The room and bathroom was perfect comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom. Nothing was too much for our host Laurence breakfast was perfect. - Desmond (10/5): - From the warm welcome on arrival to the warm goodbye our stay was wonderful. Our room was thankfully air conditioned as the temperature topped 40 degrees while we were there. The accommodation was first class and felt like home after 2 nights and very peaceful and quiet. We were within walking distance of the tram, which was inexpensive, so used that to travel into Bordeaux. Walking back late at night felt safe. Nothing was too much trouble for our host, who made us a very tasty breakfast each morning outside on the covered terrace overlooking the gorgeous garden. I wish we had been staying longer, we loved every minute. I recommend this accommodation very highly.

- Julie (8/5): Hidden gem. - Initial impression down an ordinary street in a built up suburb was not great, but once inside the quirky, bohemian accommodation we were made to feel very welcome. Our room was comfortable and Laurence, our host, was very friendly. She gave us recommendations for dinner and tips on getting into Bordeaux via tram. Breakfast was delicious and Laurence chatted easily with us.

- Ben (10/5): - This is a very special place (home) to stay in while visiting Bordeaux and the surrounding regions. The owner is very kind, attentive and supportive. Her breakfasts that she makes are delicious. Staying in a home adds a special value that is hard to get in a hotel. There is even a very sweet dog that makes staying here even more wonderful. The home is just on the outskirts of Bordeaux with easy tram and bus access downtown (10-15 minutes travel). Highly recommended!
