• Matěj (10/5): - Amazing, very kind owner and cozy rooms. With closed windows you could not hear any noise at night, so that was very comfortable. Immeadeate access to the beach with a few sunbeds on solid ground for free. Pictures were a little bit misleading, we thought that there are free sunbeds on the beach. But those are owned by next door restaurant and hotel, and they charge you as anyone else. However there are free sunbeds on a little terrace, which is on the beach. Also, the breakfast wasnt anything memorable, but that isnt Casa del Mars fault, because the breakfast is at the next door restaurant.

• Sabine (9/5): Lovely modern comfortable and super friendly staff! - Sauberkeit und Komfort. Sehr moderne Unterkunft und Personal sehr hilfreich. Eigentlich hat es nicht direkt mit der Unterkunft zu tun, aber Laganas ist schon eher ein Party Ort. Da die Unterkunft aber nicht direkt an der Partystrasse liegt war es in Ordnung. Schallisolierung der Fenster war super, dass man von der umliegenden Musik auch aus anderen Hotelanlagen nichts mitbekommen hat. Von daher für die Lage sehr gut.

• YULIYA (10/5): - Прекрасный небольшой отель, жемчужина у самого моря. Самый главный плюс, что лежаки на террасе бесплатные, а внизу люди платят за каждый день съёма лежаков у кафе на пляже. Вода чудесная, встречали рассветы, только проснувшись, пять минут идти с номера. Номер хороший, матрасы удобные, спали как ангелы, в душе хороший слив воды. Номера с хорошим кондиционером, балконом и системой надёжных дверей.Главное чистота! Каждый день прекрасная уборка, персонал понимающий, приветливый. Анне отдельное спасибо, на все вопросы нашли ответы, помогла с трансфером. Приятным бонусом была хорошая сумка пляжная в подарок.Расположение отличное, справа море, терраса и дворик с красивой подсветкой и креслами, слева -оживленная улица, развлечения и покупки на любой вкус. При этом в номере тихо с закрытым балконом. Остров невероятный, движовый, отель удачный очень! Комфорт и цена адекватная. Не хочу писать о минусах. Только о завтраках рядом в кафе, необходимое все было. Немного не хватало хоть какого-то разнообразия. Кофе не очень... Греческий стандарт. Но мы все равно говорим спасибо всем!

Es wird jeden Tag geputzt und wenn nötig bekommt man auch frische Hand -und Badetücher. Die Lage ist top, man geht keine 100m zum Strand! Frühstück war auch okay. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!!

Кондиціонер працює дуже тихо і гарно охолоджує номер .Готельний знаходиться в районі гучного Лаганаса , але у нас в готелі було тихо , звукоізоляція супер. Нам подарували пляжну сумку , це було дуже приємно. Я однозначно рекомендую цей готель🤩

• Natalie (6/5): Velmk podprumerny hotel - Poloha hotelu byla primo u hlavni ulice Bohuzel fotky neodpovidaji realite, za tu cenu je to prumerny pokoj se starym vybavenim. Nejvice nas zaskocilo prostredi, kde jsou lehatka, je to tam vsude spinave, neuklizene. Take snidane byla opravdu silena, vsude spina, spinave nadobi. Chapu, ze to je v jine restauraci nez je hotel, ale pani majitelka by se o to mela starat a zajimat se o to, kam posila sve hosty na snidani.

• Nora (10/5): Barátságos személyzet, kellemes és ideális környék mindenhez közel - Rendkívül kedves házigazda, kellemes környék, a házak között elsétálva pár méterre ott van a strand (1 perc séta). Vannak ingyen használható napágyak napernyővel (nem a parton, hanem a szállás és a strand között félúton), illetve vannak felfújható matracok is. A táskákat becsekkolás előtt és után is a recepción lehet hagyni. A szobákat minden délelőtt takarítják, nagyon szépek, és a jó szigetelésnek köszönhetően nem hallatszik be a szomszéd hotelben szóló zene sem, viszont az erkélyen ülve kellemes hallgatni azt. :) Svédasztalos reggeli van, habár minden nap ugyanaz a kínálat, nekünk 5 napig teljesen rendben volt ez is. A korábban olvasott pozitív véleményeket alá tudom támasztani, semmilyen bulit nem hallottunk a szobában, főleg zárt ajtó mögött, és ha a légkondi is ment a háttérben. (A szobánk nem a főút felé nézett, hanem a keleti oldalra.) Emellett, a negatív kommentek szerintem nem tükrözik a valóságot. A fürdőszobában volt zuhanyfüggöny, a csempe gyönyörű, minden nagyon szépen volt takarítva, semmilyen rossz szag nem volt, és mi mindent kint hagytunk az asztalon - például készpénzt - és minden a helyén maradt, senki nem lopott el semmit. Minden jó étterem 1-2 perc sétára van, és a kikötő nagyjából 20 perc gyalog. Minden kellemes sétatávolságban van, összességében nagyon kellemes környék és nagyon elégedettek vagyunk, szerintem még biztosan visszatérünk erre a szálláshelyre! 😊 Köszönünk mindent! Minden tetszett. :) Esetleg egy seprű hasznos lehet a szobákba, amivel fel tudjuk törölni a homokot, de igazából reggelente van takarítás úgyis.

• Petru (10/5): - Anna has been lovely, we had our flight late but we were still able to enjoy one more day on the beach because we have been given access to a shower and a changing room. The beds were very comfortable and the room was really nice.
• Tommy (9/5): - Anna som er vert på dette hotellet er ei magisk bra dame. Sørget for at vi fikk et supert opphold. Rommene var kjempefine og veldig rene. Godt utstyrt og velfungerende aircondition :) Det eneste minuset var frokosten som ikke var så innbydende. Frokosten ble servert på en samarbeidende restaurant, så ikke på selv hotellet, uten at det betyr så mye. Det restauranten burde gjort er å lagt litt mer jobb i frokosten. Ellers savnet vi en utvendig dusj etter dagen på stranden ellers var alt prima :) Det fantes ikke på stranden eller i området.

