• Romina (8/5): - Sicuramente la posizione in cui si trova e la pulizia.
• Contini (10/5): Soggiorno consigliato - Posizione della struttura in città molto comoda e pernottamento adeguato: zona silenziosa e anche stanza ben isolata. Al mio check-in, ho avuto tutte le informazioni indispensabili per fare accesso autonomo alla struttura e, eventualmente, per usare i suoi servizi, tra cui nello spazio comune una macchinetta del caffè, il frigorifero e un piano lavello. Giusto per motivare il «[n]on applicabile» che ho lasciato quanto al WiFi, io non ho usato il WiFi, perché non mi serviva, ma sull’armadio c’era ben leggibile la password per accedervi. La struttura è al primo piano dell’edificio, ma l’unico ascensore è disallineato rispetto ai piani: la cosa è un problema per chi non ne può prescindere (a me, comunque, non serviva l’ascensore, per fortuna). Ovviamente, non è colpa di Rione Monte Suites.

• daniele (5/5): buon prezzo e ottima posizione ma non tornerei - La posizione è ottima, nel pieno del rione Monti a pochi passi dalla fermata Cavour. Struttura pulita La camera singola è davvero angusta; aprendo la finestra si viene assaliti da un forte odore di gas - credo nel cortile ci sia uno sfiato di qualche tipo. Impossibile tenere aperto anche solo per pochi secondi. Il letto è davvero piccino. Un'altra cosa che non ho apprezzato è il piumino sopra il letto senza copri piumino: dubito venga cambiato per ogni ospite (io ho fatto una notte sola, sarebbero perennemente in lavanderia); diciamo che troverei più igienico se venisse almeno rivestito con un copri piumino.

• Mareva (7/5): comfortable, but not a great night of sleep. - The room was very spacious. Complimentary Teas and Cappuccino. The staff was very nice. Our room was just beside the kitchen. I heard a bunch of noise. I found a man washing dishes at 10pm at night while we were trying to sleep. Additionally, the property above us had people running back and forth all night. It also sounded like ping pong. It was miserable.

• Morin (6/5): - The. Room was really small and the bed was child size. I was unable to open thee very heavy wooden shutters and it felt oppressing to be in such a small room and not be able to see outside. The staff was gone and there was nobody there to ask

• Helen (10/5): Excellent location for Coloseum (12 min walk), other tourist attractions are easily accessible by hop on/ off bus fr - It felt safe and our room was cleaned daily to a high standard. We had an 8pm return flight so we were allowed a late check out of 12pm which was much appreciated 🙏🏽 A bar a few footsteps away called Blackmarket Hall that has live music on Thurs & Fri and nice food. However, Monti has a few good cafes & bars. It was messy to miss it and walk past on arrival day and the big key to get into the property reception area can be tricky. However, there numbers on hand to phone or WhatsApp if you need to.

• Marc (9/5): - Nice rooms, nice building, in the very typical Monti neighbourhood, so not far from the Colosseum and a great starting location for visiting the city. And Antonio is very nice and helpful and has gone out of his ways to help us set up our trip! Maybe no way to store luggages beyond 2PM, but that's to be expected in the Monti, and there are lockers nearby.

• Stephanie (7/5): Perfect Location to Top Attractions - Location was great, it's 5-7 minutes from Termini Station, 17 minutes from Trevi Fountain, 5 minutes from the Colosseum. The area is nice and quiet with some occasional noise. The room is great, spacious, and the bathroom is nice and clean however the bathtub was clogged, and they helped unclog it. WIFI sucks, and the cell service in the room is not great. I had to go by the window to make a call or check my emails. Besides that, I had a good stay
• Gianvito Fanelli (7/5): Staff cordiale, camera piccolissima - Staff molto cordiale e disponibile, soprattutto quando ho smarrito la chiave in taxi e hanno risolto prontamente all'1 di notte. Ottima posizione per visitare il centro. La camera è molto piccola e non è nuovissima. C'è un'unica presa posta sopra al letto, quindi molto scomoda per caricare il telefono. Il bagno è piccolo e discretamente fornito. In generale, la struttura non è delle più moderne.

