• Caroline (10/5): Amazing apartment , clean, good size . Generally perfect - Amazing apartment, pictures don’t do this justice, very clean, bed amazingly comfortable, quite area and just a walk down the road to the sandcastle and pleasure beach . Shop over the road open till 9pm. Neighbours seemed lovely, there’s even a grill/oven to make bacon etc. very high standards with cleaning, nicely decorated. There was two toilets and two showers, hair dryer . Nice clean bedding and towels . Plenty of toilet roll. The only issue we had was we were red hot but managed to turn the heating down the second night . As radiator was next to the bed . We would deffo return. Very friendly staff we arrived early and were able to check in early. There’s dvds and books in the landing for people to use . Fridge . Toaster microwave and kettle . Plenty of space for the two of us . That bed was so comfortable Nothing was all perfect nice little find on here

• Dynasty (10/5): It was amazing and I loved it so much. - The pictures don’t do justice to the serenity of the property. I love how spacious the property was and my kids could move around freely. It had a smell I wasn’t use to and I had to purchase some air wick to make it better

• Alice (8/5): Excellent value for money - The property was excellent value for money, plenty of space for family in three bedrooms, all rooms en suite, even the sofa bed in the lounge. The owner, Lynn, was very helpful and provided all the information we needed, and answered all questions promptly. The location was brilliant. It would have been helpful to have had a tea towel, otherwise couldn't fault it!

Bedroom floor was dirty, white socks got black very quickly from the floor. Buffet breakfast & supper was ok, it wasn’t the best. Vile smell in corridor.

Very difficult to pick any fault with this place as everything has beeb brilliant but my only thing i would say is the Single beds in the room could do with a upgrade slightly thin and not as comfortable as other mattresses

Bed was exceptionally comfortable and we had a restful stay South shore is a short tram ride up to the tower, but thankfully the tram stop wasn't too far away

Lynn was an excellent communicative host and everything was as described in the advert perfectly. The location was perfect for Pleasure Beach, Sandcastle water park, South Pier area and the tram stops. The price was decent for 4 nights. We would use again for sure. Nothing

• Elaine (8/5): Really well priced and located apartment for a family break - Excellent value for money for a family break, well located near the pleasure beach. Owner responded quickly to messages and checked we were safe when the fire alarm went off unexpectedly. Everything was clean. Lights in the hall and landing were on a sensor, light in the hall only seemed to turn on if you opened the front door making it difficult to navigate the stairs. Bed was soft which isn't my preference but I understand some people would like that.

• Ross (3/5): Could wait to be back home in a clean house - The location and that is it. The property was not as described or shown in the photos. It’s run down, not clean. Stains on carpets. Marks on walls and we found someone earrings at the side of the bed. The property is in real need of a makeover and proper clean. The shower in one of the rooms was cold and the other room the shower kept going hot then cold. Both electric. The property is not as shown in the photos. Was not clean , stains all over the carpets. One of the rooms was dull and smelt really bad. Bathrooms had not been cleaned property and we sound ladies earrings at the side of one of the beds. Also on the carpet which my partner stood on a cut his foot. The property is in a desperate need of modernisation

• Ceri (10/5): Family Pleasure beach trip - The three bedroom apartment was clean and inviting. The decor was all tasteful and created a very homely atmosphere. We were a family of 2 adults and 4 teenagers. The bedrooms suited us very well and my daughter made the living room her room. All bedrooms and the living room have their own bathroom...each clean and modern with a shower. The teens spent the day at the Pleasure beach which is literally next to the street where the house is situated. We walked into town several times and it is about a 30minute walk. I can't recommend this apartment enough. Check in and check out via key safe and Lynn was very contactable via the app. Fabulous place to stay. Nothing.

• Gemma (10/5): Perfect location, exceptional host. - Location is absolutely spot on. Clean, comfortable and well presented. The host was very informative and replied quickly to questions that I had. Parking using the car parks that are very nearby is expensive as there’s no onsite parking (I did know this before booking) but obviously this isn’t the property owners fault.

She is really nice and able to communicate with us as much as possible to which we really appreciate and find it helpful. Just the concern of bed's support. It was made of thin woods that supports the bed's weight.

• Ralph (9/5): Fantastic stay in a private flat which made you feel like in your own flat home from home - Your own personal space. You did didn't see anyone when going in or out you only herd at 1am the next hotel to us banging on wall where kids slept. But to be aspected .was a lovely stay very close to shops close to front .next door to the pleasure beach. Car park across from the hotel only 25 pounds for 25 hours .was a lovely stay and will recommend to my freinds and family .

• Ellison (10/5): Great apartment, amazing host - This is a lovely apartment with a host who responds quickly to any queries and keeps the apartment very well maintained. We couldn't find a bad thing to say about our stay, the apartment fit 7 of us very comfortably and there was everything you could need for an amazing price. Added bonus of each room having its own en suit and the area being situated next door to Pleasure Beach/South Pier (5 min walk), truly a real gem for anyone coming to stay in Blackpool! 10/10 Only thing would be if you're wanting to go out ie: clubbing, you'd need to get transport to the North Pier which is a 50 min walk but the tram (5 min walk to nearest station) will get you there in 15 mins so not bad at all.

• Wayne (9/5): Highly recommended. - Lovely and clean studio apartment. Quiet area at night, and privacy from the landlord. Everything you need for a good stay. If you stay here as a couple you will love it. I have no problem recommending this property. Two toilets and two showers. One of them had plenty of room. Also, value for money is truly outstanding. Any issues you have are dealt with immediately. The sofa bed really wasn't comfortable at all. That being said, the attempt to make it comfortable with a memory foam mattress topper is worth mentioning. I reckon a child, or someone small and fairly light, would be fine to sleep on this. One of the toilets was closet sized. I am five foot six and not exactly wide, and I struggled to sit on the toilet properly, having to sit to the side. Not ideal.

Each room had an ensuite too! The sofa bed wasn't too great. No sheets provided for it. It did have a pillow and duvet.

• Charlene (10/5): Fantastic weekend - Upon arrival we got our keys to the family room the room was a nice size perfect for a little family of 3 1 adult 2 children it was clean and well presented the children loved it and have asked me to book it again, I definitely will be returning . The location is perfect too plenty around and there is a tram line which is easily accessible which will take you up towards the north pier along the promenade.

The room facilities were exceptional and catered for everything you could possibly need. The room was spacious very clean and well looked after. You could see the owners take pride in there property with the comfort of there guests in mind. This property was exceptional value for money. Nothing at all.
