Abigail (9/5): Superb - Excellent location, really helpful/responsive staff, beautiful stylish place. All enclosed so nature stays outside. Pool is shaded most of the day which is good for kids. Water pressure is weak in the shower but that’s not necessarily the property m’s fault

Although air-conditioning are old Toilet blocked Cockroach x4 Shower tap broken No electric port in bathroom for hair dryer Poor lighting in bathrooms 1 light not working Towel service had to be paid for No blinds for room 1 shower House keeping opening blinds and turning off air-conditioning, meant rooms were always hot Safe didn't work, intermittent issues with code No ironing board Hair dryers were light toys, should provide decent hair dryers, else advise bring your own
