• Bartolome (9/5): Un buen lugar si deseas visitar Las Palmas de GC. - Muy buena ubicación, muy céntrica y cerca de dos preciosos paseos marítimos, puerto de cruceros, estación de autobuses principal, supermercado y con aparcamiento en el edificio que se paga aparte. El Loft es bonito y en general bien equipado. La atención de Víctor fue buena. Algunos ruidos de la calle y de un bajante en nuestro loft que podrían ser algo molestos si te despiertas con facilidad, sin llegar a ser nada grave. No tiene persiana sino veneciana de manera que entra cierta luz de la calle por la noche. Me habría gustado que el portal del edificio se pudiera cerrar o que la puerta tuviera algún cierre por dentro para mayor sensación de seguridad, ya que la puerta del loft va con código.

• Chantal (8/5): Séjour agréable : l'appartement très bien situé à quelques mètres de la plage de "Las Cantaras" - L'emplacement exceptionnel de l'appartement à quelques mètres de la plage de Las Cantaras et de la promenade maritime. Les nombreux restaurants et commerces à proximité immédiate. Le petit mot manuscrit du propriétaire nous souhaitant la bienvenue. L'équipement de la cuisine est très succinct : pas d'épluche légumes, de tire-bouchons. La vaisselle est également très réduite : trois assiettes plates et quatre fourchettes, cuillères, etc.. Seul un feu induction de la plaque fonctionne ce qui est assez gênant.

• yvonne (10/5): Excelente con Todo lo Necesario - El apartamento estaba muy limpio, espacioso y no le faltaba ningún detalle. Había lavadora, nevera grande, plancha, microondas, horno etc. Nos dejaron una nota escrita muy bonita y tres chocolatinas. La ubicación es buena, hay gran variedad de tiendas y restaurantes al lado y el mar a pocos metros. El aeropuerto está a media hora más o menos en taxi y nos costó 43€. Nada.

• Carlos (4/5): Es un zulo, bonito pero un bajo interior con ventana al pasillo del edificio - La ubicación es correcta, aunque no está a 50 metros de la playa. La avenida es amplia y hay muchos servicios en la zona. Las fotos y la descripción no se corresponden con el apartamento. Es un bajo interior con ventana al pasillo (donde está la oficina) hay un patio de luces pequeño pero no da prácticamente iluminación. Es más es la zona de fumar, me imagino que irá todo el humo a la habitación (es todo un ambiente amplio) . Para saber cómo está el día tienes que salir del apartamento porque no hay forma (excepto que le preguntes a la gente de la oficina por la ventana). Me imagino que las fotos las habrán hecho en el solsticio de verano y como en los templos Mayas la luz en un momento exacto entrará a la habitación, nosotros no tuvimos esa suerte. Y ya se que diréis que hay otros con ventanas, pero me vendisteis este y lo compré por error. Tiene algunos detalles de mantenimiento, por ejemplo la ventana no cierra, y da a una zona abierta del edificio, deberían arreglarlo

• JACOBO (9/5): Tranquila y muy cómoda. - La ubicación y la accesibilidad. Ideal para personas con movilidad reducida. Mucho espacio en el interior del apartamento. Tal vez el hecho de no tener una división para el aseo puede resultar incómodo si viajas con personas con las que no tienes confianza. Por ello recomiendo este apartamento a parejas o amistades con mucha confianza.

