- Bragg (7/5): - The property is clean. When I showed my phone to provide my confirmation number, one of the staff members took it upon himself to inspect my phone of the picture and question whether my confirmation was altered or fake. I did not appreciate that at all. It felt unnecessary and disrespectful, especially since I was simply trying to check in.
- Linda (9/5): Would definitely stay here again when in Nashville. - The hotel was very clean and comfortable. It was nice to be able to get some decaf coffee after a long drive from Crossville. The room in the bathroom were very clean and the bed was semi comfortable. The staff were very nice.
- Ludovica (7/5): -
- Andrea (9/5): Good stay. - Fine. Staff was very accommodating. Coffee kept running out because a big crowd was there. Eggs were fine.
- González (10/5): -
- Wilson (10/5): - BEAUTIFUL HOTEL. Hallways smelled so fresh-- reminded me of the 2 hotels we stayed at in Spain just a month ago. Truly enjoyed the hotel and will use again on next visit to Nashville
- Lonzie (10/5): -
- Lonzie (10/5): - The hotel was VERY clean, even with a pleasant scent upon walking in. Breakfast options could have been better but not really a complaint since it was complimentary
- kevinlaz2026 (10/5): Best stay downtown Nashville - This location, service and ambience are top-notch. It’s the perfect distance from Broadway and close enough to walk, yet quiet and intimate. The breakfast was exceptional, easily the best I’ve ever had.
- Green (5/5): Pretty decent overall, just hated the unexpected entry. - The location seems like an updated, renovated hotel. Staff was great and respectful, nothing negative to say about them. I did not try the breakfast so I can’t speak to that. Appeared to be pretty decent from the looks. Complimentary water was a plus! Only issues were the room smelled like bug spray and another guest used their key to enter my room. Luckily I had the door hook engaged or they would’ve walked right in. The front desk agent quickly handled this issue and provided a new key. Also, having a room directly in front of the elevator is something I will never accept again. I could hear everyone in the hallway.

- yashab2022 (10/5): Sp26 - A turn around trip to move my daughter out of her dorm. The facility was nice, no complaints. The airport shuttle service is a nice convenience.
- Moffett (8/5): -
- Thalia (8/5): Decent facilities, close to downtown without the hassle - Decent facilities, all staff were very nice and respectful. I felt close to everything in Nashville, without the stress of being right downtown. Breakfast was also pretty good with a nice variety! The walls in this hotel are VERY THIN. You can hear everything going on outside your door, as well as in the rooms beside you. It's impossible to drown out any sort of noise. I could literally hear the full phone conversation of the person in the room beside me..

- Angie_9015265261 (10/5): Glo-I’ll return for sure - The hotel was at a reasonable price per night with a promo for 3 nights you receive a $50 gift card. Unfortunately I only stayed 2-my next stop was Atlanta. The property is located perfect for me couldn’t hear traffic and it was pleasantly quiet both nights I stayed. I needed the rest. Breakfast was breakfast with options. The best part-THE ROOM WAS UP TO DATE THANK YOU. I will choose this hotel and very location for when I return for future concerts.
- Rhemann (9/5): I will come back and stay here again. - The room itself has this awesome, quirky cuteness to it. The layout was great. Space was amazing! It just seemed more than a normal room for some reason. Bathroom? Again, space was super useful and seemed like more than it was. Also, the supplied soap, shampoo and conditioner were a step above. Another cool thing was the little window, booth reading nook space next to the window. You could either put your suitcase there and live out of that or unload and put your suitcase underneath and then sit in an elevated position and read in a natural sunlight. I can't think of anything. I had zero negative experiences.
- procyclist (8/5): Best value - As the weather gets warmer and Nashville gets busier, rooms get more and more expensive. I spent weeks looking for deals, and kept coming across this place. I was a bit skeptical, as from previous visits I recalled quite a few transients in the area along Briley. I decided to pull the trigger anyway, and I'm glad I did.
The exterior property is extremely well kept - makes you almost think it's new. Inside - and especially in the corridors and guest rooms - you begin to see the slightest bit of wear, but it's to be expected in an airport area hotel. It is also well lit and they seem to keep the vagrants from the area away (they travel up and down Briley and Glastonbury, but do not loiter in the area of the hotel).
The rooms are immaculate and the bathrooms are spacious (so much so that the mirror over the vanity doesn't steam up even after a long shower!).
My only slight qualm as a coffee drinker is that they seemed to be stingy with the coffee in the breakfast area. I watched each morning as the two small airpots would go dry. No one came to refill until some frustrated breakfaster went to the front desk to complain.
Would definitely stay here again.
- Natasha (5/5): - Location was great Noisy. Constantly hearing doors slamming and other people stomping around in the room above me
- Kyle (10/5): -
- Snopek (10/5): - had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was exceptionally clean—both the entire property and my room were spotless and very well maintained.
What truly made the experience special was the staff. The people at the front desk were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their professionalism and warm attitude made me feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout my stay.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, friendly, and relaxing place to stay.
- Jobina (8/5): Overall, great stay quiet smells inviting when you walk in - Breakfast was average The showers were terrible .. you couldn’t move the shower head and it was placed to close to the shower door .. automatically spraying out of the shower when you turn it on. Also, the showerhead had different types of water sprays, and they were not normal.

