- Verified traveler (6/5): Average hotel. Good if you are on a tight budge. - The Average / Poor Rooms are not sound proof. People walking or conversing outside the room could be heard till 3 am. Pool water was dirty. Not sure if it is due to construction around the property or lack of maintenance. Restaurant prices have been bumped up 20 to 30 percent and discounts are provided using Zomato and Talabat which is not convenient for tourists. Reception staff didn’t seem very courteous and not cognizant of people around. Example offered us 2 cookies even though we were 3 including a 7 year old child. Pillows and bed are not very comfortable - too soft. The quality of guests the property attracts are substandard due to the low price. The Good Rooms are modern. Toiletries are branded - Crabtree and Evelyn Rooms are spacious Better than 4 star hotels in other countries

Traveling from different parts of the world—two sisters from the UK, one from Canada, and our father from Zimbabwe—we were warmly welcomed and felt at home from the moment we arrived. The service throughout the hotel was impeccable, with staff who truly made our stay special. It was evident that the team is a family of individuals from diverse nationalities, working together to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests. A special mention goes to Aicha, Ridoy, Bari, Manpreet, and Shristi from the restaurant, who provided excellent service. A heartfelt thank you to Chef Asim, who went above and beyond by preparing oat porridge for our elderly father every single morning with precision, care, and patience. His dedication and kindness did not go unnoticed. We would also like to recognize Vipen from housekeeping for his exceptional attention to detail and kindness. Our rooms were maintained to the highest standards every day. At the front desk, Fatma, Hisham, and Mateb were incredibly helpful and professional, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. Their assistance made everything seamless, from check-in to any inquiries we had. Additionally, a big thank you to Farhan, the bellboy, who was extremely helpful when we were leaving. He promptly responded to collect our luggage and ensured it was taken down

- Almaas (10/5): - We had a comfortable stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai Al Jadaf. The rooms were accommodating and well-maintained; the staff was always friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a multitude of options. It is a bit of a distance away from all the tourist points and activities of Dubai but this is exactly what we were wanted. The area surrounding the hotel was busy with street traffic and construction so not the easiest or most convenient to walk around. Would definitely recommend and stay there again if needed.

- OLESIA (2/5): The worst service ever - I want to share an honest stay about my trip. The hotel has serious problems with organisation. You will not get a reply from them by mail and they cannot help you on the phone. I had a room booked with one large bed specifically, which I paid for. At reception we were told - - Oh, sorry, we don't have rooms, only 2 single beds. - But I'm with my wife and I have a room booked! - We can't help you. The same situation happened to my colleague and a few other people. If you are travelling with someone - consider that your requests will not be fulfilled, even those you have paid for. Other colleagues phoned me in the evening, saying - and we were not found in the system at all! So you can have a situation where you have booked a room and you just don't get checked in, and you have to deal with it for an hour. An hour of your time. This hotel is definitely not a 4 star hotel, maximum 3. This is not my opinion alone, but the opinion of a group of 20 people who had the same problems. Just take this into consideration when booking.

- Nitin (8/5): - We had a pleasant stay here for a week. The breakfast was very good with lots of options. Staff was very friendly especially Dilhara at the restaurant. The property was clean and was centrally located in Dubai.

- Jinyan (10/5): Very helpful and friendly place - As tourists traveling in a foreign country by ourselves, there would always be something unexpected. The hotel provided us many helps so that we could recover and our ultimate goals were intact. We are very grateful for that. I admit it's not a new place and could use some updates. But overall, the service was great, and we were happy with the stay. The price is also reasonable. So, I definitely recommend this place.

The rooms were regularly cleaned, the porters are polite and friendly and the breakfast options were many. My family and I had a wonderful time at the hotel and I will definitely recommend the hotel to anyone. It's money's worth

- Mal (8/5): Overall, very good - The staff were very friendly and helpful all over, specially Mr. Taher at reception. I had a bit of inconvenience at the time of checking and the Indian lady was arguing that my reservation was only for 1 person and not 2, although I had exchanged emailed well in advance with the hotel management and they had confirmed double occupancy. With my insistence, she agreed and we only paid for extra breakfast for the second person. By the way, the breakfast was fantastic and we both enjoyed it. The room service was perfect. They provided enough amenities for all 4 nights we stayed and cleaned the room thoroughly. Pool and Gym were OK. Metro is only 200-300 meters away and easily accessible.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Top Chef service - It was an excellent stay, and ideally located. Your chef at the restaurant, Adel, was very professional and friendly. He engaged with me over 2 days, and I could see that he was quite serious about customer service, as he also walked about to other tables.

- SULTAN (10/5): Wonderful Hotel. - The Hotel was exceptional with a lot of amenities and Tourists. They have a shuttle to the Malls and free Valet to park our car. Many shops around the hotel.
- Geoffrey (6/5): - This property is close to a metro station which was very helpful. The staff were friendly and overall the hotel was great for the price. Unfortunately the beds were terribly uncomfortable; felt like we were sleeping on an air mattress and when you would sit on the edge of the bed the whole bed would start tipping over. We were there for 2 nights, but our room was never cleaned. Restaurant was pretty good, but very limited menu.

- Sanjiv (8/5): - The hotel was okay and everything is there. Despite far location at least this hotel does give free transportation to Dubai Mall twice day. Also metro station is not far only 5 minutes walk. This hotel has everything including swimming pool and gym.

The Business area is great equipped with Laser Jet Printer and a Shredder. Room Services was Thumbs Up. Breakfast included with Huge Variety. Ended Breakfast with Espressos and donuts 🍩 . The room is Majestic and I mean the Bed was sooooooooo comfy. I will give them 11 out of 10.

We also really enjoyed the complimentary laundry facilities to wash/dry some of our traveling clothes. The hotel is located in a new zone of construction so there isn't a lot nearby. There is a daily shuttle that goes to Dubai Mall and La Mer Beach for hotel guests.

- Nutscarson (8/5): - Rooms are well fitted out for the business traveller - plenty of lights, several well positioned power points and a view duw to the slab to slab glass facade. One problem - The bed is too damn soft. In the design to make the rooms luxurious, the choice of having extra plush mattress's left me aching and seriously considering sleeping on the floor. Otherwise - A+

- AI (10/5): - Clean room, friendly staff and great facilities. There are some nearby shops, but the hotel is a little out of the way at the moment as there is a lot of construction around the hotel so not the best placed if you want to be within walking distance of bigger shops etc. Nearby metro station, but again ground is quite rough to drag your suitcases across to. Will change of course as work continues.