• JensBerlin (9/5): Zwar komplexere Anreise als bei normalem Hotel, dafür dann aber stylisch und schön anders. - Das Apartment Roy Lichtenstein ist Teil einer Gruppe von Apartments unter dem Namen "Suites Garden". Alle diese Apartments liegen auf derselben Etage eines Gebäudes welches sonst andere Zwecke erfüllt und als Gebäude auch nicht besonders schön von außen anzuschauen ist. Leute die von normalen Hotels gelangweilt sind und die etwas kompliziertere Auto-Anreise nicht scheuen, sollten hier dennoch dringend übernachten. Nicht alle Fotos im November 2025 stimmten auch mit der Wirklichkeit überein, aber das Apartment selbst ist bequem, groß und stylisch. Nespresso-Maschine im Apartment und auch Trinkwasserflasche dafür bereitgestellt. Kühlschränk schön groß, ausreichende Küchenausstattung, zwei Cerankochfelder. Die zwei Zusatzbetten machen dieses Apartment Roy Lichtenstein zu einer sehr guten Bleibe auch für vier Personen. Die Aussicht ist zwar auf das Parkhaus gegenüber, aber es guckt einem so auch keiner ins Zimmer rein und für Privatsphäre ist so auch nachts gesorgt. Es war eine mittelschwere Aufgabe herauszufinden, wo man parkt. Die Antwort: Auf der Rückseite des Gebäudes mit einer Fernbedienung für die Tiefgarage, die aber nur vom Personal ausgehändigt werden kann. Sobald man das dann weiß, ist es bequem, da der Fahrstuhl auch bis zur Tiefgarage fährt.

• Regina (8/5): - Apartamentų vieta gera, arti pliažas, parduotuvės, kavinės, pramogos. Šalia yra mokama automobilių parkavimo aikštelė, kurioje už ilgalaikį parkavimą taikoma didelė nuolaida. Švaru, buvo keičiama patalynė, rankšluoščiai, valoma po savaitės buvimo, kas nebūdinga kitiems apartamentams. Trys kavos aparatai. Labai patogi raktų sistema. Koduotos spynos, nereikia prisirišti prie raktų.ž Triukšmas, gal mums taip nepasisekė, kad tuo metu dar pastate vyko remontas. Nors kituose atsiliepimuose buvo rašoma, kad labai rami gatvė, mūsų apartamentuose, atidarius langus tikrai buvo daug triukšmo. Labai bloga izoliacija, girdisi kaimynų gyvenimas. Viena kaitlenės pozicija veikė tik su viena keptuve. Kitaip tai veikdavo, tai neveikdavo. Prie pagrindinio stalo labai mažas apšvietimas, kitur puikus.

Me gustaría agradecer al propietario, que nos permitió hacer late check-out para no quedarnos en la calle después de una competición deportiva mientras esperábamos por nuestro vuelo de vuelta.

• Hubert (9/5): Séjour très agréable - L'appartement est moderne, propre et très bien équipé. Son emplacement est idéal, à proximité de la plage (200m), des restaurants et des commerces. La possibilité de bénéficier d'une place de parking payante au sous sol de l'immeuble est appréciable. Les hôtes sont sympathiques et serviables. Un bruit d'eau qui descendait le long de la colonne situé à coté du lit.

La posizione è ideale: a due passi dalla splendida spiaggia di Las Canteras ma allo stesso tempo tranquilla e riservata. Staff top, assistenza massima. Il giardino privato è un vero angolo di paradiso, perfetto per rilassarsi dopo una giornata al mare. Accoglienza impeccabile: i proprietari sono stati gentili, disponibili e sempre attenti a ogni esigenza, facendoci sentire come a casa. • Luis Berto (10/5): Excelente opción para familias que busquen pasar una noche cerca del paseo de la playa en Las Palmas - Ubicación, ofrecen ocupación para una familia de 5, limpieza, y comodidad. Admiten estancia minima de una noche. Precio algo elevado, en vez de 200€/noche,, unos 120-150€ hubiese sido más razonable. Todas las camas son de matrimonio.

