• Stefano (6/5): - La bellissima posizione, la facilità di parcheggio, la qualità della cena a pagamento. Colazione terrificante: erano anni che non trovavo un hotel che, per colazione, serve sul tavolo le mono-porzioni (Nutella, marmellata), uno yogurt, un cornetto di qualità pessima e delle minuscole fette di torta appena tolte dal frigorifero e pertanto immangiabili. Nessun buffet, nessun salato -anche dopo averne fatto espressa richiesta- niente frutta, niente pane. Non solo: iniziano a servire la “colazione” alle 8, mi sono presentato alle 7.40 e mi hanno guardato come se fossi un marziano!

Colazione:anche se avevo avvertito lo staff che mio figlio ha l'intolleranza al lattosio prima di venire, non abbiamo trovato opzioni per la sua colazione La cameriera è stata brava e ha improvvisato qualcosa, ma l'orzo al latte era grumoso... Pranzo e cena:abbiamo pranzato e cenato al bar, perché il ristorante ha gli orari di funzionamento diversi dalla nostra routine, mio figlio dorme abbastanza presto. Ma questo non gli avevo detto, quindi non è colpa loro .

• Laura (4/5): Delusione - La posizione sul lago Al nostro arrivo abbiamo scoperto che entrambi i ristoranti dell'hotel erano chiusi per fine stagione...... il ristorante più vicino aperto si trova ad almeno 7 km. di strada stretta e piena di curve!!! Al ritorno abbiamo evitato un incidente con un cinghiale. Non avrei mai prenotato se fosse stato segnalato sul sito al momento della prenotazione ....

Der var hotel -solsenge, men ikke særligt hyggeligt ved deres lille privat strand. Der stod fejlagtige ting omkring tennis, yoga og lignende (måske fejlen er hos Booking?), men de fik rettet det ø, så vi fik gratis paddle! Rigtig god service

• Wout (9/5): - De ongelooflijke vriendelijkheid, ook nog nu in eind september... geen massatoerisme zoals bij de andere beide meren boven Rome! Alleen natuur en een toplocatie om s morgens wakker te worden... helaas was de keuken van het restaurant gesloten, maar je kunt in een pizzeria heel vlakbij terecht. Dat is voor pizza best ok. We kregen een upgrade van de kamer en keken uit over het Vico meer Kamers super schoon en alles voorhanden. Comfortabel groot bed. Ontbijt was alleen zoet, zoals bijna overal in italie, maar zeer overvloedig Wanneer we weer in de buurt zijn gaan we zeker terug!
• Wolfgang (8/5): Es war alles in Ordnung - Das Frühstück ist ein Standardfrühstück ohne Buffet und viel in Plastik eingepackten Sachen am Platz. Es gab jeden Tag das selbe Gebäck. Es gab reichlich Kaffee und Tee. Wir konnten unsere Fahrräder in einer abgesperrten Garage abstellen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Am Samstag gab es eine Feier direkt unter unserem Zimmer mit zeitweise extrem lauter Musik. Gegen 18 Uhr war die Feier beendet und es wurde wieder angenehm ruhig

Abbiamo soggiornato all'inizio di settembre infrasettimana ed era tutto tranquillissimo, immagino che nei fine settimana e d'estate sia più animato. Ma noi cercavamo tranquillità quindi il posto ideale. Staff gentilissimo. Siamo stati così bene da prolungare il soggiorno. Peccato non aver potuto sempre mangiare su lago ma stavano preparando le sale per un matrimonio

La colazione potrebbe migliorare sicuramente. I dolci senza glutine (visto che appartengono al gruppo Aic) dovrebbero essere di più!

• Enrico (8/5): Tranquillità - Bella camera grande con letto kingsize. Materasso duro il giusto e cuscini memory di grande qualità. Personale sempre sorridente e disponibile. La finestra della camera non dava né sul lago né sul giardino ma su una tettoia con un motorino di aria condizionata, per fortuna la camera con le finestre chiuse era ben insonorizzata.

• Diane (4/5): Disappointing - The view of the lake The hotel felt cold and uninviting from the moment we arrived. The room decor was very dated. Breakfast was very poor - no fresh produce - all boxes and packets left on a table in the restaurant!! We had just completed a 6 week road trip of Italy and this was the only hotel that disappointed us!

• Natalija (6/5): Could be perfect, but good for now - We really enjoyed our stay overall. The location of the hotel is excellent – very peaceful and surrounded by beautiful nature, with a stunning lake nearby. The rooms were clean and tidy, everything was in good condition and nothing was broken, which made the stay pleasant and comfortable. However, there were a few things that could be improved. First, the music played during dinner at the restaurant felt very inappropriate for the atmosphere – something more relaxing and in tune with the setting would be much better. Second, our room had a disappointing view – it looked straight onto a rooftop with pipes. It would have been nice if we had been offered an upgrade at check-in or if the staff had placed us in a room with a better view, especially if other rooms were available. Lastly, while the staff at the reception were friendly and helpful, the service at the restaurant left us with the impression that the staff couldn’t wait for us to leave. Smiles were there, but the attitude felt a bit distant. All in all, the place has great potential thanks to its location and nature, and we hope to see improvements in hospitality and guest experience in the future.

Sincerely, the best scrambled eggs I’ve ever eaten. Upgrade the mattresses to memory foam and this place would be perfect👌for us.
• Paul (9/5): lakeside hotel with great service! - A clean and comfortable hotel on a lake. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The on-location restaurant looked great but was closed the night we stayed there. The breakfast was simple but delicious. Our stay was in the off season to visit the Palazzo Farnese, Great value for money.
