The drinks are very good and creative Jamaica and sotol is very good make sure you order that. The rooms are modern and clean. The bathrooms are remodeled and modern even though this was a traditional chihuahua home. Make sure to stay here - it’s a must !

The continental breakfast was delicious! Not your average fruit cup and regular juice. They really made it delicious and gorgeous. The breakfast meals that are separate were amazing! The food was so good we ended up eating there once more for breakfast and another time for dinner. The staff are so friendly and take pride in their jobs. The appetizers were some of the best highly recommend the Gouda and ham croquetas. Also the drink options were amazing as well. Beds were great! Slept amazing and the rooms are very well taken care of. Very clean and ac worked perfect! The rooms are spacious and have a personal feel to them unlike chain hotels. Will definitely be staying here on our future trips. The staff at the restaurant are some of the best I have ever had. They made it such a great stay on top of everything.

• Luis (8/5): - I booked this property for the VIP perks. Upon arrival they told me there were none. Our “perk” would be a smaller king room with an additional twin bed. The lobby was extremely noisy after hours. Very small breakfast. Tiny room. Their jacuzzi did not heat up even after three hour of advance notice to please heat the tub. Maintenance was called multiple times. I brought my guests to experience the VIP treatment of Expedua and Mexico but was very disappointed. I wouldn't stay again.

• 428darins (10/5): Great historic hotel in an excellent walkable location - Central Hotel Boutique is by far the nicest hotel we’ve been to in Chihuahua! The building itself is gorgeous, dating back to the 1830s yet simultaneously having modern rooms. The patio and dining room are especially pretty. The location is also great, right in the Centro Histórico or historic downtown, next to museums, government buildings, beautiful churches, cafes and restaurants. But you don’t even necessarily need to visit many restaurants outside the hotel, because the onsite food and bar are excellent! The best part though was the friendly, helpful service. Sebastian, at the breakfast service, was especially great and helped make our stay even better. The bar tenders were also quite good, doing a great job of preparing both classic and original cocktails.

The hotel is in a historic building and it has managed to retain the charm , the beds were comfortable and the staff were all very attentive. The food was tasty, but the menu was limited. If your breakfast is included it is a set menu, otherwise there is an a la carte menu.ours was served in the courtyard which was very pleasant

Pero no llegó al 10, porque algunos detalles, que para mí son importantes, hicieron falta: el servicio fue muy bueno pero puede mejorar, la comida también es rica pero no la mejor, y las almohadas en el cuarto también deberían mejorar o bien ofrecer más opciones. Una tina en la habitación no estaría nada mal. En general, es una muy buena opción de hospedaje. Otro detalle que se me hizo de muy buen gusto fue el late check out, que siempre ayuda mucho en el último día.

The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel is old and beautiful. It’s a real gem in the city. The Restaurant. This place is VERY good. We ate here several times because the menu was very good and we couldn’t decide on a single item. The soup will be my new obsession because that is amazing. I don’t remember the names but they were such a great team. Can’t recommend this hotel enough. It’s worth the visit.

Worth every $ - A beautiful house converted into a small Boutique hotel, a great restaurant for breakfast and dinner with views of the cathedral. • McMudhen (10/5): My first choice to stay in Chihuahua - I was extremely pleased that my employer allowed me to spend my one-night stay here. It is centrally located in the historic Zona Centro and was an easy walk to the Pancho Villa home/museum. The hotel has a superb upscale restaurant and a full bar. Had I known about the Jacuzzi, I would have brought swim trunks. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was more than just satisfactory. Loved the large bathroom and walk-in shower. The bed was super-comfortable. If I had to criticize anything, it would be the thumping dance music pumped out to the patio (and within earshot of the restaurant). It went deep into the night. Some mariachi would have been much better.
• CDubChina (10/5): What a Wonderful Stay! - The Central Hotel Boutique is such a nice place to stay! The building is over 100 years old and has been beautifully restored. We stayed in the Victor Hugo room and really loved the room layout and decoration. When we checked in, the hotel offered us a cocktail made from Chihuahua's sotol spirit (similar to tequila but different). The cocktail was amazing! The hotel is adjacent to the cathedral, and there are plenty of places to eat and shop within walking distance to the hotel. The staff at the hotel were all very friendly and helpful. The food at the hotel's restaurant is amazing! All of the dishes we had a breakfast and dinner were tasty and really unique. The courtyard area is a beautiful place to work, have a drink, or relax, both during the day and at night. I highly recommend this hotel! It's definitely my favorite hotel of 2024!

Hotel was clean and very nice. Small room and large bathroom. outside patio for food, drinks or lounge. Great local food. St the hotel’s restaurant. Servers go out of their way!!!

• Angenette (10/5): Exceptional - Wonderful hotel in downtown of beautiful Chihuahua. A stone's throw from the cathedral and all the downtown fun. Gorgeous room, super comfy bed, great amenities--including an essential oil vaporizer. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive. Probably the best customer service in a hotel I have ever experienced in the world. The restaurant and bar were excellent, I loved sitting on the patio for a nightcap. Craft cocktails and food on an international cuisine level. The jacuzzi service was also awesome and definitely worth a try! If you have a room in the court yard, there is moderately loud music on the patio from the midmorning until around 11pm. Bring ear plugs!

• Jawwed (4/5): - the staff didn't speak Englis with one exception with broken communiactions. I couldn't explain what i wanted for breakfast (which was paid and inluded) when i made the resrvations. Than they tried me to pay for the breakfast, and i refuesd. I am going to cehck my credit card statement to see if they still went ahead and charged me, even though i did not sign the receipt they presented. They closed the reataurent first night i was there before 10 pm when i had walked in 10 minutes prior. It was not a pleasnat experience. I will never stay in this hotel again.

The rooms downstairs are basically in the restaurant (terrace) – you can hear the music in your room, you need to shut down your window because otherwise people look into your room. Rooms are wonderful, but this is critical. So try to get rooms upstiars!

• Elizabeth (10/5): - This is a wonderful boutique hotel. I will rate it as 5star. Super clean and beautiful. The best of all is the staff. They are always pending for any request. We lost our card and arrived after 2am to the property. The guard helped tremendously and were able to generate a new card for us. They offered to movebus to a bigger room for our last night at no differbt cost. The cleaning staff offered to clean our room at any time. Staff were so frienly and make our stay to be perfect. I love the decorations and the food and cocktails were delicoius. They gave us conplementary cocktails upon our arrival and definitely recognized our VIP status. Congratulations to this cute property I Really recomend it and definitely I give a 5 star rating

• Annie (8/5): Very good - Very central opposite cathedral but quiet despite being in the middle of Chihuahua. Nice size room , bathroom etc Wifi was good Bar prices reasonable. Staff lovely , polite , helpful and engaging. Some rooms are located around the main central outside dining area . Depending on what going on in the hotel, time of day /week this may be very noisy area. They played loud music through out hotel. Not background gentle soothing but synthesizer impinging noise. Personal taste as music is this actually too much given proximity of rooms. Music turned off at 10.30pm comes on at 8am ( less horrid in morning ) Breakfast included menu is very limited and doesn't include any eggs or cooked. Whilst stipulates continetal this does seem strange for such an expensive hotel. Central Court yard area was actually very dirty as was seating, not sure why as all other areas super clean is almost as if forgotten about as out side.
