Guest Reviews
- Kimberly (8/5): -
- John (3/5): - The hot tub was not warm. The pool was cold. The sauna was not always on.. The management was not responsive. The property is in a good location, but I would never stay there again.
- Jettie (8/5): - Great price but clould use some updating inside and outside. The kitchen floor was extremely dirty thou dropped something on the floor and wiped it up with a paper towel and it was black they are pretty bigThe customer service was excellent and very helpful!
- Anne (8/5): - Lots of room, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, good facilities, great for larger groups. Needed a good clean.
- Stewart (10/5): - Property was exactly as described, staff were great. Units were HUGE in my opinion however I have never stayed at a Condo Type unit before. Unit was thoughtfully stocked with all dishes pots pans etc. Then envolope we recieved on check in offered great advice and instructions. Pool area was clean. Great Room in Main building was stocked with board games beautiful fire place.
Arcade on site with pool table, and a playground. 5 stars.
Such great experience upon checkout spoke with the GM about ownership. (Timeshare resort).
- Lisa (8/5): - Adequate room but but there were a lot of cobwebs. Pool was nice
- Larry (9/5): We had a great time -
- Christine (10/5): Exceptional - Likes being able to grill and eat outside.
- Paulo (1/5): It wasn't good - The service was good The accommodation is very old, it was not clean, we had to clean everything.
In addition to being a high value I still had to pay to use pool, tennis court had no balls or rackets, basketball had no ball.
I wouldn't go back there and I wouldn't recommend it

- Chad (6/5): Charming yet traditional North Conway "Ski Chalet" style townhouse great for a small family. - The townhouse worked perfectly for my family of four, 2 adults, teenager, and pre-teen. My youngest was able to sleep one bedroom while my eldest had the loft above. They had a lot of fun "annoying" each other while still having their own space. I was very happy that the loft had stairs and I did not have to worry about my clumsy children falling down a narrow iron stairwell as they raced up and down. Unlike many of the units we have stayed in over the years at similar resorts in the North Conway area the living room and bedrooms each had a mini-split style unit that serves as a combination heat/AC to control the temperature. My eldest had the option of the couch bed or the futon for sleeping. He chose the futon in the loft, not sure either could have offered more comfort bed wise. The ceiling fan was unable to regulated beyond "low". There was a box fan in the closet that he used to attempt to reduce the temperature. It was extremely hot up there even when outside temperatures were in the 30's - 40's. The AC needed to be used in the bedroom below to attempt to cool the air to an acceptable level. The Queen bed in the master bedroom had a significant dip in the center and seemed to be disconnected from the frame/headboard causing it to shift with every movement and be incredibly loud. The mattress offered zero support and one felt they sunk to the floor immediately upon placing their weight (with much audible squeaking from the bed). Bed issues were reported upon check out and facility sent follow-up email regarding determination that frame was disconnected from headboard and has been addressed.
- Anonymous (10/5): Relaxing, peaceful, mindfulness, tranquility - Very spacious and comfortable Wi-Fi was weak kept loosening connection.
- Lori (9/5): Superb -
- Felicia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ahmed (10/5): Very good - Everthing Pool should be closed late especially summer
- Nicholas (9/5): Superb -
- Elizabeth (9/5): Great place for families and excellent location! - We are a family of 4 with a 14 year old boy and 12 year old girl. 1 Hotel room isn’t working for us as the kids get bigger. Sure, I could get connecting rooms but this condo was perfect! 3 separate sleeping areas. 3 bathrooms and a full kitchen. We went skiing this trip and had lots of room to spread out and put all our gear. And the indoor pool and hot tub were perfect after skiing. The location was great. I love the North Conway area. Shopping and lots of different restaurants. Close to many ski resorts too. The kids loved the whole place. As I read with other reviews, the place does need some updates. There were water stains throughout the ceilings. But everything worked and the beds were comfortable.
