StayCentral - Merigold on Collins

Please inform StayCentral - Merigold on Collins in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), please ensure that you are only booking this property following the local government guidelines of the destination, including but not limited to the purpose of travel, and maximum allowed group size. Please note that there is a 1.7% charge when you pay with a Visa or MasterCard and 3.42% for American Express. Check-in is normally after 15:00 hours. All guests will be greeted on arrival. For guests arriving between 08:00 and 10:00 and between 18:00 and 22:00, an AU50* fee will apply. Between 22:00 and 08:00, an AU100* fee will apply. All requests for early/late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. ETA changes need to be notified at least one hour in advance. If this is not done or the guest does not present themselves at the agreed time, a minimum 50 no-show fee will be charged. Payment of any kind cannot be made on arrival. A deposit needs to be paid at the time of booking, and the balance at least 7 days in advance of the arrival date via credit card into the secure guest portal StayCentral provides or via BPAY. We will also require a photo of you holding your photo ID and a list of guest names and ages to be uploaded into StayCentral's guest portal before your booking can be confirmed. For very last minute bookings or extended stays, a refundable bond may be taken instead.