• MARIA TERESA (9/5): Fin de semana maravilloso - El loft es fantástico, está ubicado en el centro de la ciudad con transporte público cerca y la playa a un paseo de 5 minutos. El espacio está decorado con buen gusto y nos sentimos muy cómodas allí. Hay que hacer una revisión rutinaria a la manguera de la ducha porque se sale el agua y al aire acondicionado.
• N y E (7/5): Oscuro interior sin nada de luz natural y poca privacidad - La ubicación donde necesitaba con bares, restaurantes y supermercados al lado. Quien quiera playa, justo al lado aunque no se pueden pasear los perros por el paseo y mucho menos en la playa. Aunque es muy bueno que en el apartamento sí permitan perritos y amabilidad del personal. No utilizada en una sola noche, pero tiene lavadora y eso suele ser útil en estancias largas. Al estar los apartamentos en un bajo interior a un patio cerrado no tiene nada de luz natural y muy poca privacidad ya que la ventana da al hall de entrada de todos los demás apartamentos y justo a la recepción, no se puede tener cortina abierta porque todos te ven y tampoco ventilar por dicha razón aunque tampoco hay luz, es muy, muy oscuro, siempre con las luces encendidas incluso durante todo el día. La cama grande, pero para nuestro gusto, el colchón un poco duro, nos gusta mullido tipo viscolástica. El tema de la oscuridad hace que parezca un zulo y no nos ha gustado. Quizás si tuvieran alguno que diera al exterior...

The location is highly central—just a less than 5-minute walk to Canteras Beach and close to supermarkets and restaurants. From the airport, take bus number 60 or 90 to Santa Catalina, then either grab a taxi or enjoy a scenic 25-minute walk along the beach promenade (my preferred way!) Nothing all very good.

Pillar beside bed, every time someone had a shower, went the toilet or it rained there was a lovely noise of water loudly travelling down what I’m guessing was the outlet pipe encased in the pillar which in the early hours of the morning kept waking me up.

• Joonas (7/5): Location is perfect, bed was nice, apartment itself was not that nice. - Bed was good. location was perfect. Aircondition was very good. There is food stores, beach and restaurants just next to apartment. There was lots of things that bothers us. First of all it said description that the apartmen includes patio, this was important for us.. The aprtment does'nt have patio, it only have windows that are 5 meters from other building so you dont feel comfortable to keep blinders open so you are all the time like in a dark cave, also even if you keep them open there is no sun light or anything coming to apertment. Owner said that they will change the description. Apartmen was noisy, you could hear everything from outside. It was big but not comfortable, shower, WC and sink where all 3 metres from bed and at the same room so you could hear everything.. WC is even missing glass from top of the door so it would be same that you would be toilet 3 metres from bed door open. The whole feeling from the apartment was that it was builded not long ago and with expensive materials but work has been done very badly. We got allergy from mold and you could smell and see it, most of it in front of the shower, there should be somenthing made for this. We dont get allergy easily but we needed to get medicine for this.

• Sheilaw34 (9/5): A nice modern studio in a great location -- we would be happy to return - Excellent location, a stone's throw from the promenade and a short walk to El Corte Inglés etc. Nice to look out onto plants just outside the window. Very quiet apartment, even on a noisy Saturday night. Great lighting -- hotel rooms are normally so poorly lit. Nice not to have to carry keys around with us. The safe didn't work. We did ask for it to be fixed but after that we just let it go -- we didn't really need it enough to make a fuss. One thing that would have been annoying had we been there longer or on a tight budget is the lack of cooking utensils. For example, there was no corkscrew, no potato peeler, no heatproof mat... No microwavable containers either. It wouldn't have been easy to prepare a full meal there.

The apartment was quiet and peaceful, even though we were in middle of the city. The bed was good. Using the key code was easy when you first got guidance. We had booked Loft Miro. We were given Loft Velazquez? When we arrived, no one was there to receive us, and we had not received the key code, although we announced our arrival half an hour before by text message. You got the wrong idea about the patio in the brochure. It was common to several apartments. There was no sun and no furniture on the patio. There was artificial grass and a boardwalk. High walls all around. Because of the covered windows, you didn't get to enjoy the "garden view" much. A bed sheet was missing. We slept the first night under a blanket without a sheet. We received the sheet the next day. Fine machines, but the instructions for use are incomplete, for example a capsule coffee maker. The WIFI was not working properly. The apartment could have been cleaned even once in 10 days. It wasn't offered until day 9, when we no longer needed it.
• David (9/5): Superb - A fantastic place to stay while in Las Palmas. The location is absolutely perfect - you are just minutes walk from to the beach but not right on it, so at night everything is quiet. There are a lot of restaurants & shops near by. The apartment was very spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were very helpful with organising taxis. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
