Butler (8/5): - The room was very clean and well presented When we checked in they could not provide the 2 single beds as booked . They woman at the desk was very unhelpful. Eventually she said you could pay more for a different room with a queen and single bed . I agreed to pay . The manager came out and thankfully said I could get a free upgrade. The first 2 days there was no breakfast buffet, which was ok . We had a large carte options which were fine . Then today was buffet but it was inadequately stocked . Poor selections and it was a mess . The guy in charge just stood there ? Very odd

Väga lahe üllatus oli 2 king size voodit :) Väga avar oli meie sviit. Väga hea organiseetimine transpordi osas. Asukoht Villade osas - kui mängid golfi iga päev, suurepärane! Privaatbassein oli suurepärane. Villa läheduses pole elu, kõik pisut kaugel. Rendimasina vajadus. Hotellis võiks riietele, pesule olla rohkem panipaiku. TV oli kehva ja kanaleid pole...

Laura (6/5): Nice for the price and friendly staff - The staff were nice, though seemed a bit under stress due to the busy-ness and a very difficult family who were arguing everything. They also helped us with anything we needed and for that we were super grateful! Lots of activity options and free shuttles to places. The pillows in the room were nice and comfy. The pool was nice. Loved the free filtered drinking water cooler they had downstairs and their eco friendly ethos! The co-working space couldn’t really be used as one as it also doubled as a restaurant sitting area (though our stay was busy), the WiFi was also pretty bad. The location isn’t great it’s quite a walk to krabi town. The bathroom was clean but there was mould growing around the bath tub. The beds were quite hard and uncomfortable, the sun loungers need an upgrade as the paint comes off and sticks to everything. The shower wasn’t great didn’t get hot and the pressure was bad. Could just do with a bit of upkeep in terms of paint and repairs, I could see how it was a 4 star hotel many years ago but just seems slightly run down now.

Manfred (10/5): Das Pineapple Hotel ist ein sehr schönes Hotel. Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Leider ist der Preis deutlich über - Das Hotel ist nahe vom Zentrum. Das Zentrum ist in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Pool ist super schön. Im Hotel kann man Roller zu einem fairen Preis mieten. Es gibt auch verschiedene Größen von Rollern zur Auswahl. Direkt neben dem Hotel ist ein Supermarkt und eine Apotheke. Am Empfang gibt es rund um die Uhr kostenlos Wasser und Kaffee, Espresso und sonstige Heissgetränke. Kaltgetränke und Eis gegen Bezahlung. -

Mals (9/5): Good hotel and breakfast - Breakfast is amazing with transport service to the beach and shopping street. The swimming pool facilities was very good Water and tea coffee was available 24/7 which was appreciated. The tap in the bathroom kept leaking throughout our stay. It caused disturbance due to which we couldn't sleep.
Liam (3/5): Disappointing for the money spent. - Large rooms with a nice en-suite and balcony. Walls are very thin. We could hear everything next door and in the hallway. There are holes in the walls where the cables from the AC are directed through. Coincidentally, the cables for next doors AC also go through this same hole so there is a hole in between rooms where it feels like you are in the same room as next door can hear everything as clear as day. The lady on the desk moved us in to another room which had the exact same issue. You can see from my pictures the light is coming through from next door…

Zsolt (7/5): - Large room, access the floors with elevator. We had our room on the 5th floor. The view from the room was very nice. There were no chair on the balcony. No opportunity to dry swimming dresses, towels, etc. as there were no rope or dryer installation neither in the room nor on the balcony. It was riticoluos how the guests tried to solve this problem and the hotel management noticed nothing about this. We found the price for the breakfast too expensive (250 Baht/person/day), so we only paid it for the last morning before we left. I drenk pineapple juice 2x 1dl and when I still asked for one more they said that it was finished for that day drink something else. The swimmig pool is too cold and not very inviting with the sunchairs having half the coating removed, although the pool environment is really very good having a lots of trees around so the traffic noice hardly disturb the guests.

Susan (8/5): - Loved the staff, so lovely, we had an issue witb our water being cold and it was sorted out within 15 minutes. Internet in the room was super fast. We booked for 2 nights and this became confusing, no real issue but just needless. I am a vegatarian witb an allergy to eggs so food at breakfast was not easy, been living off cornflakes at breakfast now for a month, so same story in every hotel. Bed was really uncomfortable and the walls paper thin so listened to the very interesting argument of our neughbours at 2.25 in tge morning.
Downpool1234 (6/5): Average and expensive - They were late getting us into our room, I think the cleaners clearly don't do any dusting as the mirrors and wood work in the room was thick with dust . There was bird poo on the stairs where a bird is nesting, now I love wildlife being a farmers daughter from Cornwall UK but were normally let the birds nest in the barns not the hotels 🤣 Beds were big and nice and hard, What more could a girl want 🤗 They give you loads of shower gels and teeth kits and shampoo but no conditioner 🥺 plenty of water and free hot chocolate and coffee in the lobby. Location was a bit crap nothing much to do and the grabs were pretty unreliable. Had to travel to go anywhere but they did have a shuttle which took us to some places. The pool was reasonable. The safe didn't work and we never had anyone turn up to fix it . Didn't even get a goodbye and thanks for staying 😥🤣 Hope this helps , I thought it was expensive for what you got .
Lauren (3/5): The low point of our holiday. I would not recommend to anyone , in fact Krabi Town is a hugelet down - The chandelier at the entrance. The room was filthy. Only superficial cleaning had been done. The shower had a clump of hair trapped in the drain and dirt in all corners. The bedspread had stains on it and the floor had sticky patches next to the bed that had not been mopped or wiped. The balcony had not been swept and was full of dirt and sugar wrappers. The AC was noisy and the whole room vibrated because of the lift. The view was poor. Staff were unhelpful and hardly acknowledged us.

