- Hugo Armando (7/5): Hotel limpio y tranquilo - Las habitaciónes muy limpias y se ve que le dan muy buen mantenimiento a todas las instalaciones en general, el trato del personal muy bien y el hecho de que la piscina queda al centro de los edificios de las habitaciones hace que no llegue el sol directo y eso me agrada bastante. El horario de check in check out considero es abusivo, puedes tener tu habitación solo de 3 a 4 Pero la entregas a las 12 eso se me hace abusivo del hotel y la otra condición que me desagrada en verdad es sus múltiples letreros que parecen amenazas por ejemploel del elevador dice multa de 1000 pesos si subes mojado.. obvio debemos cuidar el hotel como clientes Pero creo con la firma de las políticas y reglamento donde te das por enterado y aceptas dichas condiciones debería bastar como en la mayoría de los hoteles a los que e ido lo hacen. Ir a un hotel es ir a sentirte en confianza no a sentirte amenazado por las múltiples multas y advertencias del hotel.

Está ubicado sobre la avenida principal de guayabitos donde encuentras opciones de comida, tiendas, farmacia. Tiene elevador y el cuarto y las instalaciones están excelentes. Tiene estacionamiento adelante y atrás del hotel.

Not a lot of English speaking staff but they quickly brought out a translater on there phones or a staff member who did and helped us quickly. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. We were there for Guayafest with all the Volkswagens and it was loud, upbeat and fun!

- Bernice (10/5): A Lovely Stay - We like to be able to walk to everything. The Aurora’s location was perfect. Right in the middle of Guayabitos and a block from the beach. The pool was a lovely feature, and we chose to have our coffee by the pool twice everyday. The staff were patient and kind, and also very responsive to our requests. We would stay here again.

- Glc (8/5): Very nice with ideal weather and sandy beach! - All facilities were clean and inviting. A restaurant was available attached but independent from the hotel. Handy for coffee and breakfast. My room was at street level facing a very busy and noisy street and a weekend carnaval was very loud. Not the best for sleeping . This was Room 11 and to return I would choose a different room location of an upper floor.
- Diana (8/5): Very good - Location, restaurant on site, view was great, friendly helpful staff, lovely heated pool. There's no place to hang towels . Upon arrival, it is nessesary to ask for a coffee pot, toaster , microwave, some proper pots for only two people. We got the coffee pot.
- Jose (3/5): Terrible water pressure - The beds were comfortable, we were on the 6th floor and the views were amazing. Couldn't take a decent shower bc there was hardly any water pressure at all, made it very difficult to even wash your hair properly.. it was like trying to shower in mist.

Don't know why some restaurants keep serving instant coffee. Our room could have been bigger for what we paid. Didn't see anyone cleaning the pool. Don't know if the pool was clean with so many people using it. So didn't try it.

This had never happened to me. I tried to speak to the manager and they did not have one. There is no possible way that in this digital era there is no WIFI in a hotel “Resort”. I tried to reason with the person in charge but there was no sense or logic to this. In order for me to pay for vacation I need to generate money. I paid $1000 pesos ($80 dollars) out of my pocket (extra) to the stay so that I could work from 5am-8am. I need to be compensated for this! This is intolerable.

- Breffitt (8/5): Very good - I was overcharged for my suite. I was supposed to be charged 15,366.60 pesos but was charged 18,593.58 pesos. So I was overcharged by 3226.98 pesos. I would like to be reimbursed for that amount.

The noise level was very high on the weekend. Especially coming from the fair that was there at the time. Did quiet down during the week.

Water quality from the taps and shower were not the best. Water would come out for several minutes rust colored. Drying after a shower showed rust colored streaks on it after drying oneself.
- Celina (10/5): - El hotel es bastante bueno, el servicio excelente. El recepcionista muy atento y amable. La alberca está super bien para niños pequeños y para adultos además de que es climatizada. Lo único que no nos gustó mucho fueron los colchones que eran bastante duros.
- Shannon (3/5): Unimpressive, expensive, dated. - I suppose for the main strip in town it was one of the better locations. Extremely noisy in the hotel and lots of chaos & noise in the street. Concrete bed and sofa. Sheer curtains that let all of the light in. Weathered bedding and towels, no water supplied. Very expensive for a dumpy hotel constructed in the early 1980’s. Not up to standard.
- Marilyn (8/5): Good stay...just don't enjoy cool showers - Had breakfast once, omelet not cooked enough...very under done. Many days the hot water was NOT hot
- Wally (8/5): An 11 day stay in the best location in town made the xoerience great. - The pool as good, the room was okay and the beds ere comfortable The type of bathroom/shower facility that we had. The shower and toilet were close to each other and no seoeration between the two. Lack of shelving in the bathroom to hold soap and shampoo etc.

- Klaus (10/5): Just great and enjoyable - We stayed in a junior suite that had a very functional and comfortable layout- the overall service was great- we enjoyed our almost four week stay Initially we had booked a condo that we judged to be unsafe because of stairs without handrails- with the help of the staff (Elisabeth) we were moved into a junior suite were we enjoyed a great four week stay
