• Manas (10/5): Park Inn Hotel - A great place to stay in Vasai West, Bangli Road - Excellent service, Rooms and bathrooms are very clean, spacious, everything is attended very quickly. Staff are very nice and well behaved. There is nothing that I don't like.

• Raja (7/5): 1 - Location ok Washroom curtains are just a canvas sheet, not providing tooth brush/paste. Only complimentary is 2 bottles if half litre water. Additional water bottle expensive. There are minimum findings.

• Patel (2/5): Very poor - Do not book this hotel. The room had spit stains. The pillows, all the white pillows had stains like serious stains. I don't know what business is carried out here. I just had booked it in emergency, but i regretted it after paying 2.3k. Sorry but it is a disappointment. The walls had leakage stains and paint putty wearing off the walls.

• Nihar (6/5): The old charm is gone by the wind - The location is very good nearby everything if you have a vehicle, and also swiggy zomato available till late Night it used to be very good and was value for money as well but in recent times after the price hike it not worth it at all This hotel used to great I visited it a couple of time this time I visited here after a long break and found this hotel to be extremely changed the room in this place has broken wardrobe, TV had lines on display, everywhere putti was there it needs so much maintenance but the owner is least bothered to maintain the place on top of that this time the phone was did not work and to make things worse the bedsheets were also not clean which led to rashes on my body I had a extremely horrible experience here I liked to visit this place but now I will never visit here again

• Nicholas (6/5): Unwelcome reception. - The room was clean and had what was needed for our one night stay. We arrived in the evening to the obvious surprise of the receptionist, despite our booking. He insisted that we show him ID other than passport to confirm our home address. We don't have such a document but eventually we were granted a room. We've not had this problem elsewhere.
• Preethi (4/5): Not happy - Only it’s in suitable location, some services are ok Only I liked about property was the security guard who is old but helpful in many wayas goes out of the ways to help other staffs are not cooperative The first floor has building tiles which can be dangerous for the one walking on stairs it’s dark area. however the lift was not working under Maintaince and the patient elderly with me was uncomfortable.

No toiletries The bed was not very comfortable. Had to ask for towels. No view outside. No Restaurants around.

No door mat for wiping feet, No towel.Also to accompany we had mousquito. Told staff about room but there was no attempt to offer other room.

But this time it was just the opposite toilet seat was high and not comfortable. The room had Cockroaches. The room was very small, dirty had small cockroaches and also the toilet seat was high and not comfortable.

They have a great location and building... why couldnt they spend a little more cleanliness in rooms. I think the linen wasnt cleaned too... but I could be wrong
