhere in Clearwater if you stay here.

The maid came to the room daily and she was super nice and accomadationg. She would leave extra coffee if asked. The view in my room was gorgeous. Walked the property to the bay and saw the birds and the gorgeous sunset. The pool is much bigger than the picture. I loved everything !!

Rooms are spacious and comfortable. All the pictures and decor depicted the history of this wonderful place. The picnic baskets of croissants and apples was a super nice touch. We will return!

No real dining option on property except a cafe, but plenty of places near by. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious. The inn only has 35 rooms so it feels really intimate. Will definitely be back!

• Giedre (7/5): Historic place - It is a beautiful property with a long history. Great choice for those who play golf, tennis, pickleball, etc., as all the sports facilities are there. Heated pool. Parking. Our stay was not too comfortable. The days we spent there were unusually cold, it was cold inside too, but the hotel does not have duvets, just towel-thin cotton blankets that are stiff and don’t provide any warmth. For someone who do not play any sports the location was rather random - in the middle of gated area with apartment buildings around. The gap in between room doors and floor was an inch or more, which meant that every sound hapenning in the corridor was happening inside our room, at night too. Not great value for money.

• Bryan (6/5): - Cool old school architecture. Room not cleaned properly. Food left in fridge and pecans on the floor (thought it was a cockroach). Only Decaf cartridges for the coffee maker. Cardboard cup insulators too big for the cups. Cups overfill if water is at the “fill” level. Metal lining for overhead spot light fell out previously (it was on a chair) and not replaced. Pillows might as well be volley balls. Curtains are difficult to raise/lower and let in an Armageddon worth of sunlight.
• Fenton (10/5): Positively wonderful - The facility was beautiful and everyone was so nice. The breakfast basket delivered to your door with the continental basket was lovely and Instagram worthy. The chairs on the 2 huge porches were comfy and open to all. There was a piano player one evening with snacks. That the coffee machine in Maisie's (their on site) little cafe was broken and I was unable to get a latte without leaving the hotel.
• sovta (10/5): Wanted to stay forever - Two elderly, exhausted travelers thought they had a reservation at The Belleview Inn for the night. Not so they were told. There was space. They pulled out a credit card, were registered and directed to room 301. The immaculate room was spacious as was the well-appointed bathroom with shower. There was a picnic basket outside the door in the morning. It contained 2 croisants, 2 jars of orange juice, 2 apples, packets of butter and jelly. There was a Keurig coffee maker in the room. We spent time sitting in rocking chairs admiring the view before we checked out at 11.

Phone just rang out. Apparently it was closed on the night we were due to arrive but there was no way to contact the, Emails have gone unanswered. They still took a night's payment despite being closed.

• David (10/5): A great place to stay to be near Clearwater, Belleair and the surrounding St. Pete Beach area. - The Belleview Inn is in a historic building in Belleair / Clearwater. The staff was outstanding, meeting all expectations for this type of property. It was nicely appointed, the room was in perfect condition, and I was upgraded to a lovely corner room with a pool view. The property sits adjacent to the Belleair Country Club, the oldest in Florida if I recall. The hotel leaves a lovely basket of baked goods and juice in front of each door in the AM. The coffee shop downstairs has a nice selection of grab-go breakfast fare, souvenirs, books, and collectibles. It is perfect for a Tampa "stay-cation" and convenient for an overnight should one need to be in Clearwater / Belleair for an event where staying the night is more convenient than the 45+ ride back to Tampa. I highly recommend the Belleview Inn. I cannot think of anything that jumped out at me. I noticed that there was no attendant at the front desk when I departed, so I left after waiting for a few minutes. All in all, not a big issue.

Loved the daily continental breakfast delivered right to our room each morning. Any other light food needs could be found downstairs in the cafe. Very quiet. Beautiful lobby. & loved the reciprocity of the other hotel right on the beach in Clearwater! We will definitely stay here again!
