- Erika (10/5): - Great location in the heart of Marfa. Our stay was nice and relaxing. The unit wasn't so much of a room as it was a small apartment. There are very few places to eat during the week or past sunset, so the full kitchen with dining area worked perfect for us. I spent many hours sitting out on the patio drawing, reading, and enjoying the beautiful weather and scenery. We'll definitely be back to the Lincoln Marfa!

- Vera (10/5): A MUST for MARFA - It was another wonderful day at The Lincoln for us.. It is the perfect location with all of the amenities you will need for a trip to Marfa. I cannot recommend it enough and the hosts are so quick to respond to any questions. You simply must stay here.

Hosts were there if you needed them, but we did not need to contact them for anything - check in and out was a breeze.

- Jamie P (10/5): Cute & Comfy - Very cute apartment rental that was equipped with everything we needed. Super location to downtown where several sites and stores were located. Walked to many of them. Dog friendly and I could tell the owners put a lot of thought into decorating. Loved the old radio playing when we checked in.

- samuel (6/5): - layout was very creatively done between a few cottages. But when we arrived it was dark and difficult to find our room, as was the case with another guest. The walkway was attractively done with flagstone, but difficult to pull our wheeled luggage over the 150' from car to our room. We had to carry our heavy suitcases and make a couple of trips. I'm sure we disturbed other guests with our stumbling along. Inside the room it was stylishly redone, but the shelf above kitchen had a lot of small dirt clods on it. We used the kitchen stove and pan to cook omelets which worked out well. Nice refrigerator. State of art TV projector which we streamed with and enjoyed.
- ROBERT (6/5): Cool but Misses the Mark. - we had a long 7 hour drive prior to our arrival, we were tired. we were not able to enter our room for approx 30 min since the information/directions we were given did not work and someone on staff had misplaced the keys to the room. the bed for the room was upstairs in a tight space and the stairs were not cool going up to it... especially if your over 40. the grounds could use some cleaning and maintenance. some staff would be good to assist guests, it did have some charm to it but lacked detail imo.
- Greg (10/5): Fun hotel in downtown Marfa - Great stay. Very cute and cozy hotel in the heart of downtown Marfa. Fire pits, sitting areas, next door to homemade scones! All good. My only issue- there was not a wine opener in the room. Other than that all good! Would definitely return.
- Erin (10/5): Quite refuge downtown Marfa - The apartment is cute, cozy, quiet and the gardens are lovely. I never could get the HVAC systems to adjust with the directions & remote controls provided… and the fans only know one speed, HIGH, but I was really only sleeping there, and it was late when I’d get in.. so I just let that bit go. Appreciated having ice cube trays that were filled and ready to deploy in the freezer.

They’ve thought of the comforts of a French press, refrigerators in rooms, and amenities which make the stay feel like home. The professionalism of their management team is also above reproach. We really enjoyed having the french press for morning coffee and the projection device for streaming. It was quiet except when the train came through town (although it is several blocks away).

There was an adjoining kitchen area with a full size fridge stove microwave and fully equipped. We extended our stay as we had so much fun exploring Marfa. Spent an evening in the courtyard enjoying a campfire!

- Ollie (6/5): Bed too small, uncomfortable - It was a nice place, but the bed was small and didn't have a box spring so it felt like if my wife or I rolled over that we'd fall off the bed. The TV remote batteries were dead, so that was a little challenging. Overall, it's a nice place in a good area. Parking was easy and the shower was great.

Our dog instantly unpacked her entire bag and wanted to stay longer. It was hard to know where to go to get the most out of Marfa. Everything closed so early, the Lincoln was the center of our fun on this trip. Will stay again.

The enormous kitchen table was a great spot to sit a chat and get know everyone. The kitchen has everything you need and the appliances are top notch. The rooms are large, the bathroom are not. Adam was a great host and incredibly responsive. The location is perfect for walking around town.

- Joe (8/5): Rustic Modern - Cold at Night - The property is user-friendly as you just walk into your unlocked room with nice tidy instructions and a well-equipped mini-suite. The problem is the Marfa nights can be quite cold and most of the units have a single undersized wall AC/Heater unit which cant compensate for the vast temp drops common on a West TX night leaving you frigid in bed. Other than that the place is great.

The place had a kitchen that provided everything I needed if I was staying longer but being able to make a fresh cup of French press coffee was perfect for us. The outside had a table to sit out and enjoy our coffee. There was a bocci court next to us too. The bathroom was surprisingly huge and offered everything needed to take a nice shower or bath. The bed was comfy and the sofa was another place to sleep. Our interaction with Adam was very pleasant and we could hear his sincere enthusiasm of welcoming us to the property and wanting us to contact him if we needed anything. I recommend this place and I look forward to staying there again.

Very clean and comfortable - beautiful kitchen and the beds were comfortable. Loved the modern feel in a really cool historic feeling place. Would definitely stay here again. Enjoyed a fire in backyard fire pit hanging out w our friends on a beautiful night. We didn’t use the stock pond pool but liked the look of it and enjoyed the sound of the water while outside. Marfa was still very COVID conscious so a lot of the town was pretty closed up and we didn’t get to see much of the art work they are known for which was disappointing but I would come back in the future

You could walk to most places of interest from the property, and the Lincoln really felt like home. Though I haven’t stayed at any of the traditional hotels there I would totally recommend this place wether you’re here for one night or multiple!

- Janette (6/5): Marfa stay - We did not like the TV service. The floors were concrete and not pretty. You could tell where they had moved walls, etc. the kitchenette counter tops were dusty. The overall room was somewhat crude. But the bed and pillows were clean and very comfortable. Overpriced
- Marc (10/5): Unique experience - Stayed in Mary Todd unit. It has 3 rooms/3 baths in a house. It was a very nice private room and bath, but just a little odd to have a common entrance! I was surprised to be greeted at door / sharing house with someone else. They should disclose that at Hotels.com. But, that's Marfa! Anyway, its a great room and unique place to stay in great location. I'd stay again.

We were very appreciative that our pets could stay with us while we were here for our small wedding ceremony. We will definitely recommend the Lincoln and look forward to staying here again in the future!
