• ELISA (4/5): - Lo staff della colazione è stato efficiente, sorridente e disponibile. La colazione varia e buona Lo chalet si trova in un'ottima posizione rispetto agli impianti e alle piste. Ragnatele in camera, e gran chiasso in corridoio.. il Servizio SPA non rispetta le esigenze della totale clientela: l' Orario di apertura (dalle 15 alle 20-21 non ricordo) fa si che la clientela si concentri nel pomeriggio rendendola invivibile ed affollata. Abbiamo scelto lo Chalet du Lys per la SPA, ma non abbiamo potuto usufruirne per più di 1 ora. per chi non scia non è un buon servizio offerto. La piscina esterna è accessibile a tutti, senza controllo, senza regolamento, senza limite di tempo. Capita che famiglie numerose occupino la piscina senza lasciar spazio agli altri.

• Filippo (10/5): Breve weekend in montagna - Siamo stati assegnati ad un lodge, comodissimo, ampio, spazioso, con la giusta temperatura, ottimo per noi e per il cane. Cena e colazione di qualità. La SPA è molto ben tenuta, c'è anche una stanza del sale, che non si trova ovunque. Staff cordialissimo. Manca soltanto il doccino (o telefono) della doccia

• Arwin (9/5): Entspannung, Unterhaltung, Abenteuer und Spaß und leckeres Essen. - Der Ort, das Personal und die Menschen im Ort waren alle nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war etwas alt aber es hatte Charme, war sauber und gepflegt. Das Hotel bietet viele Möglichkeiten um seinen Aufenthalt zu genießen. Bar mit Beamer, Spa mit Jacuzzi, Sauna usw., einen Außenpool, mit Blick auf die Berge. Das Abendessen im Restaurant ist ebenfalls sehr lecker. Leider wurden die Preise für Massage nicht offen mitgeteilt und kommuniziert. Irgendwie könnte man das besser machen um negative Überraschungen für die Gäste zu vermeiden.

Salvatore, our waiter, was absolutely amazing — attentive, kind, and truly made us feel appreciated throughout our meals. His service alone added real value to our experience. Overall, the staff — especially Salvatore — made our stay memorable, but the facilities could be improved to meet expectations for this category of hotel. However, the room itself did not match the level and reputation of the hotel. There was no fridge, and even the basic plugs needed to connect more items were missing. The hotel has a fireplace, but we were told it doesn’t work, which was disappointing. The spa is also not particularly impressive, and on top of that, you need to pay extra to use it, which felt unusual for a hotel of this standard. Overall, the staff — especially Salvatore — made our stay memorable, but the facilities could be improved to meet expectations for this category of hotel.

La Spa è stata un'esperienza molto positiva, per la pulizia e la qualità delle strutture nuove e ben tenute. Stanza piccola per 4 persone, mancavano i bicchieri per gli spazzolini, illuminazione scarsa, solo 2 tazzine per il tea e 3 bustine.

• Grazia (9/5): Posizione perfetta, Spa rilassante - La posizione era ottima, una volta parcheggiata l'auto, la funivia è a due passi quindi non serve riprenderla. Colazione varia ed ottima. Spa confortevole. La vista dal balcone era ostacolata dalla struttura dell'hotel, quindi non permetteva l'entrata di molta luce, nè permetteva di avere una bella visuale sulla montagna. Nella Spa molto spesso mancava il personale.

Wir bekammen als Gruppe kostenlosen Zutritt zum Spa- und Saunabereich (Normal 18€ p.P. extra) und ein Gratis Freibier an der Bar. Die Zimmer und Betten waren schön ausgestattet und bequem. Der Hotelinhaber war sehr nett und unterhielt sich mit uns beim Abendessen. Die Speisekarte im Hotel Restaurant hatte nicht mehr alle Gerichte zur Auswahl (Sasionende). Die Gerichte waren etwas Hochpreisig angesetzt. (z.B. Rumpfsteak 33€ + Beilagen extra für 7€) Portionen waren gut. Das Essen war gut aber nicht außergewöhnlich.

We traveled with our dog and while they only accept pets in certain rooms (not including the one we initially booked), they upgraded us for free to a dog-friendly room. This is the perfect spot for any kind of mountain activities, whether in the summer or in the winter.

I stayed here during the UTMB 50 km ultramarathon in Monterosa, and everything about the experience was absolutely perfect. The hotel itself is beautiful, with incredibly comfortable rooms and breathtaking views – truly a place where you can relax and feel at peace after a challenging race. But what truly made this stay so special was the staff. I’ve stayed in many hotels, but rarely have I met people so warm, understanding, and genuinely kind. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such friendliness and care that it immediately felt like home. A huge thank you especially to the amazing team at the reception and the wonderful people at the bar – you really made our time unforgettable. I’d like to mention a few individuals who made a big difference during our stay: Giada, Wasim, Karen, Laura and Nicola – you are all exceptional, and your hospitality meant so much to us. If you’re ever in Gressoney-La- Trinité for a Ski or Race or Vacation or just a getaway – I can’t recommend this place enough. I’ll definitely be coming back!

• Maor (10/5): Exceptional - It's an amazing place with fantastic stuff and members. The manager will assist you with anything and always make you feel welcome. It was one of the best experiences I had in Italy. The hot tub could be a bit warmer, but it was still perfect.

• Carla (9/5): Superb - Great breakfast. The outdoor pool was small but well heated and the kids loved it, and we also really liked the outdoor sauna. The indoor spa (for adults only) was lovely. The location, just a few minutes' walk from several lifts, was very convenient. The staff were very accommodating and the kids loved playing pingpong and table football in the games room/gym. The dinner was fine in terms of quality but not the greatest value, though probably just the usual ski resort premium. There is a pub in the hotel and on Saturday night it was quite busy until late and loud with people standing outside talking loudly, even though we didn't have a window onto that area we could still hear them.

The room with a bathroom was small for 2 adults (it has 3 additional beds upstairs). The open swimming pool is very small, rather for sipping wine than for swimming.

Location, service, food - it's all superb. The staff, including the owners, are very authentic in their service and very personal. The owners take genuine interest in their guests and you can find them chatting with you during the day. We have been here several times over the years and they always improved, both the facilities (very good Spa and an outdoor warm pool), food, which is now faboulous by the way, with both half pension and a la carte with a wine list of quality. Nothing really, maybe allow check out later than 10.30 as we were only there one day and you charge a fee for check out at 12 or more if it's later.
