- Jia (2/5): - Dirty room. Dirty floor with gum stuck on the floor. Faulty smell from the toilet. Towel and bed sheets with stains. Rubbish in the bin by the previous guests was not cleaned. Floor is so dirty we have to wear a black socks to walk around. End up, we couldn’t take it, we had to book another hotel.
