• John (7/5): Good location,very dated needs a lot of TLC - Great location in the heart of the old town,partial sea view which is nice Apartment very dated,needs a new kitchen as drawers,cupboards etc were all very dirty and old,fridge door looked really dirty although fridge inside was clean but it put us off using the fridge.We had to wash all cups,glasses etc as they were all dirty and grimey. Sofa in lounge needs replacing,although it had a cover over it the sofa itself was stained and dirty. Would benefit from more electrical sockets especially in the bedroom (don’t think there was one) so a bedside lamp wasn’t there so had to keep getting out of bed to turn the light off,not a big deal but just inconvenient.Bed was small and looked old. Main thing was there is no Wi-Fi which we knew before we booked it but think it should be a necessity these days. Overall with a few changes and a lot of TLC this apartment could be a million times better.

• Juan Carlos (2/5): - Apartamento grande , pero todo muy viejo y muy sucio como sillas rotas y no podían tener más mierda, sillon más de las mismo, frigorífico tremendo lo q tiene pegado x fuera, encimera más de lo mismo..prefiero pagar más ,en algo al menos decente....

• Irati (8/5): Perfecta ubicación aunque descuidado - La ubicación es excelente. Está en pleno centro, a 5 minutos de 2 playas distintas y muy cercano a distintos supermercados. Hay ambiente por la noche pero tampoco resulta molesto al dormir. Dentro del alojamiento hay sombrilla y aire acondicionado. Estaba muy sucio y descuidado. Hay varias grietas en el techo, el aire acondicionado produce una gotera que cae directamente al cubo de la fregona y hay que estar vaciándolo para que no se llene todo de agua, el sofá-cama estaba muy sucio y con un agujero. Las sillas de la terraza también estaban sucias y la cocina en general estaba bastante sucia y descuidada, tuvimos que fregar de nuevo todo lo que había antes de usarlo. No hay wifi.
• JAMES (7/5): Overall we enjoyed our stay at the apartment and despite the few issues which could be quickly and easily rectified we w - Location, security and comfortable bed Fridge door not clean, interior side of balcony door not clean, net curtain pole not fixed properly to wall and perched on top of air con unit (been like that for some time by the looks of it), lack of usable sockets- not by bed, only one in lounge hidden behind bed settee and we could get the key to function on exiting the apartment block, thankfully it was a grill gate and we were able to operate the lock from outside by putting our hand through the bars.
• Michael (7/5): Santa Faz appartments - Location and amenities The keys to the front gate and the front door were very hard to open. It sometimes took 3 or 4 minutes of fidgeting with the key to open the lock. Got a second set and they were the same. Would be happy to stay there again but not having to go through that just to get into the apartment. If they can sort that out I would definitely recommend. Apart from that which I think is a big thing we were very happy with the apartment and amenities and location.
• Matthew (6/5): Basic Apartment But Great Location - Location is great for Old Town Apartment is very basic and out dated but clean and tidy and served a purpose for our visit.
