• Jojo (10/5): The accommodation contributed to a great time in Rome. Oh and we were left a bottle of Prosecco to celebrate my husbands - Location was perfect. Comfortable bed. All needs met. Greeting was informative and friendly. Shower door was quite narrow so not so easy getting in and out of shower but just a small moan.
• Georgina (10/5): Amazing stay, beutiful location and fantastic manager ! - The room was stunning, very clean and was cleaned daily during our stay. The balcony was a beautiful touch and we enjoyed all of the amenities. The entrance hall was a stunning stone courtyard with large original doors with a very ornate lift up to the hotels floor. It felt so Italian and not ruined by trying to be too fancy or modern. The host / manager Antonio was a delight! Could not do more for you arranging taxis and helping us with suggestions in the area. Lastly, LOCATION!!!! Was fantastic! Best area to get to most places even walking to the collusseum (30ish minutes) was enjoyable. Everywhere you look there is something more beautiful around every corner. We had a fab night out locally to the apartment! Lots of food places and cocktail / wine bars with reasonably priced drinks. Overall 10/10 we would stay here again!!!! Nothing, it was perfect

• Ana (10/5): Very kind staff and wonderful location - The location was perfect! We were very close to Piazza Navona and within a short walk of the Vatican. We had a beautiful view of Castel Sant’Angelo which was also a very short walk away. The staff was extremely welcoming and kind. This was our first time trying a boutique hotel and the experience is definitely different but way more personal and friendly. I was able to reach out to them via WhatsApp if I had any questions about the area or any restaurant recommendations and they were very prompt in their response. We also really appreciated the espressos and snacks available in the reception area. We recommend this hotel and we will definitely consider staying here again should be find ourselves in Rome in the future. I just wish there was a little bit more signage with the hotel name. Our taxi dropped us off at the correct address but it took us a minute to realize that this hotel was a small business within a large building. This might be how boutique hotels work in general but this was our first experience with one and maybe a bigger sign by the door to confirm we got at the right place would have been helpful.

Милая администратор все рассказала , отметила на карте все места . В отеле есть небольшой островок с перекусами , кофе и чай в бесплатном доступе , чувствуется особая атмосфера и забота со стороны отеля. Спасибо большое за это , у вас чудесный отель!

• DANIEL (10/5): Hotel en Roma - Alojamiento céntrico en un hotel de una planta sin recepción presencial. Personal muy amable y efectivo. Habitación amplia y luminosa. Muy limpia. En la zona común hay cafetera para uso de los huespedes y algunos dulces y aperitivos salados. Todo bien, nada malo a destacar.
• SIMON (7/5): - Location was good, close to sites. Bed was comfortable. Room clean and done daily. Tea/ coffee and snacks were welcome in the communal kitchen area. Communication good. On a noisy, road not too bad at weekend. Bathroom clean but fittings not great, small shower with a high step and an awkward door. Not the property's fault but a very noisy, angry, probably drunken guest came in at 1:30 am which was very disturbing.

• Ata (10/5): It was a delightful stay for us, happy that we stayed here. - Location was great. Room was very spacious and clean, it cleaned up every day. There was a coffee and tea options at the lobby for us to take whenever we want with sweat and savory snacks. Personal were very friendly and helpful, they helped us with all of our questions. Especially Dariel helped us a lot with great recommendations and his friendly conversation.
• Alexandra (7/5): Cute, cosy rooms in incredible location close to many sights. - Fantastic location- walking distance (10-15 mins) to most major tourist sites. Lovely staff who were incredibly helpful in coordinating early check-ins, sharing tips and maps for Rome. Loved the free snacks and coffee too on site- a great touch! Overall quite comfortable here. Rooms are on the smaller side. The bed was a double so cosy for the two of us (and quite soft). It is a boutique hotel so important to note it’s not like a traditional hotel with reception/heavy hotel doors etc (more like an inn or private residence), at times there was a bit of noise from other rooms (thin walls between rooms) as well as the street- but nothing major.

Very clean with friendly helpful staff. Close enough to walk to some of the attractions (about 15-30 minutes) it also has an elevator. There was really nothing we didn’t not like. It was our first time in Rome so we weren’t familiar with how to enter the hotel. It was just a large brown door with no description except a small button with the name of the hotel. Our hosts were very good with keeping in touch with us and got us in promptly and gave us info on the area and direction with a map.

Our room had a lovely balcony overlooking the busy street in front. Very quiet upon closing the window. Air conditioning was good and is available in October as opposed to other Italian hotels. There is no breakfast but there is a nice supply of complimentary snacks and very good coffee available! Thank you! The hotel is part of a building on a second floor. This was a surprised. Small elevator! The water in toilet shut off once but was promptly fixed. Overall not much room. The shower does not have a convenient door and water spills on the floor.

• Lenka (9/5): Great location - Location was great, we were just walk away from Vatican and other major sightseeing places. Room was kept clean, bathroom seemed very new - it was well equipped. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. It was a bit pricey, considering we were there in October.

• Malcolm (8/5): Rome is expensive. This hotel provides decent value in a great location. - Tatiana, our contact for the hotel, was proactive, friendly, helpful and responsive. She booked our taxi ride to the airport on the morning of our depature. The hotel is also in an excellent location, reasonable walking distance to all the major sites and neighbourhoods. Despite our room being located on the second floor above a busy street, the newer modern-ish windows did a good job of sound proofing. We had two good nights of sleep. Accessing the property was a little awkward and delayed when we arrived. The reception staff are not always present at the property (they supervise several locations). In the end, this was a minor annoyance, and Tatiana was very apologetic for the delay.
