The rooms were great and kept clean. The location is a few kilometres from the city centre but all the amenities are available. Special shoutout to both the receptionists who gave us guidance and helped us communicate with Grab personnel in Vietnamese.

The room was clean, comfortable, and the staff were always ready to help when needed. Breakfast wasn’t included, but honestly, I saw that as a plus. There are so many cafes and local eateries just a short walk from the hotel. It gave us a great chance to explore the local food scene. Most places were open by 6AM, so finding something to eat - no matter when we woke up – was never an issue. No complaints at all

During the search on their website and app, that breakfast was included at this hotel. As I arrived and after I had paid, I was told that breakfast was not included. It's like buying a product that doesn't deliver what it promises—in other words, a lie. The room and hotel seem worn down. I stayed there from Tuesday to Friday, and not once was the room cleaned. My advice: find another hotel—there are plenty to choose from in Ho Chi Minh City, cheaper and better. I wrote to Booking.com about incorrect information on their App. I got no response, no help. I will use another app next time

• Alper (1/5): Extremely unprofessional staff and hotel. Embarrassed me and my girlfriend for no reason. - Room was large for the price Everything was fine until the day we had to check out. When we were checking out they checked our room as is usually done at hotels. They then let us know that the mattress topper had stains on it. I could not imagine how the stains got there and told them there had to be a mistake. They kept insisting we created stains and showed us pictures to which we replied they must have been there because we would have had to have peed in bed to create stains that large. They then proceeded to bring the mattress topper to the LOBBY/RECEPTION and lay it out for all employees and guests to see the stains. In my life I have never seen such unprofessional behavior from a hotel. The stains they showed were in NO WAY created by us, but they still made us pay 100k VND extra by embarrassing us.
