• Amber (5/5): - Hotel was close to my venue. They didn't put me in the room, I booked on line. They changed me for the one I booked, but put me in a tiny room with a twin bed. The tv didn't work, but after me going and complaining, they switched me to my booked room.

• Billy (2/5): - We reserved three rooms for two nights. I understood this was a low-cost facility. One room had the flooring seams taped and we were advised be careful not to trip. One room had air conditioning that would not cool. We were given a remote for the air conditioner, one for all three rooms. The last room had no water. None. Although they did get it working the last day we were there.
• Victoria (10/5): - Very warm welcome, a cute room with a very comfortable mattress, super clean and the shower was nice and hot. Great deal on our route.
• Christopher (8/5): Nice budget lodging! - This is an older motel, but the rooms have been updated. The beds were comfortable and good water pressure in the shower. The room was clean with the exception of a couple of dead crickets on the floor.
• Holly (10/5): - We came to town for the College Rodeo and we were late getting in. Check-in was super smooth, the owner was super friendly and very helpful. Our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was very convenient for everything we needed. We will definitely stay again when we are in town. If you are looking for a clean, convenient, and affordable place to stay over, I would highly recommend.

• John (10/5): Clean, good value - The motel is undeniably old and does not look impressive from the outside. The room is clean and the bed comfortable. This place is a great value. I have stayed here a couple of times and will certainly go back. It is not the Ritz, but it is clean with a comfortable bed. For the price it is a win.

• Jaci (6/5): - Staff was very friendly! Had to ask for additional toilet paper as they only provided 1 full roll of 1ply for a 3 day stay..... A/c worked well but had to stand on a chair and take a picture to know which buttons to push to operate it, as it was close to the ceiling. Room had outdated carpet and bed spreads. Bed was not comfortable and blankets had stains. Large gap between door and floor allowing bugs to come in. Needs updating desperately, but it was clean and the staff was great.
• Lori (4/5): - Fridge had a hot pocket and 3 bottles of Crown Royal left in it . Microwave was disgusting. Walls so thin we could hear the guy next door snoring all night . No light covers so light was blinding. Grounds were filthy . The owner was very nice but I would never stay here again.

• Ryan (10/5): Good for the utv takeover - I stayed here for the utv takeover 2021 and it was awesome. They were very nice and theirs enough room in the dirt area for trailers, the loves acrost the street has 91 octane at the pump and ice and drinks. Only small gripe i had was their were some dead bugs in various areas in the room. Will stay here again if my camping fills up

• Bison405 (6/5): From an Old Man's POV - This place is definitely for you if you are on a tight budget. It's clean and quiet, but it definitely is not luxury. Everything is ground floor, a good feature for us old folks, but I didn't see anything that looked wheelchair friendly, there are no grab bars in the bath room, and the toilet was old fashioned, low, and round. Better check if you need a handicap room. No bells or whistles, but a good place to get a night's sleep.

• Brian (8/5): Nice motel, good value - The motel is obviously pretty old, but it has been updated and cared for. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom has been updated with nice tiling and a new shower stall. Nothing fancy but for the low price I wasn't expecting luxury. Cable with flat screen TV was nice. No breakfast though. I would stay here again.

Stayed at another cheap place in Alva upon return just to see difference,. Wish we returned to this place. Cold air-conditioning good to hot water and clean towels.

• tfboland101 (10/5): Great Value & CLEAN! - Just spent 2 nights here from 8/24-8/26/2018. It's the best price in town and I was pleasantly surprised to find a nice, clean, refurbished room. This is a great deal for the money, with good AC, a 42" TV, and also a refrigerator. Nick (or Nit), the owner, is very nice and takes pride in his motel. I recommend it.
• 412deedeed (10/5): Great people! Great place to stay! - Some of the nicest people I’ve encountered at motels I have stayed at in a long time! Clean rooms. Great rates! I ended up having to stay longer than I had planned and the owners were so kind and understanding.
