• ELEANOR (9/5): Wonderful vacation. I recommend this place. Three thumps up. - The homey vibe. The house is truly charming. The garden is very beautiful and most of all it was really a perfect vacation for large number of Family members like us 20+. The kitchen cooking space and the grill and all other amenities is really worth our time and money. Only the low pressure shower water supply.

The house is beautiful and well equipped with all the things we needed for home cooking. The caretaker had provided us all the requested items we asked for. Overall, it was a very nice experience and enjoyable for everyone! We will definitely recommend this place to our friends in US. Thank you so much!!! Well landscaped, well maintained and we didn’t see any pests. Beautiful home!!

Our family wanted to visit us at the Airbnb, but the guard would not allow anyone to enter the community unless they were staying at the house. Even though thr owner and caretaker told them multiple times that it was okay

• Hermes (9/5): An Awesome family experience in tagaytay charming villa - Huge house, very clean & well maintained. Wifi can use all over the house. Most of our needs are provided (special mention to the towels which are hotel-like smell). Caretaker ate baby is very accommodating, hospitable & amiable. Minor issue on the shower, though aesthetic but not able to function to its purpose.
• Cherry (10/5): We had a superb stay at this house. - We like everything about the house. Very clean, spacious, accessible to everything, safe and very comfortable. If we would comeback to Tagaytay, we would definitely choose to stay there again. The staff was also nice. Later we found out we came from the same province. The owner was also super nice and very responsive to messages prior to checking in and after checking out she made sure we had a great time at her house.

• Janelleluna (8/5): What you see in the picture is the Same house 🫡 - The house was big, it can accommodate big groups. You can also cook. But just remember to buy/bring your own seasoning. The subdivision was close to a mall so its convenient. I wasn't able to picture the place because of the busy schedule. There was a door that was hard to close. But other than that . Everything else was good.

Complete kitchen utensil and appliances. Located in a peaceful subdivision in the heart of Tagaytay. Near to a mall and accessible to establishments. Thank you for accomodating us and we will definitely go back to this place. None

The three story house itself is very spacious inside and families can have individual rooms. One bedroom in the first floor and three rooms on the second floor. The attic is open with 12 beds. Toilet paper and drinking water were provided for. House was also very clean. Beddings, towels and kitchen utensils are well provided for. Outside has bbq pit and gazebo. Spacious and well manicured grounds. Caretaker lives at the house just beside so easy to contact. Also enough parking space. Highly recommended for big groups.

• Michelle (6/5): - Towels were limited & manipulated as bed decorations, has holes in it. Paper towel & toilet paper were very very very limited. Drinking water was not enough. Water pressure in shower were very weak. Big disadvantage was NO POOL. Area was quiet & secure.

My whole family enjoyed our stay and we have nothing but good reviews about the vacation home. We look forward in our next stay in this property.

• Mendoza (10/5): We were 15 but never felt crowded, all the things we need were there. Comfy, safe, accessible. - Everything that we needed, as in everything and even more, were there. The place is very very spacious. Notwithstanding that we were 15 in our group, we never felt crowded. The place was clean and presentable when we arrived. Wifi was OK, flat screen TV is large and clear, parking was available, water strong, and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. Ate Baby, the caretaker, was a competent host too. She was there when we arrived, she briefed us on the dos and don'ts, toured us through the house and grounds, gave us her contact details, and made herself available half an hour before we checked out. The location of the house is also very accessible to the usual places of interest in Tagaytay making trips to and fro a breeze. Highly recommended and will definitely choose it the next time we will have a big group in Tagaytay!

The sofa in the living room smelled a little bit unpleasant. We used febreeze on the sofa to freshen up the smell.