- Syed (9/5): Superb -
- Fletcher (2/5): - It was only after we arrived at the property we were told that the pool and our jacuzzi were both out of order. We wouldn’t have stayed there had we known before hand. We even ran out of hot water when taking showers at night. It seemed old and in need of many updates and the worst part is the general manager was not helpful at all. I wanted a full refund for showing up to a non functional hotel but the general manager only offered a coupon for a free weekend. It was the WORST experience I’ve ever had in that area.
- Siobhan (10/5): spacious and perfect - The house was clean and had everything we needed and more. Excellent location.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Plenty of room for 8 people.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Loved this experience. Resort was great. Location was perfect.
- Michael (8/5): - I loved the layout of the condo! But it needed major updates!!
- Verified traveler (6/5): - You go to this location to ski so you are out most of the time. Property is decent but seriously outdated. The place needs a complete renovation. Other than that, spend two nights and get out.
- Alonzo (8/5): Nice location for everything outdoors. - The check in process went pretty well, even with the Covid-19 issues to deal with. The location was perfect for what we had planned, however, our original plans had changed. We were going to have a family reunion, but the kids and grandkids from Florida didn't come up and stay with us. The condo would have been perfect for all of us. Really the only negative was the pillows, they really weren't comfortable at all! So, bring your own. The pool and rec room were closed as well, too bad but understandable. We will try again when everyone comes up for a visit. Very beautiful setting.
- edgar (6/5): - This place offer only one pillow per bed, bed are in bad shape very noise they screen every time you move. Place I Stay in was very run down. In ok shape clean but you can clearly see a lot of water damage on the bathroom walls a sign no one really take care of the place. I stayed there before at a different unit and it wasn't as bad as this one was. So I guess for my review you can get an idea and you can be the judge yourself. For me it was okay but not something I would choose again. The parking sucks they assign parking spots and they are very small and narrow and than you have people parking in front of you and there is nothing the costumer service will do to help they say there are helpless on that one.
- Leann (10/5): - Excellent property.. a little small but has all the amenities!! Definitely will go again
- Matthew (8/5): Clean, Basic, and Comfortable Accomodations - This resort is a bit dated, however the townhouses were able to accommodate my family comfortably and were clean and well stocked (kitchenware, linens, appliances). I would recommend bringing your own toiletries as our townhouses only had small bars of soap in the bathroom. The pool area, again, was dated, but the hours were good and everything was fully functional. Most of the staff that I encountered were extremely friendly and helpful and offered smiles and greetings. When we arrived we did need to request a shovel from the front desk as our walk way to our townhouse was covered in snow, but soon after we arrived a gentleman was out with a snowblower so I think we just arrived with bad timing (and it was in the beggining of February and the weather in North Conway is unpredictable). All in all, we enjoyed our stay. Nothing fancy, but comfortable and in a great area and a good option for larger groups!
- karen (8/5): Cathedral ledge condos - The resort was well maintained but dated. Early 80’s decor. The condo was spacious and comfortable. The front desk women were horrible and unfriendly. Definitely think they need training in customer service and service with a smile!
- Ken (10/5): Great place to stay in North Conway, NH - First let me say, we without question will go back. Location was great, the size of the unit was excellent for 4 of us adults & a 1 year old. The unit was clean & adequately maintained, their were some minor stains from water leaks, but in no way an issue.
The one thing that disappointed everyone, was that there was only 1 very thin pillow per person, so in the future I would bring additional pillows with us. The shower in the master bedroom was a little weird the way it was set next to the toilet, the shower door could only open as far as the toilet (about 1/3 of the way), for larger people, this may be a little squeeze getting in & out.
The unit was very quiet, never heard a peep from any neighbors.
The clubhouse was wonderful, really enjoyed the pool with our granddaughter.
So we were very happy with our stay, and would highly recommend this appossed to a hotel room. Lots of room to spread out!!!!!