Finalement nous sommes arrivés dans un vrai zoo. Nous nous sommes pleins à plusieurs reprises gentiment, mais le personnel n’a rien fait n’a absolument rien fait En même temps que nous, il y avait un groupe de personnes qui a fait la fête jusqu’à tard,très tard… toujours les memes et qui au réveil mettait la musique au petit déjeuner à 6h30 du matin, nous ne sommes pas des gens chiants, mais y a des limites Le personnelle n’a rien fait pour que notre séjours soit cool et reposant Un groupe d’hindou a mis la musique, nous nous demandons si c’était un hôtel ou une boîte de nuit Je pense que l’hôtel est cool, mais a beaucoup de progrès à faire en terme de qualité du personnel sui est désastreuse.

The bathtub was poorly adapted with a bad shower, making it difficult to wash properly and leaving the entire bathroom wet. Worst of all, when I once requested cutlery for a meal, they refused and suggested I go to a 7-Eleven instead—even though the hotel has a restaurant, it just wasn’t open at that time.

Personalet gikk inn på rommet 2ganger og virka overraska over at det va folk der… veldig ubehagelige for hadde på dørhåndtaket at det ikke sku folk inn å vask( ikkje at dei hadde me seg noe vaskeutstyr). Sku og vert 2stoler på altanen så begge kunne sutte ute. Veldig utdatert hotell
Reinis (4/5): Based on the advertising I expected something totally different... - The size of the room was good for two people. Cockroach in my room, no sound isolation + other tenants that were really loud. Once on the balcony and looking over the edge, the whole roof underneath was covered with cigarette buds.
Kim (5/5): Ok if your just staying one night - The pool was ok and the free shuttle into ao nang was good Very dated hotel, not very clean, beds were very hard and we had a view of the washing machines from our ‘balcony’ asked to upgrade and told it was full but could see one room empty from the pool
Sarah (8/5): Fabulous Stay - Would definitely recommend - Free hot drinks and cold water was a bonus . Beds super comfortable, lovely spacious room and amazing hot shower. Very clean. Pool was fantastic, very clean. Overall great stay!! Balcony in room could have had seating. poolside loungers were uncomfortable and paint peeling off onto our swim suits. Expensive breakfast

Johannes (2/5): Totally overpriced and fire hazard - Nice pool, and our boys were in it quite a bit. If you are ready for a big discussion then there is a taxi service that will bring you (once you have checked into the hotel) to a couple of places such as aunang beach. Slamming doors. All day. And all night. Extra beds are blocking the emergency exits on most floors.The gym is small which is not a problem but the equipment is broken or missing components, and that does limit it's usefulness. The room itself we had didn't even have a chair and other rooms we looked into also had improvised seating. The extra bed we had for our kid was in terrible state. He had a sore spot on his side from a spring... On the bright side he couldn't fall out of the bed because the matras was so worn out... Then there is the whole free bus: mega difficult proces only suitable after making a scene do they make it possible to use the bus. But then it does bring you where you want to go! And it even picked us up and brought us to the hotel again!

Fulya (6/5): - Foto's op de site kloppen niet met wat je krijgt, hiernaast ligt het niet in het toeristische gedeelte van krabi maar krabi town. Beste voor toeristisch kun je in Ao Nang zitten.

Jürgen (4/5): Mittelmäßiges, überteuertes Hotel das keine 4 Sterne verdient hat - Das Hotel hat meine Erwartungen an ein 4-Sterne-Hotel definitiv nicht erfüllt. Das Hotel und auch die Zimmer sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, ebenfalls die Einrichtung im Frühstücksraum. Immerhin war der Pool sehr sauber und es standen immer genug Liegen für die Badegäste bereit. Gleich um die Ecke war ein 7/11-Laden, was sehr praktisch war. Ebenfalls sind einige einfachere Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Zimmer war ausgestattet mit einer kleinen Garderobe, einem Wasserkocher, einem Kühlschrank, einem Fernseher und einem Safe. Das Personal an der Rezeption war nicht besonders freundlich. Die Zimmer und auch das Hotel sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, auch wenn die Außenfassade sehr schön ist. Das Zimmer ist eher spartanisch eingerichtet, einen Schrank für die Kleidung gab es nicht, so dass man aus dem Koffer leben musste. Die Dusche ist komplett offen. Das Hotel ist seitens des Flurs sehr hellhörig, so dass man des öfteren die Türen anderer Gäste zuschlagen hört. Das Frühstück war sehr einfach. Zwischendurch wurden wir beim Frühstück in einen Nebensaal ausquartiert, nachdem eine große Reisegruppe den Hauptraum komplett für sich vereinnahmte. Für uns gab es dann Instantkaffee.

Sirine (4/5): - Le personnel n’était absolument pas à l’écoute, le jour où on arrive un lit sur trois est taché des draps tachés on a demander 3 fois pour qu’ils les changent du coup c’est l’équipe de nuit qui la changer. On a fait 2 nuits 3 jours ils ont pas changé les draps et on a dû demander de l’eau et du papier toilette. Une expérience pas ouff et éloigné de Ao Nang là où ça vie.

Justin (6/5): - staff was very nice rooms were clean . location was a little far from everything.. poor communication with booking.com. and no response from your hotel from my email regarding confirmation with our booking. we arrived not knowing if we had a room confirmed or not.. Hopefully you can improve on this as we had heard the same issues with other guests.
