Nonostante ci fosse divieto dopo le 22 di fare rumore, la prima notte è stata molto rumorosa. Schiamazzi e urla che provenivano da qualche altro appartamento fino a notte fonda.

- Alex (5/5): Відношення до гостя так собі… - Нажаль, персонал готелю не йде на зустріч гостям. В ніч перед виїздом до Кракова захворіла дружина. За 2 доби до заселення попросили повернути кошти, отримали відмову. Попросили змінити дати на 2 тижні вперед з доплатою - теж відмова. Побачивши гроші вам їх вже не віддадуть і не підуть вам на зустріч. Тож раджу оплачувати безпосередньо під час заселення.
- Ilya (10/5): Дуже рекомендую, ще раз повернемось як будемо у Кракові - Дуже хороші апартаменти, 5 хв пішки до “Galerii Krakowskiej”, 10 хв до вокзалу. Чисто в номері, приємна рецепція. Рекомендую Хотілося б щоб в помешкання господарі додали у ванну кімнату шампунь)

- Agnieszka (10/5): Bardzo polecam! - Wszystko było super, czyściutko, panie w recepcji przemiłe i bardzo pomocne w każdej sprawie, super lokalizacja 5 minut spacerkiem od dworca pkp i 10-15 minut do Starówki, apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony we wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy, fajne że jest kawa, herbata, cukier… Jedno co bym poprawiła to zakończenie doby o 11.00, a nie o 10.00, ale za to super, że po wymeldowaniu można pozostawić w recepcji bagaże bezpłatnie i to jest również na bardzo duży plus. Dziękujemy za fajny pobyt przemiłą obsługę.

- Asia (10/5): Bardzo polecam! Blisko, CZYSTO, dużo miejsca w mieszkaniu, niska cena!! Polecam serdecznie! - Obiekt położony blisko galerii. Cena naprawdę niska w porównaniu z warunkami pokoju. Jedyna rzecz do której moglibyśmy się doczepić ale to mały szczegół to że woda pod prysznicem ciepła leci po dłuższym czasie, ale nie wpłynęło to w żaden sposób na komfort pobytu.

- Olympia (8/5): - Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ βοηθητικό και ευγενικό, η τοποθεσία ιδανική, ούτε πέντε λεπτά περπάτημα από την παλιά πόλη γλιτώνοντας τη φασαρία και τον κακό χαμό από τις ορδές τουριστών -όπως εμείς 😁. Υπάρχει στα τρία λεπτά 24ωρο σούπερ μάρκετ. Πολύ φωτεινό, ευχάριστο και ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα. Μείναμε στο ισόγειο που ήταν εξαιρετικά βολικό. Διάβασα σε σχόλια για το τρένο..για να είμαι ειλικρινής το βρήκα πολύ γοητευτικό να περνά το τρένο έξω απ' το παράθυρό σου. Πέσαμε επίσης σε σε κάποια μεγάλη πολωνική αργία και το πληρώσαμε τρίδιπλο σε γενικές γραμμές εκτός εξαιρέσεων είναι αρκετά οικονομικό. Γενικά ήταν μια πολύ ευχάριστη διαμονή! Ο εξοπλισμός σε λευκά είδη ήταν τουλάχιστον ελλειμματικός. Ένα πολύ μικρό μαξιλάρι για κάθε επισκέπτη, μια πετσέτα για κάθε επισκέπτη -μ αυτό κάπως βολευτήκαμε γιατί η πηγή καθαρών πετσετών ήταν ακριβώς έξω απ' την πόρτα μας όποτε τσιμπήσαμε έξτρα 🙃, ο εξοπλισμός στην κουζίνα επίσης φτωχός, δεν υπήρχε τοστιέρα η φρυγανιέρα, για καφέ διαθέσιμη μόνο καφετιέρα γαλλικού καφέ, έξι σετ πιατοπότηρα -μας έφαγε το πλύσιμο των πιάτων - γενικώς περιορισμένα σκεύη και εξοπλισμός.

- crismona (3/5): - La posizione vicino alla stazione dei treni e del tram, vicino al centro commerciale e non lontano dal centro città, a piedi si arriva praticamente ovunque. Appartamento con dimensioni apprezzabili, veramente spazioso, il bagno del piano superiore spazioso e comodissimo con una vasca importante. Sia il check-in che il check-out sono stati velocissimi e le receptionist veramente brave. Inoltre si ha la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli per qualche ora. Svecchiare l'appartamento, la lavastoviglie non funzionante (e credo che lo era da tempo, perché ho trovato il carrello superiore bloccato e la porta della lavastoviglie sporca internamente.), fatto presente alla reception, ma non è arrivato nessuno della manutenzione in 5 gg. di soggiorno. I materassi non comodi, le camere da letto, una con tende oscuranti mancanti e l'altra che le aveva ma le stesse inferiori di dimensioni della finestra, quindi comunque lasciavano passare la luce.

- Laura (5/5): All right but that's it - Quiet location in walking distance of old town and station Shower was leaking. Very poor lighting. The curtains in the leaving room cannot be drawn completely open or completely closed. There is a safety deposit box but it cannot be used

Obsługa bardzo pomocna i miła - zarówno przed zameldowaniem jak i w trakcie pobytu i po wymeldowaniu (zwłaszcza Pani Lena z recepcji)

Spacious apartment, good equipment (everything you need) and free WIFI :) TV did not work even there was full instruction how to connect it but it was not a problem for us

We stayed in apartment 3 on the ground floor across the street from the check in. It was clean and equipped with everything except body soap for the shower. I would definitely stay again! Smooth check in and check out. Easy entry. Secure and safe neighborhood. Close to the basilica. maybe an 8 minute walk to the basilica old town. And an 8 minute walk to the train station. Perfect location! Friendly staff. The hairdryer didn’t work. The shower water goes from hot to cold and that was a bit annoying. The water heater is loud and goes off and on constantly, but you can shut the bathroom door and it was fine. There was noise from people walking by during the night but ear plugs blocked it out.

Free WiFi, although signal not great The apartment we stayed in was a little tired and in need of some attention. Small changes which wouldn't take long to fix and would make a big difference. Double bed creaked with every movement. Pillows very flat Loose floor tiling. Radiator in room was large but only partially heated up Kitchen cupboard doors didn't close properly Creaky door to bathroom Drain smell in bathroom Could maybe add some cushions for the dining room chairs, to make them more comfortable