• Senouci (5/5): - Appartement bien placé mais bcp de bruits La chambre est minuscule avec un petit lit. Le prix est trop élevé pour ce minuscule vestibule. La clef 🔑 de l'entrée de la cage d'escalier ne fonctionne pas. J'ai attendu qu'un voisin m'ouvre la porte et il était tard. Je l'ai signalé au personnel. Merci de la changer pour la prochaine personne et ce n'est pas la peine d'expliquer que la clef 🔑 est difficile à manipuler comme il m'a montré. Il fait que ça fonctionne.

• Florence (5/5): Bien placé, mais qualité prix vraiment moyen - La propreté du logement , la sécurité pour entrer dans l’immeuble et l’emplacement. Le matelas n’était vraiment pas confortable , il y a un à creux dans le matelas donc pas du tout confortable pour le dos. Le bruit, on entend les gens se lever et parler et le bruit de l’extérieur aussi! La wi-fi ne fonctionne pas du tout correctement Je ne le recommande pas en terme de qualité/prix

Lasciando aperto le finestre si sentono i rumori della strada. Con le finestre aperte si eviterebbe l'uso dell'aria condizionata e cambierebbe l'aria.

Loved my room, clean bathroom, loved a full refrigerator and the location is primo. You’re just down from the Roma Termini which is super helpful. Would stay here again.

Çalışanın kapıda karşılaması tüm giriş çıkışlar ile ilgili yeterli bilgiyi vermesi güzel Odada değişik bir koku hakimdi neden olduğunu anlayamadık odalarda mini dolap olmayıp ortak alanda buzdolabı olması kötü. Odanın hemen çıkışı ortak mutfak alanı olduğu için sürekli kahve makinasının sesine maruz kalmak sıkıntılı.

• Alexis (9/5): Amazing hospitality and apartment vibes - The location of this place was amazing! Monti is a great neighborhood and is super walkable to other neighborhoods and larger attractions. Check-in was extremely easy and was accommodated when my flight got in a little later than it should have. It is a very homey feel, which was a pleasure to come home to at the end of the day. I also was able to retrieve my speaker that I left!!! They kept it safe and sound for me. The hospitality was amazing. I wasn't super clear on which room I had so was a tad surprised at the twin XL but it did its job! No complaints here.
• Jake (10/5): Convenience simply perfect - Superbly positioned, close to everything. Meant we could go back and forth between sites and relax at apartment often. Only a six minute walk from stazioni termini but far enough away in a safe and comfortable area.

• MARY ANN (8/5): - The property was nice and close to everything. The only thing I don’t like was the nonstop footsteps of the people above the floor of our room. I got migraines for two nights that I can’t sleep with the noise.
• Brea (2/5): - This should technically be listed as a hostel not a hotel or suite . It's essentially one large apartment with small rooms inside with bathrooms. The walls are paper thin, very loud. Including the people that live in the apartments above. Insane amount of noise still at midnight. Another guest went into the communal kitchen and made a coffee at 11:30 while I was desperately trying to fall asleep with all the noise coming from above and you could hear everything perfectly. Zero sound proofing. The linens are junk, the towels are junk . One Of the many keys to the many doors to get you into the suite simply just doesn't work .. the host (who was very friendly) warned me of this during the welcome tour. I got back to the suite later that night(travelling alone) and absolutely could not get in with the key. Luckily a lady that lives in the building was coming out of her suite and let me in and said "yeah that key/door situation is terrible " My first night stay of my two night total stay , I checked into another spot and left. Complete waste of money. I was not comfortable there at all. If the other guests are coming home late , partying /chatting etc ... you will get zero rest. Beware
• Stefan (10/5): - Was convenient for central area of Rome. Property is small, but sufficient for one person. Wifi worked well. Although no laundry, walkable distance to a laundry service which costs 15 euro to have them wash, dry, and fold.

Excellent location being walking distance from pretty much all the major sites and close to some excellent restaurants and bars. Only slight niggle was that because it’s not a 24hr check in (as a lot of places are) we couldn’t leave our bags all day on our last day before our late flight home, but that’s completely understandable. The coffee making facilities were excellent, great shower, lovely and cool without the need for Aircon and free sweets (which our 9 year old son loved!) made this such a memorable trip. Highly recommend!
