• Ernst (10/5): - Very very nice stuff! Everything clean! Waterpark very very nice and water quality really good! The only thing i not liked, was, they put a small concrete block into the childrens Pool. I think cause of a damage inside. I hit it with my foot and it hurts much.

• Wirichada (9/5): Sporty holiday for everyone in the family, so much fun! - Spacious and energetic. Many activities for teenagers and sporty people.

• Vera (9/5): Nice place for lovers of sport and late breakfast - and with kids who love waterparks - I booked this hotel for the gym for my husband and the waterpark for our child, both really great I must say. I did not use the gym, but the steambath after swimming, great experience. The breakfast choices are ok - what was great about it is that you can consume it until 15h00, no stress in the mornings. We appreciated that it is a bit out of town, enough safe parking. We enjoyed our 3 nights there. We have been on the ground floor and it was quite noisy as people came in also through the back door talking loudly. Next time I will ask for a room on a higher floor.

• Crockett (10/5): Everything was good except the big slide had been removed please put the big slide back up - The room was nice the pool was clean and the breakfast was good the staff were very accommodating The big blue water slide had been removed and replaced with small slides instead which my son wasn’t very happy about there are already enough small slides for the little kids so I feel the big blue slide needs to go back up to accommodate for the older kids this was our third time staying here and I don’t know if we will come back because for us it was all about our son and the waterpark so unless the big blue slide is put back up I think we will have to go elsewhere 😢

• Michael (10/5): Maybe the best hotel I've ever stayed in - The facilities are remarkable. The water park is great for kids.. the water is not deep and the slides look sturdy, at least for now! The gym is incredible. They also have a nice swimming pool. All included. The room was nice. Breakfast is pretty good. The chicken sausage was a bit bland at breakfast.. I'm trying to find a single fault and that's all I can say..

She shouted against the guests to wait for queueing as if the guests were in the school. Language used on the signage warning to refrain from bringing food into the room and from laying down on sofa chairs at the lobby, making the guests feel uncomfy there! No staff helped to carry the guests luggages at the time of checkin!

There is plenty of onsite parking. Mini-mart is a bonus if you want extra food during your stay. The pool area is great for kids. Water pressure in the shower. Location next to the main road but not to noisy. An 80-100bht grab trip to Central shopping centre from the hotel.

• George (3/5): Stay away if you don’t need the water park. - The hotel got mini water park for kids, could be nice for families with kids. Also the breakfast is Thai buffet, has sticky rice pork chopsticks, coffee machine not wow but not bad… and they allow to eat until 3pm. - The staff incompetent. I came with 3 large bags and tried to open the door witch has a little step before entering, 7 staff at the lobby, 3 standing there looking at me trying to drag my bags in… none of them even though of holding the door?!? not even asked to help me… but ok… not big deal then at the reception they couldn’t find my booking from booking.com even tho I chatted with them day earlier from booking application, after arriving they made me waiting for like a hour in the lobby ( arrived after check in time ) while they prepared the room. Hotel was relatively empty. Once entered the room we found other people staff there which means they not even bothered cleaning it well. - The hot water in the shower didn’t worked. - The toilet seat was broken.

• Craig (7/5): The hotel was good for our son with the waterpark but food and fridge wasn’t good for us - Waterpark was good rooms were good and the staff were good The fridge in the room was too small and didn’t keep my beer and drinks cold I think there needs to be bigger fridges that work good the buffet breakfast was not good there was no variety there was only white bread which was stale not fresh the bacon was burnt there needs to be someone cooking eggs fried scrambled omelette poached etc it definitely needs improvement
