The area is very safe. The apartment is equipped and furnished. Parking is more difficult to access, but you can also park on the street, near the hotel.

The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from Taksim Square, making it perfect for exploring Istanbul. The highlight of our stay was the outstanding hospitality of the hotel manager, Atakhan. He was incredibly helpful and made our experience truly memorable. We were so impressed that we plan to stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommended!

- Mohammad (7/5): Good - The size of the room was good. I reserved a room at your hotel for my girlfriend for a two-night stay, but the experience was deeply disappointing. On the second day, the hotel had no electricity, leaving her without light, internet, or any support from the staff. This lack of basic services made her stay extremely uncomfortable, and she even caught a cold due to the conditions. It was far from the quality of service one would expect and turned out to be one of the worst hotel experiences imaginable. I sincerely hope the management takes action to prevent such issues in the future.

He is a true gentleman. He helps us a lot. A bit sloppy. if you are travelling alone of group of young people its good but for a family with small kids a bit of problem.

- Nina (6/5): Quite and safe - The manager was very polite and helpful. The room was average but spacious. There is a left in the building, which was very helpful with carrying the luggage. The area was safe, quiet and close to everything. Unfortunately the building is on a slope which is challenging if an elderly is staying there or if you have large and heavy luggage. The shower is not working properly as the shower hose is very loose so water pressure is quite weak.

- Kateryna (1/5): nightmare - the young man at the reception is nice, ready to help how to find a store or the airport I have never had a worse vacation in my life. There were children living upstairs who were jumping around until 3-4 am, moving furniture, it seemed like they were throwing bricks on the floor and this happened every night. I asked at the reception to move me to another room and talk to this mother so that they would understand that they were not alone. Nothing changed in 7 days. There is no soundproofing, you can hear everything that the neighbors do behind the wall, it is impossible to rest at night. I do not recommend this hotel. The shower leaked very badly, the floor was covered in water. The refrigerator was rusty. The sheets were cut and stained. They cleaned once in 7 days.

- Stefan (9/5): Superb - I liked the location, beds were comfortable and host was helpful, friendly and honest - which is a BIG PLUS! I just wish they could change the small table in the room. I mean, they should put a new one. And faucet in the kitchen should be changed. Everything else was great!
- Shahrzad (9/5): Nice apartment near Taksim squre - Our apartment was spacious, bright and clean. The entire building was recently renovated. The receptionist; Atakan was very helpful and kind. There is also lift in this building that is so useful especially if you have many luggage or mobility issue. I liked our stay there and I think it is good value for money. The only problem regarding this building is its location on a sloped alley, which might be a problem for many people. Additionally, there was a sewage odour from the bathroom; although not the fault of the hotel, it is an issue that can be addressed.

He was very attentive all the time trying to ask our questions. The location it's very convenient, 5 minutes walking to/from Taskim, but if you don't like walking up or downhills find another place. We rent the studio because we were thinking about cooking, but there was just one pot, one pan, one plate, not knives or more cutlery for cooking. Also it would be good to have a teatowel, and sponge, some washing up liquid, because otherwise it you are just staying 3 days you need to buy everything for that short period. Also for example, they could provide some salt, pepper, just basic things for someone who wants to rent an studio and cook there

The room was dirty and it was always difficult to get someone to actually clean. The property was right next to a huge speaker that screamed at you at about 4 am every single morning. The area around the property is very broken down and dirty.

- Ádám (8/5): Good apartment near to the Taksim squire. - Good location near to the Taksim squire. It is a clean and new room with cooking possibility what is very good. For a few nights very good. I have no problem I got what I expected.
- Jaroslava (9/5): Clean, comfortable hotel in Taksim - The room was comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Good AC, functioning well, which is not always the case. Facilities are good. The street is steep, narrow and small, so it is not reachable by taxi. Uber and taxis won`t drive there since it is in the middle of those unreachable streets, however just one street up you can hail a taxi Proximity of the mosque, thus very loud awakening at 5 am. I can also suggest to make a board with the Hotel Name, since it cannot be recognized from outside. It is not marked. Looks just like a house, so it should be clearly marked.

It's forbidden to invite someone even if that person has been announced previously. It was such a bad experience. They don't clean rooms and don't change towels during your stay. Very rude and unprofessional stuff overall.
