Guest Reviews
- Muhammad Shoaib (1/5): Stay away from robbers - They are robbers They took money and never give check in details
- TestEngineer (2/5): Photos must have been taken a long time ago or had a million people staying there since! - The apartment was booked on the premise of the photos actually reflecting the state of the apartment (they didn't!), and the fact that there was secure parking, the flat had not been cleaned properly, was in desperate need of a overhaul / refurbishment, there was mould on the walls that had been painted over and we checked out after 10 mins of checking in. The Owner did supply us with an alternative flat which was better than this one overall and had been cleaned so we stayed conceded out of necessity and stayed there instead. The owner was getting angry / giving attitude, at me, over my insistence on secure parking (as advertised!) which was not available at the original apartment on check in. First apartment wouldn't recommend, second was 'okay', could also do with refurbishment but was at least clean with dedicated parking ... a must in London.
- Tyran (1/5): - Nothing The property isn’t even the one advertised on booking.com
When our lads got there they refused to stay there, smelt of damp, mould on the walls, no skirting boards, no electric, no parking. Refused a refund and wouldn’t let us back in the property to take photos for evidence. £630 wasted!
- Biniam (1/5): -
- Sowmiya (4/5): Disappointing -
- Linda (1/5): Owner does not provide access details - avoid! - They did not provide access information & did not respond to messages. Had to book into a hotel, now fighting for a refund See above
- Debbi (2/5): Would not recommend- ver disappointed!! - Location Poor communication- did not reply to any emails.
One towel for two people.
No bath mats, tea towels, lighter for stove top.
Glass double doors did not close or lock - had to wedge arm chair against it to keep closed.
Radiator in bedroom hanging off wall - fell further while their & started to leak!
- Leody (5/5): The good in our stay is the bus stop and store is near. The check in process is not good due to limited informations and - The Security in the Main door The property is old and dirty the sofa bed is disaster the kitchen utensils is poor and dirty not enough equipments and cleaning materials.
- Jonathan (10/5): Lovely stay felt very comfortable and the landlord was very kind enough to arrange a better place tho our stay was alrea - Location
- Akintayo (10/5): Exceptional - Having had to book it at the last minute made it exceptional for us. We had earlier booked another apartment, which turned out to be a great disappointment. So, getting these booked hours to check in really saves the day. Except for the flushing tab in the en-suite room, which is broken. Obviously, it needs a fix.
It might be good for anyone who requires a parking space to remind the provider as we have to park outside the first night.
- Ini (6/5): Good host. Location was not as glamourous as pictures suggested, but decent value for money. - The surrounding environment was acceptable. The rooms were a decent size and I cannot really complain. The smaller room would benefit from its own wardrobe, but other wise the beds were decent (if you like really soft memory foam), and the facilities were mostly available (not sure why there was only 1 teaspoon at the property though). There were a couple of things we did not like. We had stated the number of people who were going to attend the property, so having to arrive and then ask for towels (only 2 out of 4 were initially provided) could have been avoided. The master bedroom door is incredibly squeaky. There are also a number of maintenance issues that could and should be addressed, such as the loud vibrating (and unsettling) sound that comes out sometimes when the toilets are flushed. The flushing mechanism in the en-suite toilet should be fixed/covered. Information about parking should also be clearly provided ahead of time.
Regarding how easy it was to collect the property keys on arrival, it was not very easy. Would have preferred if more information was provided ahead of arrival, rather than having to call and scramble to gain access (because we arrived at night). Moreover, having to be read the code over the phone, after a long road trip, was not at all ideal. More information ahead of time, in a clear manner, would have been thoroughly appreciated. And if unable to give the information over the phone, then someone should be at the property to receive guests and answer questions.
Being told that I would need to pay a deposit for the parking badge on arrival at the property was quite unsettling/troubling, considering the booking said that parking would be easy and free. Though the host later waived this deposit fee after our assurances that we would not fail to return the badge, the initial information was somewhat of a shock to the system. Also, guests should be provided with information on how to freely leave the gates without having to exit through the gate doors and then put in the code, before running back to the car to exit the premises.
- Vikki (4/5): Comfy beds - that’s pretty much it. - Comfy Beds and a little green area for our girls to play on. Where to start.
1. Had to wait 10 mins before anybody met us at the apartment, even though they said call up 30 mins prior to arrival. Then they didn’t know which apartment I was referring too.
2. We were let into the apartment, which was already open. We were also told then that main doors in the lounge (ones that open to the outside, albeit on the second floor it wasn’t secure) the apartment block is also on a flight path - this wouldn’t bother us usually, but due to the “balcony” door not closing, it was very
. Luckily it calmed down at bed time.
3. We carried out apartment inspections, as to be expected. Well, this is when it got interesting. There was a dirty brown poo waiting to greet us in the main bathroom and the toilet had poo splash stains on it. The en suite bathroom was not used the entirety of our stay (4 days) as the toilet did not flush, though we did try and fix it.
