• Sheila (9/5): Una estancia estupenda en Roma - Muy bien equipado, la comodidad de las camas, una habitación bonita, un mini bar con bebidas, disponer de cafetera en la habitación y fuera como una sala para poder desayunar. Lo mejor es que fuimos con un niño y tener una cama para él al lado de la nuestra estuvo genial para poder descansar bien. Y la atención de Stefano genial. No tengo nada malo. No está muy metido en Trastevere pero es una distancia razonable.

• Almudena (9/5): Excelente - Lo que más me gustó, sin duda, fue el dueño del alojamiento (Stefano). No lo conocimos en persona, pero estuvo atento a nosotros en todo momento a través de whatsapp (nos daba indicaciones de todo, nos reservó en un restaurante que queríamos al llegar, resolvía dudas a cualquier hora…) MUY ATENTO. También me encantó que el alojamiento tenía una parada de bus y tranvía justo en la puerta. Está súper bien conectado con el centro, termini… En definitiva, nos encantó y volveríamos a repetir. Lo único que no le gustó del todo fue que la habitación tenía muy poca iluminación natural (solo una pequña ventana pegada al techo por donde no entraba luz. Y la almohada era un poco incómoda.

Simplemente alguna molestia en nuestra habitación que daba directamente al cuarto de las calderas y cuando se duchaba gente por la noche hacía ruido. Pero fue algo muy puntual.

Estuvimos en uno de dos dormitorios y dos baños. Luminoso, acondicionado, limpio. Excelente la atención de Stefano. Siempre atento. Nos indicó desde el primer momento cómo hacer el check in, y recomendaciones de donde comer bien en Trastévere. La ubicación nos resultó excelente. Una zona más calma que el centro comercial y turístico, muy cerca del centro de Trastévere, enfrente de la estación de tranvía, el que usamos para ir y venir al centro, y a dos paradas de la terminal de trenes de Trastévere, sin necesidad de ir a Roma Termini. En la entrada del edificio hay un lugar muy lindo para comer, desde el desayuno hasta la cena, muy práctico, "Lo de Sandro". Recomendable en todo sentido. Gracias! Nada

We really liked the facilities in both our room and in the lounge that we could access at any time of the day. Also the location: a very quite spot in Trastevere nicely link to the centre via public transport.

• Danika (10/5): - Room is quiet, clean and bright. Bed is super cozy. There are coffee machine and kettle in the room absolutely for free. Stefano the admin sent me the map of the city and some restaurants recommendations. I am more than satisfied with the room and the service. The water in the shower is bearable, but not hot enough. Anyway, it's not a big deal.

• Montse (9/5): Buen sitio para alojarse en Roma en el barrio de Trastevere - La amabilidad de Stefano para resolver cualquier duda y problema de forma rápida y hacer la vida más fácil durante la estancia. En general el personal es muy atento y amable . Las instalaciones están bien para poder desayunar in situ y volver por la noche después de un día de visitas por Roma. Los dos baños completos están muy bien y el agua sale perfecta . Lo único menos bueno es que la conexión de internet no funcionó al principio pero Stefano se encargó de buscar una solución rápida y compensar por ello .

• Simon Rudy Selamat (5/5): A good located so-so facility - The facility was strategically located in the Trastevere neighborhood on a busy street, within walking distance to a supermarket, small grocery establishments, and eateries. It was also easily accessible by taxis. We missed face-to-face human interactions. We experienced some issues with the A/C in the room, and someone came quickly to address it. The problem was temporarily fixed and resolved semi-permanently the following day. We could hear other guests in the adjacent room when they were taking a shower (together). There was a small window in the bedroom for sunlight, but it was located high, near the ceiling, and operated via electronic buttons. We were also surprised by a young scorpion in the bathroom. The room was small, especially considering our four suitcases, two of which were large ones.

• Alethea (8/5): - We stayed in the family apartment. I had read lots of reviews on the lighthouse suites generally which were all fantastic, but I think those must relate more to the main rooms which are in a different part of the building. The building is a multi story apartment building of old Italian style complete with iron gates and iron elevator. It’s cute and characterful. The owner was fantastic with communication in advance and during and couldn’t have done more to help with transfers and ideas etc… the apartment itself was a bit disappointing though. It wasn’t especially well cleaned and one room had a huge mould patch on the wall which is a health hazard. There is a general damp problem which you can see in the walls and the smell whenever you go in. One bedroom can’t really be ventilated as only one high up window on a pulley. The other room does have a window but you didn’t want to leave it open long because of mosquitos in the courtyard. They could do with mozzie grills over the windows so you can ventilate. There was also a strong drain smell in one room and also the courtyard. Likely more a building issue but still not nice. On a positive the kitchen was well stocked with a coffee machine, fridge and microwave and crockery/glasses/mugs. Although it wasn’t really a communal place you could sit with a glass of wine and relax. The bathrooms were new and although bijou, well done and well stocked with toiletries and thoughtful touches. If they could sort the damp it would be great

Definitely will return and stay here, great experience. You won't regret it! Exactly what was shown in the pics, and the best part was the communication from the host. • Daniel Sergey (4/5): - Stay was not as great as I am used to. Absolutely no service or wifi in the back room on arrival. Requested room change which was not possible. Had to wait 2-3 days into the trip to get somewhat workable wifi in room. Clothing iron was broken on arrival. Had to ask for warm shower water 3 times and waited almost an hour once, luckily not having any time-sensitive plans. I will give props to staff for attempting to help our issues, however no attempt made to make up for mishaps other than a 5$ breakfast, therefore making it not one of my best stays. Price was not worth the issues that occurred.

• Afra (7/5): Good host - The room, was very clean, and the water pressure in the shower was very good. The host, was very nice. And it had a lovely garden.very secure and quiet. It was kind of hidden, the name of the hotel is inside the garden. kind of small, for the price. Good for a couple of days