- TamishaNewsom (10/5): Thanks,Glo! - My favorite hotel!✨🙏🏾💜✨The staff is excellent and the housekeepers go over and beyond the rooms and the hotel is very clean
- davidmX4180CR (10/5): Nice place to stay in Nashville - Looked like a newly built hotel. The room was nice & the bed was comfortable. And it had heat, which is important to me. I would stay there again.
- Juanita (1/5): Won't stay here again - Location was the best part about this hotel There was a lot of noise the person above us walked on the floor and would shake our room, all night long walking across the floor above us keeping us awake.
We spoke to staff about it and were told basically oh well. Didn't offer a room change.
Bed was well used with dips in the mattress and pillows were not comfortable
- Isabelle (10/5): Parfait ! Propre, confortable, paisible et sécuritaire - Personnel très accueillant. Hôtel très propre. Belle chambre accueillante et lit très confortable.
À 15 min du centre ville de Nashville. Le stationnement en ville est facile (Music center parking ou autres) Rien
- joseph (10/5): easy and friendly - great staff

- Bonnie (7/5): Price was good and friendly staff. - Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Possibly could be use some updated. Floor in bathroom was rough looking. Also no plug- ins on table between beds for phones.
- Dianeli (8/5): - Staff was attentive and helpful. It was within 10 minutes drive to downtown. The rooms were clean and spacious. Overall it was a good experience
- Ellis (10/5): -
- laurenaN5179GE (10/5): Secluded and Spacious Stays - Really spacious, breathable hotel. The manager was really nice and personally delivered a new remote to me with the one in my room wasn't working properly within minutes. Love it here!
They have a shuttle, hot breakfast, free bottled water, large room and bathrooms. Quiet, secluded feel. A+!
- greenhousepc (10/5): Glo & Grand Ole Opry - Glo was a short 5 mile drive to the Opry Mills mall and the Grand Ole Opry. Hotel is very modern and so are the rooms. Great hot breakfast with many options. Plenty of free parking. Staff was friendly
- Julie (10/5): - Easy to move around. Nice Nice shower/bathroom area. Comfortable bed.
- Xander (10/5): -

- David (9/5): Definitely will stay here again when in the Nashville area. - Breakfast was a good balance of different types of food. Protein options are always appreciated! Everything was great!

- 311christena (8/5): Great Stay - We had a weekend stay here this month for the race. The hotel itself had great reviews, and it was right off of the interstate, so I decided to give it a try. I was a little nervous because several had reported car break-ins in the reviews that I didn't see until after I had booked. I am happy to report that none occurred while we were there. plenty of parking, lot was well lit and it looked like they had cameras. Check in and check out was easy and quick. Our room was on the 2nd floor at the very end. When people utilized the stairs, it was quite loud in our room. Room was very nice and accommodating. Our room did not have a mini safe like most hotels provide. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious. The air worked well however it was very loud coming out of the unit. It made like a whirling sound. Breakfast area was very crowded Saturday morning, so we skipped but Sunday was much better. They had a nice selection of sausage, bacon, eggs, biscuits and gravy, and do it yourself waffles plus more. The room was clean and was maintained Saturday while we were away.
- Chelsey (5/5): - 3am, we got woke up to people pretty much partying in the hallways. Very disappointed that they let it happen.
- Daniela (8/5): - They don’t have any pools and inside there is no water fountain or anything to refill the water
- Scott (9/5): Just stopped in to get some rest during our road trip. Great hotel. - Breakfast was just fine. Plenty of selections. The area was clean, well stocked and the food was hot. A tile in the bathroom had a strange crack in it. It seemed like it was laid over a small stone or a hole. When weight was applied it gave way slightly. Very, very minor, but it was the only thing I could come up with.
- Guest (10/5): -
- Preacious (8/5): The rooms had a bad aroma so I had to constantly spay to freshen the room. I think it was coming through the vents. But - I really liked the lobby area and showers The rooms had bad aroma
- Charlene (10/5): Great - The property was very clean and well kept Nothing
- Jeffrey (10/5): -
- Darren (8/5): - Location Rooms had draining issues
- Benjamin (8/5): -
- Jaime (4/5): There are better options - The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and breakfast is decent. The gym is ok. The surroundings of the hotel look sketchy, the room doors are very heavy and loud every time they are shut. We couldn’t sleep well two out of three nights that we stayed because there were people in the hallway being loud, yelling and cursing. You don’t feel safe in a situation like that.
- Andrea (8/5): - Breakfast and very clean Really nothing
- Mark (7/5): - Breakfast was the same boring selection at most hotels in this class. Lighting in the room was inadequate. Especially for reading in bed.
- Jacob (10/5): -
- RySL7 (10/5): Clean and modern - The hotel exceeded our expectations in cleanliness and furnishings. The bathroom was excellent, including the shower and stylish sink.
- Roy (4/5): Not worth the price - The bed was comfortable The shower door was hanging by a screw. The microwave was dirty and stunk. The floor was sticky.
- SHAWN (10/5): Excellent -
- Diane (7/5): - Didn't eat breakfast. Was a very short stay. The shower is very slippery. The room could use some updates showing its age.
- Larry (10/5): - The services, the room, the security and overrall it was a comfortable stay!! No pool
- Rebecca (10/5): - Cleanliness and service Breakfast was barely warm
- Reghan (10/5): Great location! Clean and a comfortable stay! The staff were all friendly and breakfast was great! - Location, cleanliness, value, and breakfast! We were fortunate enough to park close, but it could be more well-lit at night! It seems that the property has made an effort however with added security cameras.