Don’t let the pictures lure you in - the sofas are stained, the tv stand has wood peeling off the front of it, the sky remote didn’t work, but even if it did it would need disinfecting prior to use, it was (still is) filthy.
There was no washing up liquid, as
We had to buy our own.
We planned on cooking some meals whilst in London, but we didn’t feel like we could bring ourselves to use the pots and pans (other than the plates and dishes). Our young girls had cold croissants for breakfast, or we ate out in London.
The walls were marked and filthy, pictures frames broken, plug sockets hanging off the walls, bedroom blinds filthy, doors had been damaged and repaired (badly)
We found 1 sponge under the sink (the sink was filthy)
****Microwave was clean****
There was no lamp in the second bedroom and the lamp in the lounge did not work.
I think the property/apartment block was really used for
Social housing.
The location was ok, but not great.
- Samuel (10/5): It was beautiful but expensive - Beautiful 😍 Price too much, just only for 2 nights
- Mark (7/5): Good -
- Mark (8/5): Very good -
- Blessed (10/5): It was a lovely apartment to stay, i and my sisters enjoyed our stay and would definitely visit again anytime we’re in L - The property is accessible to london and had everything we needed. I and my sisters enjoyed our stay.
- Hassan (8/5): Very good -
- Douglas (8/5): Overall our stay was good I would use this property again. - The beds for me a bit low and the pull out bed in the sitting room needs looking at
- Jacob (5/5): - - Not much Unclean property must be very old images, main window wouldn’t shut, couldn’t park in private car park (says free parking on advertisement), no toilet roll, rude owner who wasn’t very enthusiastic or helpful.
- Chiminha (8/5): Very good - overall everything was great but the apartment was a little hot
- Edith (8/5): Very good for family stay. - Very quiet and conducive environment. N/A
- Sharon (7/5): Good - Size was good, nice and quite place and secure with parking. Accommodation was a little run down, bed dips in middle a bit, food left in fridge, living room door to outside broken, plug coming off wall needs a bit of tlc.
This was a last resort as we was let down by another accommodation and booking.com so just somewhere to lay our heads.
- Jegadeshbalan (8/5): Very good -
- Eugenio (3/5): Recommended if low budget - The two rooms were very nice 2 towels for 6 people. Stained bed sheets on 2 beds. Very poor communication with the hosts(I never saw them, they left the keys under the entry mat). They had to videocall me to explain to me were the structure was
- Sam (1/5): Bad - Secure and near food shops, bathroom was clean. Very unclean and dirt around the flat, dirty underwear left on bedroom radiator while also what looks to be human faeces on the same radiator, dirty pot left in microwave which smells, an empty fridge but still smells, very unhappy with this property, the sofas beds in the living room were very stained and filthy, one of the double beds was broken, dirty cutlery in the kitchen drawers, i have plenty of pictures to prove this.
- Grainne (3/5): Apartment was tired - The location No carpet on the lobby or stairs....the apartment could have been cleaner.
- Gary (1/5): Bad -
- Chloe (8/5): Very good -
- Charles (4/5): Disappointed - The heating not working. Am so disappointed
- Caliu (2/5): I wouldn’t go again - The dimensions of the flat , it was big enough The place was quite dirty and we didn’t have hot water and heat . The kitchen was dirty , the sofa was a mess and the carpet was very dirty .
The host told me he will fix the heat next day in the morning and he came 8 o’clock in the evening . We didn’t have heat , not even one night expect a small electric radiator for the whole flat .
- Rustam (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dean (1/5): SHOCKING !!! I WOULD NOT KEEP ANIMALS IN THIS APARTMENT!!! THE OWNER/AGENT IS A VILE HUMAN BEING !!! - DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT !!!! THIS IS NOT THE APARTMENT YOU ARE BOOKING !!! SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM EVERYTHING. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM
- Maria (8/5): Very Good at thé end - The vieux, thé situation, thé property Very BaD indications to arrive. But the landlord was very gentle then to pick we up and give a lift to thé appartement.
- David (1/5): Awful - This property should not be on your site. Its appalling. The keys handover was two hours late, the internal doors are all badly damaged . No bedding supplied for the third person. This place is dirty, badly maintained and just awful.
- Adewunmi (10/5): Perfect - property was clean and airy, was well maintained. the only issue is that there was a tumble dryer
- Pedro julio (2/5): - This apartment was the worst choice I could have made, the pictures are great and can mislead you to think is a great choice. The two bathrooms were dirty and bathtub even had a bunch of hair, when I reported a guy went to the apartment and just pulled the hair, the kitchen oh my lord that was a mess and could be nastier full of grease everywhere very bad aspect and smell, a dishwasher used to be in the kitchen, the living room the tables were full of dust very dirty and stains in the couch, the description of the bed is 2 king size don't be full is just a standard double bed, which most likely had bed bugs do to a rash that occurred only while sleeping, location is very far away from everything nothing close by without car or bus transportation, price 200 a night for all these plus 40 pounds "cleaning fee" overall never stay here worst choice you can make dirty and nasty wouldnt recommended not even to my worst enemy.
