- Scott (5/5): Could be better. - Loved the rooms. They were very clean. Our key cards didn’t work for the whole stay. We asked for a new room and staff refused. There were a couple times we had to wait 20 mins plus to be let into our room. Staff were not understanding. I asked to speak to someone considering we payed over $600 for the room. They just said there’s nothing they can do because the key cards were not working and fair field was aware of the problem. But a hotel staff told us that this has been happening for months. If I would have known that I would not have access to our room I would have booked at a different hotel.

- Amy (8/5): Please pick up garbage - Not a pleasant extended stay. The rooms have small garbage cans. The cleaning policy is garbage pick up every 3 days. When asked for pick up, we were handed an outdoor garbage bag to hold our 3 days of garbage in our room. Quiet unpleasant.

- markfamily (10/5): A Hidden Gem! - My family and I stayed at this hotel for one night while exploring the Destin and Panama City Beach area. Overall our stay was amazing from start to end! When we checked in, we got the warmest welcome from the woman at the front desk. She assigned us two amazing rooms up on the 4th floor. One was a 2 queen suite, while the other was a standard 2 queen room. (Rooms 411 and 414) The beds were very comfortable. They were a little firm, but mostly soft. I slept super well! This hotel did have a tropical scent piped into both the lobby and common areas, however I was not affected by it whatsoever. It wasn’t overpowering at all which was good! The location is amazing! This Fairfield is located right off of I-10 and took us no more than 25 minutes to get to Destin. We were all super impressed! I would totally stay here again! This is our go-to hotel in the Destin area!

- Pamela (10/5): This was an unplanned stay as we had car trouble but this area has everything, Walmart, restaurants and many other store - It smelled very clean throughout the property, the bed was comfortable, breakfast was a decent selection, and our room was great. The only issue was the dryer took 3 cycles to get things dry at 1.50 usd each cycle.

- V3488REmattj (10/5): The staff make the difference - I had to extend a work trip last minute and rebooked at this hotel — and I’m so glad I did. The service here has been incredible from the moment I arrived. I especially want to highlight the staff’s above-and-beyond efforts when I needed to do laundry during my stay. There were some maintenance issues with the machines and challenges with the form of payment, but the team didn’t hesitate to step in and make sure I was taken care of. A special thank you to the young woman working at the front desk this evening — she’s only been on the job for a month, but you’d never know it. Her patience, professionalism, problem-solving skills, and customer service were truly outstanding. The hotel is lucky to have her on the team. Great experience overall, and I’ll absolutely consider staying here again!

From the wonderful fresh aroma to the cleanliness and expert guest services, this property has earned the top spot on our list of choices when traveling between Louisiana and Florida. The breakfast was fresh, hot, and delicious. Friendly staff kept the entire area clean and presentable. We loved it!

Friendly front desk people welcomed us late at night and even though we were using Marriott points, we weren’t treated as second class guests. Great breakfast after a good night sleep. Highly recommend!

My husband and I had headaches from the wafting of the scent into our room! I put a towel down by the bottom of the door the entire time we were there!
