• Marina (8/5): Over night stay - Very very very pleasant stuff!!! Dinner in the restaurant was good. SPA - used some, was not bad. Got massage - good and professional, at least for such money. Bed, pillows- very old and inconvenient. Must of sport equipment in fitness is broken. The hotel looks old, not so clean, require maintenance. Breakfast under each expectation.

Treatment of staff is beyond exceptional which customers are looking for now days. Swimming pool, turkish hamam and sauna adds comfort to your rest. Breakfast had every necessary items to fill up with energy. Sincere regards to all staff!
• Giorgio (8/5): A good hotel without a SPA - The size of the room The hotel name implicates that there is a real SPA, but actually the swimming pool was used all day for a course dedicated to classes of young male students of a Summer Camp. The SPA is very basic and not organized

• Albertine (9/5): A happy stay at Issam hotel in Sheki - Everything. The entree was impressive, the general manager was very friendly and helpful, airco was good. When I ever go back to Sheki I will come back! The ‘water-part’ (pool and sauna) should get a little attention. Some wood is broken in the sauna and local children get their swimming lessons in the pool (which is great and absolutely no problem, but the pool isn’t available during these times!

• Yevgrniya (7/5): Feel yourself as a guest at Sheki friend's home - We wanted to stay more in the city rather than in the hotel outside the city. 6 things we enjoyed: 1. Very good location - 10 minutes walk to the central street with souvenir shops. No taxi needed. Shakh palace about 30 min of pleasent walk by the street. 2. Exceptionally friendly personnel in hotel. Sometimes we even not asked but our needs were predicted - for example, additionally refilled water supply and towels in room after the spa. 3. Spa is a good entertainment in the evening for families as well as couples 4. Have an area for group-travellers to have a tea, play board games, communicate, have an evening drink. We travelled by a number of families - it was important for us. 5. Cosy rooms, clean comfy beds and very quite place outside. Our room had a good window view. 6. Kids liked breakfast) I'd suggest to add pure water and strong Turkish coffee to breakfast menu, - just my personal habbit) milk, juices, tea, coffee were on place in sufficient volumes. Thought should admit that drink bottled water in room was sufficient.

• Rufat (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice hotel. Staff are all very welcoming and accommodating. Facilities were very nice especially liked the saunas and Turkish hamam. Location is fairly central, so it's walkable from the main sights and easy to find. I really liked the stay and this is a great value for money. Breakfast variety was good and restaurant food in the evening was of excellent quality. Would recommend if you want to stay in the city.

I recommend you to use the massage service. We left Shaki satisfied and express my deep gratitude to the kind staff, and especially to Ms. Mehriban

Hotel has no lift but staff will send your luggage to your room. No partition between wet & dry part of toilet. Toilet will be wet during shower. Breakfast has no Jam.

• Martin (6/5): Mixed feelings - Location is good. Stuff is nice. The fridge was turned off and with lot of spilled water in it. Carpets looked like 20 years old and dirty. A/C noisy and working bad. Really noisy clock on the wall in the room. Had to turn it off.