The bed was super comfortable and it was lovely to have a little balcony for evening chats and people watching. Nikos was so helpful from the beginning, he offered an airport transfer and even negotiated a better price for a taxi fare! He went the extra mile for us and we are very grateful! Thank you Nikos from Adriana and Nikoleta! It’s not the property, it’s the loud, obnoxious guests that would walk up and down the stairs at 4 am and shouting. The hotel should charge extra for such behavior honestly.

It is not specific to the hotel. But about Laganas - it is not the best place for families. But if you have car and drive to near places - location is center. But the population of Laganas is mostly teenagers who wants to have party.

• Rushab (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay at Casa Del Mar in Laganas, Greece. The property was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. Although we didn’t have a top-floor sea view, our room was still lovely and had everything we needed. What truly made our stay special was the kindness and generosity of the owner. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome, allowing us to stay a few extra hours since our flight was late at night. He even let us come back in the evening to shower after we had checked out in the morning — something we really appreciated. It made our trip so much easier and more relaxed. We’re grateful for the wonderful hospitality and would happily recommend Casa Del Mar to anyone visiting Laganas. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

• Chelsea (10/5): Amazing customer service and beautiful hotel. They go above and beyond - This stay was AMAZING had the best time. The customer service was amazing and the most lovely people that went above and beyond for us. The room had everything that you would need and if you did need anything which we didn’t then they would be more than happy to provide, but the room comes with everything. It was in a PERFECT location with the beach a 2 minute walk, lots of places to go shopping and get food. I will 100% be going back here as they made it verry special to us words can’t explain how amazing our stay was. I would definitely recommend this stay for anyone families to group holiday going clubbing as there is so much to do for everyone. I personally went with my partner and we had a beautiful time on the beach in the day but then in the evening we went out and surprisingly how close it is to the main stripe you still can’t hear anything inside. There were no faults.

He went out of his way to make us feel safe and looked after us better than we could ever have asked! It was the perfect place to stay. The perfect location; on the beach, a short walk to all the clubs on the main strip but far enough away to not hear the music, also next to some amazing restaurants and the interiors were gorgeous! The property is very well located it’s right by the beach and very comfortable to stay in. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The hosts are amazing, very welcoming and helpful. We needed some help with booking some trips and taxis and they did it all for us. They also were very flexible with the checkout and allowed us to stay in the rooms for few more hours!! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable as well as helpful with anything that we needed. They’re making continuous improvements on the property making it feel like an oasis. Great partnership with the neighboring restaurant, The Mandala, whose staff was also fantastic and made us feel at home. Great food, even better people.

Very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Breakfast was at a beach bar and was very nice and more than enough choice. Nothing.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. - Is was tucked away in a quiet location and a close approximation to the beach. Breakfast was at a cafe on the beach. Parking was a bit of a juggle. The breakfast was basic and the morning we left they opened it 8.45am instead of 8.30am.

• Sharon (8/5): We really enjoyed our stay in Laganas and the hotel was fine for our stay as went went for the nightlife and the locatio - It was right in the beach and practically on the strip perfect for a group of teenagers. We also liked the fact there was security in the door being a group of young girls and felt safe. Breakfast we had to eat out at breakfast.

The host was really amazing and helper us with everything we need. Really appreciated this, everything was great! It is worth coming here if you visit Zakynthos. The airport is very close - 10 mins by car. The coffee from the breakfast was not that great, would be great if this can be changed in the future.
• Anonymous (10/5): absolutely amazing! can’t fault it! - everything about the property was amazing, the location was beautiful, right on the beach with the sunbeds available everyday, the room was decorated lovely and had everything you needed, it was cleaned daily and was absolutely spotless! can’t fault any of it! the staff and family that own casa del mar were lovely too and gave us everything we needed for our stay! will definitely be back!

• Minzat (7/5): The location is really great if you want to stay in laganas. Lovely stay, however the room wasn’t exactly like the one i - the proximity to the beach! breakfast not great, the shower is located next to the wc and water just gets everywhere, no balcony/terrace.

• Aileen (10/5): Great stay at Casa del Mar - Great experience! The owner (forgot his name) was very accommodating with us with our check in and check out. Breakfast was included with our booking and breaksfast is at one of the restaurants by the beach, right next to the hotel. Hotel is literally next to the beach where there are sun beds to lay in. So many activities steps from the hotel and also so many restaurants. Stayed there for 3 nights and we always just walked to the restaurants. Theres also many bars and clubs on the same street. Never had any issues with music being loud or anything though. Very quiet in the room despite the location. Overall, would book here again and would recommend this place to others!

• Stefan (9/5): Had a amazing stay! - * The location was amazing! Just by the beach and the area was quiet even though it was near the main bar street. * The straff was helpful and very friendly. He helped us book a taxi and was almost always available on the hotel to answer any questions. * The room was comfortable and cleaned everyday. * The breakfast that was included was good. If you would want something else you get a 20% discount which was great! * There were many beautiful resturants by the beach close by. * They have a guard that keeps the drunk people away from the apartment at night! Overall we had a amazing stay and i would highly recommend this hotel! * In some rooms the aircondition takes a little time to cool the room. But give it 20 minutes it will get better! * Gotta have own Netflix account. If you dont have one ask the staff and im sure they will help you.
